$INKW will run next week. Look at it pop right now on healthy volume. Nice reaction to the reverse merger.
Fascinating INKW back at a lateral position.
Its really a brilliant plan. The kind where you say to yourself "Now why didn't I think of that?"
Plus they've got plenty of funding left over and zero debt. $PHGRF is well positioned.
$PHGRF has positioned itself well on the Telemedical front lines with the HealthVue aquisition. But the lion's share of the August funding still seems to be unallocated. If they are tinkering together a medical cannabis acquisition as we speak, BOOM! this will get very interesting quick.
Really? Thats the kind of buzz I love to hear.
All I want for Christmas is to see INKW keep shipping out those pallets of CBD water and get that revenue train rolling. A few quarterlies reflecting that consistent revs and this should all pay off.

Agreed. And this is just the starting line. Great time to grab some before the mad crowd gets the drift.
Next resistance is at a nickel, then we should see 10 cents before long IMHO.
Some big whales accumulating low level here. Great sign of whats to come.
Does anyone know if the merger will mean a ticker change? Or at least registering a new name?
Lets see if we get any rumblings about a medical cannabis dispensary in December. That August round of funding is not all allocated yet and prescription medical cannabis along with telemedical would be the perfect one two punch as far as market offering goes.
Telemedical really is the freshest application of technology to the customer care end of health care in a long time. Thiis is very intuitive appplication whose time has definitely come. And I think the market is beginning to grasp that.
$PHGRF chart is finally starting to form after that volatility. Could be we are about to really see the impact of all that low level accumulation.
Telemedical is an absolutely logical solution to the problem of handling routine visits or prescription renewals that require a Dr's approval without taking a day off work to go sit in a Dr's office.
Two thirds of seniors in the Canadian heatlthcare market are unable to get a same or next day appointment with primary health care giver. Telemedical provides a solid solution to an industry wide conundrum.
Average 5 day volume here is 292k. Strong trading today.
CBD infused water is already been proven to be a hot seller. CBD sports drink should be off the charts.
Wow, Barcharts website has this as a 96% buy! Strong on technical analysis $INKW: https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/INKW/opinion
I think its safe to say that the market is very ripe for the telemedical concept.
Its normal for there to be some churning and volatility in a pre awareness ticker. Healthy for the ticker to shake out the weak hands and plank in some iron longs. After its accumulated for awhile its should pop.
The market is perhaps starting to get wind of the merger and entering into the CBD infused beverage space.
LOL Sports Drinks too? You may not want to quench your thirst with *that* kind of gatorade until after the big game. haha
So will $INKW start manufacturing CBD infused beer? That market is looking hot in Canada.
OK now I get it. That really is huge. CBD infused beverages are an exploding sector right now.
Wait.. so is there some kind of link here to CFN Media: Who Will Become the LaCroix of CBD Beverages -- CFN Media
SEATTLE, Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – CFN Media Group (“CFN Media”), the leading agency and financial media network dedicated to the North American cannabis industry, announces publication of an article covering The Alkaline Water Co. and their entry into the CBD-infused beverage market. Most people have heard of LaCroix—the brand is the subject of a viral R&B single and even a popular t-shirt line. In 2017, the flavored sparkling water brand reported net sales of over $800 million with a growth rate that was nearly four-times greater than the sparkling water category.
With the legalization of cannabis across a growing number of states, CBD-infused beverages have become increasingly popular among consumers. Google Trends notes that the search term “CBD Water” has surged in popularity over the past two years. Many consumers are eager to realize the potential health benefits of CBD in a convenient beverage format.
Many alcohol giants have also taken an interest in the THC side of the space. Constellation Brands Inc. boosted its equity stake in Canopy Growth Corp. to 38 percent earlier this year at a cost of C$5 billion, while Molson Coors Brewing Co. formed a joint venture with The Hydropothecary Corporation around the same time to develop a line of non-alcoholic cannabis-infused beverages.
But, what companies are best positioned to potentially become leaders in the space?
Alkaline Water Builds a Moat
The Alkaline Water Co. (TSX-V: WTER) (OTCQB: WTER) is quickly becoming a leader in the CBD water space. Building off the success of its flagship Alkaline88® bottled water brand, the company began working on a CBD water product using the same proprietary Electrochemically Activated Water (ECA) system it has employed to create its signature 8.8 pH Alkaline88® without the use of any chemicals.
