Sure sign of UAMA demise!

Is Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO repeat offender?
UAMA CEO knowingly committed fraud in SEC filing!
Here are the facts:
- Benoit Laliberte signs filings as President, CEO and CFO of UAMA
- Claims "NO violations in past 10 years" in Pink reports of YE 2018, Q1 2019, Q2 2019
- Court found him guilty v AMF in April 2009 on additional 3 counts in addition to convictions on 41 counts in 2008
- Evidence clear on convictions within past 10 years at time of filings.
- Convictions were stated by The Canadian Press as "stock fraud", "market manipulation" and "deceiving investors"
Look it up yourself:
• go to OTC Markets
• enter UAMA in "Quote" field
• when UAMA page opens click on "Disclosure" heading where you will find all reports and financials
It is clear. Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowlingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
Seems like he is "repeat offender"
Complaints have been filed with the SEC
TNW Wireless absent from any disclosure!
Why?
Likely because it has failed. ISED Canada requires an annual statement of compliance though no mention of that in latest report. Also noticeably absent is any information of the potential move to develop an MVNO as touted in 1Q 2021 Press Releases.
So no progress on MVNO and no evidence TNW Wireless network in the Yukon or Northern BC is operative. My industry sources tell me there is no sign of any cell phone network activity on their assigned spectrum.
So just more BS from Benoit Laliberte.
Fact is that TNW Wireless has no roaming agreements in place with any carrier anywhere in the world. There's no claim or numbers on subscribers so you can assume they have no wireless subscribers. No separate line of revenue even mentioned or claimed. Finally, no carrier I am regularly in touch with has any active discussions underway with TNW Wireless.
You can safely say that TNW Wireless is DEAD!
FINISHED
UAMA IS FINISHED
UAMA in deep distress! Failing enterprise!
Litigation has failed on all fronts.
TNW Wireless a non-starter and has made no meaningful progress in 2021. Big talk on becoming an MVNO but TNW Wireless does not have the talent, contacts, experience or capital to emerge as a viable MVNO. As someone who built the largest cellular resale business in the US, I can say with great confidence that there is no way TNW Wireless will emerge as a viable MVNO.
Blockdomes or whatever they call the sophomoric crypto-currency mining business is troubled and likely just a matter of time before the Quebec Tribunal forces the shutdown and relocation of those facilities, which UAMA acknowledges will be very costly. As miners go Blockdomes not even on the radar in Quebec, let alone the rest of Canada. Cetaq, UAMA et al not even close to being a Hut 8.
Facts don't suggest any future for this fraudulent enterprise. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal found guilty of 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors according to The Canadian Press. BC Supreme Court documents reveal he has been an undischarged bankrupt for over ten (10) years. This kind of background makes it impossible for UAMA to raise expansion capital.
Finally, the CCAA Proceedings and subsequent court-approved sale of the Teliphone-Navigata-Westel assets to Distributel have completely gutted UAMA, Investel, etc. The employees and talent base went with the assets to Distributel.
UAMA, OTC Mkts flag, AMF Cease Trade Order
Seems like old times with Inelco and Teliphone.
Both those listings revoked by SEC.
Though maybe "teeth" in any SEC action this time.
SEC takes dim view of fraudulent filings!
UAMA a worthless mess! No Progress!
Blockdomes said to be in trouble. Quarterly reports admit to on-going land-use violation and related problems. Apparently also troubles with power utility which forced Blockdomes (or Cetaq et al) to file for creditor protection. It's in the !Q quarterly and YE for 2020 reports. Latest report renews concern over cost to shut-down and move Blockdomes to another location and restore current land to agricultural use. Likely just a matter of time before they have to face this.
As Blockdomes appears to be major source of dwinding revenues an update is needed.
Second quarter disclosure and financials show NO PROGRESS!
TNW Wireless a dead duck. Wholesale business model failed on the launch pad despite having roaming agreements with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon and talks underway with Bell. The acquisition of RuralCom was botched. Benoit Laliberte, UMA CEO and his Lawry Trevor-Deutsch have no relevant wireless experience, no industry contacts and have never built a bustiness of lasting value. And....with convicted criminal revelations (The Canadian Press) of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO they can't raise any meaningful capital.
In April filings there's mention of becoming an MVNO. That will never happen as they don't have the talent, experience, connections or capital to make it happen! No progress reported on this front and you can assume they have given up on plans to become an MVNO.
Having built the largest cellular resale organization in the US, I can say with some authority that TNW Wireless, UAMA et al will never, ever build a successful MVNO in Canada.
Fraudulent filings of YE 2018, Q1-2019 and Q2-2019 all claimed "NO" to convictions within the past 10 years. Clearly falsehoods and just a matter of time with SEC now.

