We will see 0.05 before R/S
Are you just starting your own rumors now, lol
No these guys are fast and lose with facts. No one is going to sue them for writing 3 million subs on their website, and they have proven time and time again that they don't update their information very often.
R/S already priced in, no more drop.
Ted is just a scape goat. If Ted is gone they still will dilute and they will find a new professional liar.
No it shows how badly they got screwed over by naked short selling. Management has done a good job at cutting costs the last month, but it was too late after short sellers killed them.
This could easily be a $10 stock with a lot less dilution if they had cut costs before the reverse split and before naked shorts could cover
Oversold means nothing when the company is diluting, it will always be oversold while they dilute forever.
anyone who thinks moviepass has more than 3 million subscribers is completely out of touch with reality. Just look at the movies they are offering this week: moviepass.com/movies
Little women everyday + 1 random wide release movie, everything else is indie movie with low theater count. Who is going to put up with moviepass when they could go to sinemia and see whatever they want to see no restrictions?
Only people left are people who forgot they are subscribed
MoviePass' parent company has boosted its share count by an unbelievable 80,000% since July — but it's run out of room to issue new stock
AMC doesn't need 100% growth in a month to succeed. Slowly growing is the healthy thing to do.
why would amazon need to buy moviepass? They could start their own pass and give all their subscribers a free trial and instantly get 100 million users. less than 3 million users is nothing to amazon.
moviepass is desperate to get it's old subscribers back. I bet they lost a lot more subs than they thought they would.
https://moviepass.com/wemissyou/
new deals for people who cancelled.
Who in their right mind would sign up for 3 limited selection movies a month vs. Sinemia's 3 unlimited selection movies a month
WITH WHAT MONEY??? people are delusional
moviepass doesn't have the money to go international, stop being a fool.
If you expect $HMNY to break even on subscriptions, you have not done your DD on Moviepass.
Rumors swirling around about the launch of MoviePass Premium and also International expansion. $$$$ Good Luck Everybody!!
who here really sees a potential recovery to dollar land? honestly.
"for sure" lol
tomorrow tomorrow, you're always a day away.
not going to happen any time soon, sinemia is global. Until moviepass is global there's no reason to merge.
CEO has also told investors they don't need to reverse split and then did it the next day lol. Nothing he says should be used as a fact until it's in a report.
you guys are very forgetful, have you guys not been paying attention to the dozens of times this CEO has lied or exaggerated the facts? Like 300 million line of credit. Why people keep believing him when he says they are profitable blows my mind.
at $20 this would be a 12-13 billion dollar company, you think it's worth that much? in your dreams
because trailers would make them pennies, and not worth their time right now, they are looking at the bigger picture.
I mean they specifically came out and said that annual subs would not be changed, and then a few weeks later they changed it. So it's not obvious at all unless you know that moviepass never keeps their word.
They announced that before. Not sure whether they specifically addressed annual subscriptions, but they made it clear nobody was going to see more than three flicks a month without paying extra.
YOU ARE NOT CAPPED TO 3 MOVIES PER MONTH, you will be able to choose if you wish to coninue once your plan ends
who haven't they screwed at this point?
wallstreet loves cost cutting, but HMNY loves dilution more. They are diluting a lot to pay for the prorated refunds.
I think the dilution will make it more red than green.
moviepass is offering all annual customers a prorated refund. I think we found out the secret to why it's gone down so much yesterday and today.. dilution to pay for the prorated annual refunds.
news just in, moviepass is converting all annual users (who were grandfathered in to unlimited movies until their billing is up) to monthly users who are restricted to 3 movies a month.
Great way to save money, but screwing over their customers.
sorry dude, all the shorts covered when hmny diluted 600 million shares
my calculations would have been correct if they were different LUL
short squeeze isn't happening. HMNY covered all the shorts by issuing 600M+ shares. If they would have held back on the dilution the shorts could have been squeezed hard, too late for that. Farnsworth must have a deal with the shorts to pad his bank account.
after reverse split and dilution verizon has like .0001% of the company. They don't care.
besides being delisted why does a reverse split matter? Why not wait until December?
the filing is very long and the only information I saw was $50 million from june-August.
If they only issued 230M ATM where did the other 400+ million shares come from?
dude the CEO has interviews on CNBC all the time and it does nothing to the stock. One interview isn't going to make this green.
The 10-Q has the correct O/S count. How you come close too a billion on the O/S is beyond me..