The company recently reported revenue that soared 78 percent to $8.6 million during the fiscal second quarter after launching its hemp-derived CBD-infused Alkaline88® water product. With growing distribution in Walmart and CVS, the company has the potential to reach a wide range of new customers with these new products.
The company’s newly launched hemp-derived CBD infused Alkaline88® water will initially be available in the 500 ml size with a dosage of 10 mg of CBD per bottle. By leveraging Alkaline88’s existing infrastructure and distribution, the company can immediately roll out products across 35 states and the District of Columbia under 20 well-known banners including Albertsons, Safeway, Vons, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s, Acme, Tom Thumb, Randalls, United Supermarkets, Pavilions, Star Market, Haggen and Carrs.
Between 2014 and 2018, the company’s fiscal year end revenues have grown from $600,000 to almost $20 million. The company is projecting $40 million by the end of fiscal year 2019. The company has averaged 435 percent growth since 2014 and is projecting a 102 percent year over year increase in 2018. These figures are significantly higher than many development-stage opportunities just starting out in the CBD water segment.
The company also has plenty of growth capacity. Through its co-packing and development agreement with ANP, the company has access to an FDA-registered, cGMP compliant facility that has been certified by both the International Center for Cannabis Therapy and the National Sanitation Foundation. The team also has a history with cannabinoid and other plant extraction techniques that could provide it with a formidable advantage.
THC Remains a Question Mark
The alcohol industry has started staking its claim on the THC side of the beverage business through acquisitions and joint ventures, but consumers have been moving away from “big alcohol” and toward craft beer and spirits over the last 20 to thirty years. This dynamic could lead to a more fragmented market for recreational beverages designed to deliver a high.
There are many smaller companies that aim to produce craft cannabis beverages. For example, Province Brands of Canada, a craft beer producer, developed the world’s first beer created from cannabis. Its patent-pending process creates the beers using the parts of the cannabis plant that would otherwise have no commercial value, such as the stalks and stems. The company aims to establish the first cannabis brewery in Canada.
But as with craft beer, the future of the craft cannabis beverage industry may be hyperlocal with existing breweries teaming up with existing dispensaries to create new concoctions. On top of that, the regulatory framework around THC-infused beverages is inconsistent to non-existent, meaning that bringing these products to market on a large scale is not practical. For now, CBD-infused beverages offer a much larger market opportunity
Building Exposure to the Space
Investors have many options to build exposure to the cannabis beverage space, including cannabis companies and existing beverage companies. The Alkaline Water Co. (TSX-V: WTER) (OTCQB: WTER) offers a pure-play in the space with its focus on CBB-infused water, while its existing infrastructure could de-risk the launch of the new products and help it gain near-term market share.

$INKW is putting together an under the radar merger right now. Check it out on OTCMarkets backend.
$COBI, $NSAV, $SRDP all looking sweet today.
Perhaps $PHGRF will aquire a medical cannabis dispensary with the extra funds?
It should be noted that that is Canadian dollars.
Telemedical is definitely an idea whose time has come. Everything else important in the modern world can be accessed from an app on your phone: from finances, to social connections, to research and education. Its about time that medical advice and prescriptions came on board.
The marriage of Telemedical and legal medical cannabis is a stroke of sheer genius.
"About Premier Health: Premier Health is a Canadian company that is strategically poised to take advantage of business opportunities in the global health care industry. We are developing innovative health care approaches that combine human skill based expertise with emerging technologies, and will set the gold standard for services in locations of interest worldwide. The HealthVue team has a strong track record of successfully creating value in healthcare and technology enterprises. The Management team has deep clinical, financial and operational expertise and a passion for improving healthcare for all patients."
Rather a different space than the Canadian one.
That leaves $2,5 million more for some juicy acquisitions that could be under non disclosure right now as we speak. Maybe the last PR was foreshadowing that. This could be a very nice holiday season for holders of $PHGRF shares.
Not a bad close for a Friday, up a bit green. Slow and steady will do it too.
This is a massive winning formula right here" "Cannabis clinics fit in perfectly with our existing Telemedicine services and comprehensive app plans. The patient will not only be able to see their family doctor with our app, but also connect with their Cannabis clinic healthcare worker, the education nurse and eventually even the pharmacy or LP that is providing the prescription. This team based and encompassing approach will provide the best and most convenient care for our patients."
I don't know if it even needs to be pointed out the sheer genius of combining legal medical cannabis in Canada with a telemedical app on your phone to do things like oh say take care of that cannabls prescription any time of the day or night without needing to physically book an appointment and visit a Dr. office in the flesh.
