Anshu in his boy shorts is just a bad visual! The men of Verus are solid businessmen. Calendar material, not so much.
Although they may be well suited for a remake of The Full Monty. Now that would get some pub for Verus!
I'm male and heterosexual so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
Go VRUS!
CF
After receiving a PM from a friend, I would like to clarify that I am on this train now until the end of the journey and we've reached our destination.
She's much smarter than me and I've realized I'm best just to follow her lead to get to the promised land.
Since I don't have PM capability, I thought best to send a note through the board to say thanks. Unfortunately that means you all are stuck with CF now as we ride the VRUS train. If our SP goes up enough, I may be able to join the other longs in First Class!
Peace
CF
Love seeing the interaction with you and Matt on Twitter! Appreciate you sharing with the board CEO's and nudging Matt along the way.
Peace.
CF
Very good retort Shinook!
Go VRUS and please no one sell before we at least hit $.08+. It's coming for the patient. For the poster asking about $.08, I need to get there to remove a big red hole CF has been in the OTC for a year with bad investments.
This is the real deal and I will probably sell those others for a huge loss and put the money in VRUS as it's the only company I've invested in during 18 months in OTC, which operates like a real company.
They don't over promise and under deliver. They just get on with it and are now making one good decision after the next. That is worth it's weight in gold.
Peace.
CF
No selling longs until $.08+ longs! Go VRUS!
Peace.
CF
Well said Sammo! Thanks for being part of the board and providing your insights. We all gain from each other.
Peace.
CF
HJ, you are a testament to all that is good about this board! I wish nothing but blessings on you and your family.
Gave you a mark as well for all your great INND DD and being a solid human being!
Peace.
CF
You were smart to flip at $.095. Next time your lucky 8ball says sell, please send me a PM so I can join you!
We have some good folks on this board. Hopefully the company grows stronger and the board grows stronger and becomes a place folks look forward to coming to just to chat about INND.
Time will tell. The company has to do it's part and we can do ours.
Peace.
CF
Good pickup Rory. You're a true long and have had a front row seat on the INND roller coaster.
Looking forward to INND getting things lined up and delivered so we can get above $.10 and stay there for a change.
Peace.
CF
I never said I loaded today. I have 1M shares and will add when it makes sense as I have for 9 months. Do you have an issue with that?
Why don't you tell us how many shares you have and your purpose with INND and I will let you know what I'm up too. Deal?
Well done Sir Johnny! You are a fine knight and noble warrior to help lead the charge in our quest to find the VRUS Holy Grail! Coconuts clicking as we ride on.
Peace.
CF
Well said jeff. The fundamentals have not changed:
1. Low OS for OTC and 40% locked with family. This has not been diluted like a few other holdings I have which one added 500M in a month.
2. Company is growing adding new retail locations (10 now) with Hearing Health and Nexus to come. I don't know how they are utilizing the $1M that was spent with Zounds, but that I'm sure is going to be revealed soon.
3. They are trying to disrupt the Hearing Aid world with DTC offerings.
4. They've built retail hearing aid company prior so I am going to give them benefit of doubt, they will get revenues close to projections in a few months.
I haven't sold any of my large bucket. I will add more as price drops as this will rebound again. Just a matter of having patience to wait.
Peace.
CF
Thank you all for the nice replies, especially JV offering to have his alter ego get involved, lol!
The OTC is a land of corruption unlike any I've been a part of in my life. I try to live by a code of doing right and honoring what you say you'll do. That is in direct opposition to the OTC land.
So CF has battled the beasts and gotten bloody in this land. But this board, which is made up of such a strong team of smart warriors, is my unit now. I am the one in the background who has others backs and will be there for you all if you ever need me.
Peace.

I've had this concern for 18 months. DPWW leadership did not plan on cannabis still being illegal federally and states not allowing dispensaries to be bought by publicly traded companies this far down the road.
Their whole plan was to buy out the dispensaries once able too. Well I've sent Ron multiple emails over my time with DPWW and suggested they look to use the brand and sell shirts/hats all DPWW branded as MedMen does. MM just opened a pop up store in NYC selling branded merchandise.
Ron and Nello have zero creative ability and Ron is an empty suit who cannot make revenue beyond 1 plan. No ability to adapt on the fly as conditions change.
I'm down $73k of $86k in DPWW after believing in them through 1 RS and if things don't change, we'll have a 2nd RS to stay QB in a bit.
We need ALL shareholders (29YI that includes you) to send Nello G each an email and tell them we are NOT happy and need them to figure out how to increase revenue via the Diego Pellicer brand or consulting as this wait for cannabis legalization is killing the stock.
We should be at $.10+ just on the structure of the company and OS but the market doesn't believe the story and without DPWW giving them a reason too, we drop.
Please everyone write either Ron or Nello and make them aware of your disappointment and challenge them to make revenue with the brand (shirts/hats/celeb endorsement) or via another method but this is just pathetic and they need to hear it.
Peace.