Try actually reading and understand what I wrote.
you pitching AITX?
promised to visit to show me and still have post saying so
locked and loaded
Didn't you say Text Book 101 Scam?
That's what I read in post 53651?
Now he's a "really great guy"?
Missed late filing date for 2Q financials.
Dear UAMA CEO,
Another late filing on the way?
Please make sure to explain in detail:
1) Measurable progress on development of MVNO.
2) Confirm operational status of cellular network licences! 3G? or 4G? or 5G.
3) List all roaming agreements in support of MVNO.
4) Identify subscriber equipment sources and availability in support of MVNO.
5) Identify retail outlets owned or partnered?
6) Identify major Canadian facilities-based carrier who has agreed to enter into the roaming agreements.
7) Show evidence TNW Wireless has operational billing system to support MVNO operations.
8) Explain staffing of TNW Wireless that will support and lead the MVNO operations. Detail their relevant experience in cellular retail, resale operations, cellular industry background, team accomplishments in cellular industry.
9) Explain "brand" and steps UAMA will take to establish new MVNO as a Canadian brand!
10) Explain operational status of Blockdomes and "in-revenue" status?
11) Explain status of Quebec court order mandating "shut-down" of Blockdome miners.
12) Explain starts of dispute with local power utility in Quebec powering Blockdomes.
13) Acknowledge defendant status in breach of contract suit brought and active in Supreme Court of BC.
If this can't be done in a credible manner, consider it just as more "fluff" to distract the public from the serial failures of Mr. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch. They have never built a business of lasting value.
Anything less is a "smoke screen" and more coverup of the fraud that has permeated UAMA et al business practices.

UAMA CEO convicted criminal, bankrupt! Never forget!
He has been labeled as such by The Canadian Press. You can rest assured it is true as Mr. Benoit Laliberte has not filed suit against this news organization.
Mr. Benoit Laliberte is President, CEO & CFO of UAMA! All three positions held by Mr. Benoit Laliberte who was found guilty on 44 of 48 counts, stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
What kind of a company has convicted criminal President, CEO and CFO? CAVEAT EMPTOR.
evidence:
and more evidence:
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
Ask yourself, "What kind of company has convicted criminal CEO?"
Then ask yourself, "What kind of a company has a bankrupt CEO"

UAMA worthless and for good reason.
Like every business Benoit Laliberte has ever been involved with, fraud is a big part of creating the illusion of progress. Press releases typically manipulated the facts. Look back at all the BS regarding patent litigation, anti-trust litigation, Blockdomes, wireless, etc. Latest press release last April regarding wireless MVNO opportunity is typical and contains half-truths and blatant un-truths.
TNW Wireless now a dead duck. Wholesale business model failed on the launch pad despite having roaming agreements with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon and talks underway with Bell. Cellular network has been inoperative since 2018. Clear signs that Laliberte and Trevor-Deutsch are inept.
The acquisition of RuralCom was botched. Benoit Laliberte, UMA CEO and his Lawry Trevor-Deutsch have no relevant wireless experience, no industry contacts and couldn't raise any meaningful capital.
The touted MVNO opportunity for TNW Wireless is a non-starter. Having built the largest cellular resale organization in the US, I can say with some authority that TNW Wireless, UAMA et al will never, ever build a successful MVNO in Canada.
Blockdomes said to be in trouble. Latest quarterly reports admit to on-going land-use violation and related problems. Troubles disclosed with power utility which forced Blockdomes (or Cetaq et al) to file for creditor protection. It's in the latest quarterly and YE for 2020 reports.
To cap it off Benoit Laliberte has been labeled as a convicted criminal by The Canadian Press. (look it up!). His 24 convictions were for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
The records show that he has faced suits for breaching contracts and there are suits yet to be heard. In addition, Whistleblower complaints have been filed and it would come as no surprise if charges were laid against him.
He has never properly disclosed his convictions in public filings before the SEC and other regulatory agencies and he committed fraud in YE 2018 Pink Report and financials and then again in 1Q 2019 and 2Q 2019 Pink Report and financials when he claimed "NO" as his answer to question regarding "convictions within the past 10 years".
Mr Laliberte's reputation and convictions make him an untouchable when it comes to raising capital.
Benoit Laliberte has never built a business of lasting value.
CAVEAT EMPTOR!
UAMA troubles make business worthless!
Blockdomes said to be in trouble. Even latest quarterly reports admit to on-going land-use violation and related problems. Apparently also troubles with power utility which forced Blockdomes (or Cetaq et al) to file for creditor protection. It's in the latest quarterly and YE for 2020 reports.

Wow seems even UAMA BS has dried up!
UAMA stagnant, no news, no progress!

Stick a fork in UAMA. It's done!
Blockdomes beset by problems. Court-ordered shut-down and restoral of land to agricultural use. Company discloses they may face high costs to restore and re-locate. Latest quarterly discloses problems with local power company for Blockdomes. Filed for creditor protection with power utility.
TNW Wireless a total disaster and failed to launch market-ready wholesale carrier business. Now desperate to suggest a future as an MVNO.
As someone who built the largest cellular resale business in the US I can state without a doubt that Benoit Laliberte, TNW Wireless or UAMA will fail miserably as an MVNO.
So where's the upside for UAMA?