CF
Can you all please do me a favor and stop selling. I need to get to $.08 to get out of a large OTC hole and my best shot is VRUS.
I come to you with sword in hand and ask that all major shareholders hold until $.08 as a gesture of goodwill towards a fellow fighter. I know it's going to be hard not to sell, but many of us have been through the VRUS war and now are finally seeing a rose garden just starting to bloom through the carnage!
I'll head back to the background but wanted to send a note as this is such a strong board and I figure if any group can get me to $.08, it's this one.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for posting the news irecruit! Interesting as INND's name is not mentioned. I understand they have a partnership with Advantego. Not sure how this PR impacts INND at this point.
If other shareholders have some thoughts, that would be appreciated.
Peace.
CF
Great DD tsg! Thank you.
Peace.
CF
One can hope sta loose. Go INND!
Agree on the wardrobe upgrade xM. Sport coat, dress shirt, slacks, dress shoes is that difficult when you are speaking to an audience which you hope to gleam money.
One of the two main issues I had with them is family in all c-suite positions and over promise and under deliver.
They need some outside counsel to really help them guide this before it gets off track and can't get back on the rails. I hope they received some feedback from potential investors about the family dynamic with a small publicly traded company. Way different being public than private which is why most family businesses are private LLC's.
Not many folks posting today and can't blame them. Bad day and I'm red but hopeful someone can help get through to the family about structuring things differently with at least 1 outside person in either CEO, COO or CFO slot.
Peace.
CF
GM INND longs! Nice to see Matt's tweet about store #10. We are now at double digits in 8 months which is not bad considering everything involved with opening retail locations.
I am a contrarian who believes opening retail stores makes sense in specific categories makes sense rather than just selling online. Everyone sells online. Being able to actually help customers direct is key on hearing aids as they need adjusting which is why Costco has their own audiology centers in stores. People want human touch with sensitive matters.
I agree it would be good to expand outside CA, but there is plenty of business to drive revenue within Nor Cal and that's the market they know best. Go with your strengths and then expand out once everything is working great.
Great to see the board active and folks providing DD. Our board is a reflection of the stock. The more we protect it and get involved, the stronger things become. I'm not worried about SP going lower. I'll buy more at appropriate time as will many others both inside and outside the board.
We will have our day!
Peace.
CF
Great synopsis! Thanks Justfactsmam. If they deliver, we're golden!
Enjoy the weekend.
CF
Thanks for reply dirtman1. I'll look forward to seeing the video.
CF
Definitely agree that Matt is juggling a lot of balls.
You all have a good weekend. It's 3pm west coast and I'm out of here.
Peace.
CF
I would think Matthew and his family are well aware of the SP. They have almost 60M shares. I hope that is not influencing the tweets.
The best thing he can do for the company, himself and us shareholders is just focus on executing 1 thing really well. Then move to the next. For a tiny company, my concern is he is spread way thin and trying to build a brick and mortar retail chain, launch a Hearing vitamin and cbd line, build an online revenue driver, etc.
Just doing 1 of those things well will make shareholders a lot of money. My concern is they are trying to move to fast juggling all these various big balls and things fall through the cracks.
At the same time, I tip my hat to Matt for getting as much accomplished as he has in the past year. They've launched online through WalMart.com, opening double-digit hearing aid stores, creating a $1M contract with Zounds to manufacture for INND, etc.,. That's a shitload of work but unless it's executed properly, won't bring the revenue that will drive our SP. Hence do 1 thing well, then move to #2.
We'll see how everything plays out for those who are along for the ride.
Peace.
CF
We are being pushed down due to Matthew not delivering ontime. I'd rather he limit tweeting to only verifiable progress. Under promise and over deliver are simple words, but difficult for companies in OTC land to execute. Everything is hype!
Revenue is the key for INND. Whether online or brick and mortar. As long as our revenues grow, debt is managed and we get favorable financing, then INND will move north.
I try to minimize my posting on boards but was curious about your posts.
Enjoy the weekend. Go INND!!
Peace.
CF
ed66, 45 minutes ago you posted it's a buying opportunity. Then less than an hour later you post a question asking why INND is going down and it doesn't look good? It was down when you posted the first time.
Your process is a little confusing. What are you trying to accomplish?
Peace.
CF
dirtman1- thank you for being eyes and ears for our board at the shareholder meeting. Sounds like they have some aggressive plans. Did Marco put forward a timeline for the new facility and if they are building from scratch or going to lease an existing facility?
What are your thoughts about the professionalism of leadership at the meeting and do you see them delivering on what they talked about? It's great to have plans, but execution is the critical component.
Appreciate any additional comments.
Peace.
CF
We're not holding up bad at all considering saigai sold most of today's volume.
No one else is selling. My 1M are still locked and I'm now red but don't care.
We are in the OTC, it's like being in a casino. When folks make more out of it than it is, it's a recipe for unhappiness IMO.
I like that INND is looking for better financing or investment to help the company. That takes away from shares being diluted with toxic debt.
If any noteholders wanted to bury the stock by now, they could have. Obviously looking at our MC and OS, they feel there is upside to come. I plan to be here for the ride.
Have a good weekend INND longs!
Peace.
CF
I don't make price predictions but, I think your guess is doable if things line up. No reason not too based on how leadership have operated to this point. Who knows we may go past that on really good news.
All I care is we get above $.08 at some point so I can make up a huge loss in OTC. A bag I want to lighten, so hopefully with the positive energy and Karma that exudes from the VRUS (formerly RBIZ) board, we will make that happen in the next few months.
Until then, I will stay in the background and enjoy everyone's posts.
Peace and GO VRUS!
CF
Dirtman1- would you ask Marco or whomever, how they plan to have Pure Leaf not only compete, but differentiate itself from the huge pack of CBD companies selling online or wanting to be in retail? I don't worry about Canbiola as that's through doctors. The online and retail is a different animal with lot's of predators.
The other question which I'm sure he'll cover as everyone wants to know is how and timing for any Nasdaq listing? Details will be key.
Based on their OS, current SP and our revenue, I don't see that happening without an RS. I don't mind it, if it's strategically thought through to maximize shareholder value.
Anyway, enjoy the shareholder meeting. Appreciate you going and hope they provide you with some good food to eat from Marriott's kitchen.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for sharing the DD, HJ! Always nice to have positive feedback. Let's see if it turns into a positive for us shareholders in the near future.
Matthew is a salesman like his dad. He does the nerdy, nice guy routing very well but it's evident, he will go for the kill. I like that.
Doesn't make him a good CEO, but he and his dad are sales/ad guys and they know how to put on a presentation.
Enjoy your evening and thanks for all your contribute to the INND board.
Peace.
CF
Appreciate the reply.
Peace.
CF
Fly and Marcus, sorry didn't realize you guys had bantered the idea about. I haven't read many posts on the board in quite some time. Sounds like it could have potential.
Peace.
CF
Hey ABBA, got your PM and unfortunately I don't have that capability. Nor do I have a Twitter account or FaceBook. I'm old school and try to remain low tech as much as possible.
I threw it out there not having read others posts with the same idea. So, it's been bantered about. You guys have some fairly strong holdings. I only have 249 shares that were bought much higher than today so I'm on the losing end of this deal to date.
I like the fact that Preet Bharara could be used as a consultant, possibly more if he deems it worthy of his valuable time. If he gets involved in any way that the press can pick up on, well this goes to a whole new level immediately.
Peace.
CF
I'm going to throw this out there as an idea which may or may not have merit. We tracked how much float is left approximately. There seems to be about 7-10 folks who are supporters of SECI on this board.
Can we create a consortium amongst ourselves and buy up the remaining float?
I ran into another trader who did something similar with a group of investors and it seemed to be a good way to leverage strength.
It requires trust amongst investors, but could be valuable with a unique case such as SECI.
Any thoughts/comments are appreciated.
Peace.
CF
Thank you for the reply Magnum. I've approached INND a little different than TRT* which I've flipped twice due to DP and their issues. It's made me a few thousand but I'm not in the OTC to spend all day on boards monitoring stocks for a few thousand here or there.
In fact, I'm spending much more time on this board today than I normally do. I'm invested in INND for multiple reasons and want to see this company grow. It's a risk, but with no risk no reward.
May we all prosper in whichever investing approach we choose.
Peace.
CF
It would be great to finish green. Thanks for providing the board with what you are seeing in the trenches silly. Enjoy the day!
CF
I should clarify, I meant flipping not shorting. So you are flipping the stock and want to get the price back to your buy point which must be lower, hence the comments?
I don't get your approach just like TRT* which you post incessantly on the board.
Just want to understand so we know when you post what your goals are. Mine involve seeing this company develop and expand. What are yours?
Peace.
CF
I'm a shareholder of both companies and have done OK with TRT* unlike you who talks negatively about the company all day and must either short the stock or be paid to post.
Regarding INND since you are here, not sure are you investing in INND or shorting the stock? How much do you know about them?
I believe in truth and live my life that way. OTC and IHub is a cesspool of corruption and bad folks which is why my handle is specific.
If you want to invest in INND and be part of this board, great we'd love to have you. If you just want to cause issues to get the SP to tank, I don't have much patience for that. You choose.
Peace.
CF
INND is smart in having a multi-prong revenue approach that encompasses internet sales and brick and mortar.
I've seen firsthand the importance of BandM hearing aid locations as my dad's 84 year old girlfriend has hearing aids. She has had trouble with them as many of the target market do and wants to go to the store she purchased them to be adjusted as she's fairly low-tech but has her MacBook.
We have the best of both worlds developing and that's partly why I invested significantly in INND.
I don't know the future and INND can flame out or go to the heavens. One thing with Matthew, he's going to go for it win, lose or draw. I look forward to seeing the outcome of how things progress and will make decisions about buying/selling based on that progress.
For those INND shareholders that are long, wishing you a great rest of your day!
Peace.
