"If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck .."
branster - That sounds reasonable on account of controlled or lack thereof block trading. 👍 What about my question more specifically on the alleged large naked Short position?
While real lives are left hanging in the balance in the hands of a trainwreck of a system: Check out @BunMac message on Stocktwits http://stocktwits.com/BunMac/message/583525953
attila - It doesn't work that way. You either have a captured/controlled Judge to begin with, or you don't. It doesn't just happen overnight.
branster - Let's assume there's a large naked short position. How is something like that kept hidden? In other words, if shares can't be accounted for, as you would expect upon settlement, then what mechanism exposes them in case of high volume and sp appreciation?
I'll give you that.
Judges should be compensated based on reasonable production timelines. If the Plaintiffs and Defendants are expected, and able to meet court imposed timelines, then the Courts should also be held to the same standards. After all, it's the parties involved in the suit who have the harder job of formulating the case load, than the Judge, who merely reviews the case with help from staff.
fluteman - Merck's bread and butter business has seen greater scrutiny, especially since the massive impositions placed on the public over the last four years. The draconian circumstances fuled the proliferation of media decentralization, which has laid to bear the ugly truths bleeding into the mainstream. That bodes well for NWBO, if Merck hasn't already realized, that time is running out to find its future cash cow.
Unless, both sides are in settlement discussions?
We can start with the Judge. The lawsuit isn't just to recover past damages, but also to arrest ongoing operations. The latter lends credulity to time sensitivity, and therefore, I don't buy into the busy nature of the court. How important in scale does a case need to be, if not this case, with huge market implications? NWBO is looking for relief, not just one more hurry up and wait debacle.
Margin Buu ☺️ My ears were ringing the other day. You're right! My pleasure.
Anyone who's serious about investing in biotech would be well advised to watch this riveting interview with two siblings: Casey Means was a
Stanford-educated surgeon. Her brother Calley was a lobbyist for pharma and the food industry. Both quit their jobs in horror when they realized how many people were being killed by the systems they participated in. This is an amazing story.
It resonated profoundly with me, as I woke up mostly after I invested in $Amrn and $NWBO 8 years ago. For me, it brings into question, if I'm willing to hold for the "longer term" in good conscience.
I'd say the first 40 minutes is sufficient IMHO: https://rumble.com/v5b73od-calley-and-casey-means-the-truth-about-ozempic-the-pill-and-how-big-pharma-.html
Agreed Doc L
That glorious AI generated fud rebuttal, should be very troubling to full-time FUDsters. There's no mincing words in its conclusions. The Fudsters would be well advised to study that post completely. They certainly lack the intellect to realize, just how big a hole they've created for themselves. Their memorialized misinformation will prove to difficult too overcome. Ignorance is not a defense. FYI.
MODERATORS PLEASE STICKY SKYLIMIT'S POST!!
meirluc - NICE would understand that NWBO is not a non-for-profit organization run by retired volunteers. While NICE has negotiating power, I don't believe abuse of that power, at the expense of a small development company's financial viability is among them.
attilathehunt - As I read where you wrote -
Steady _T That's the public perception. In reality, given that a regulator is under the umbrella of the Gov't, which at least theoretically, should allow the SEC access to advanced surveillance technology held by the NSA, CIA, and Space Force to easily gather the targeted data. Haven't we seen such tools abused for political gain? They need repurposing.
RoboD. The first giveaway of one's ignorance, and or delusions, which in your case is both - When you come across information you don't agree with, your pavilion reflex is to attack, to try to discredit, not only the information, but worse, to put down the messenger. But then you choose to memorialize ignorance, by offering easily debunkable, lazy opinions, without giving any consideration, that you don't know, what you don't know. That's ego, not wisdom.
WISDOM is having intellectual curiosity, and wonderment to want more to see where it leads. At some point, if you're not a dum* a*s, HELLO, one's natural discernment should kick-in to vet that information to one's satisfaction.
Thanks, not only for showing, but for proving who you are - Dangerously ignorant.
Or maybe in your world, leaked classified, unclassified, as well as Whistleblowers, comprised of, but not limited to high ranking military, intelligence, and former Gov't black budget project contractors, who in good conscience, and willing to put their lives on the line to share their truths must all be "Flat Earther's."
I'll throw you a bone. Here's how you prove the Earth is round in 2:13 secs. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XcrAIWRddHKkh1Glzo57dN-

Agreed -
XMaster - Congress is trying to pass a bill that would by and large cut a major portion of the SEC's budget. Hello. Let's understand who the foe is.
Good to know! ☺️
Georgeb - Good point. Someone like Robod, who couldn't hold a job long enough, before grifting through 24 different ones, studied basically nothing, and here he is calling someone a Flat Earther. So yeah, if he can stumble into NWBO and make some coin with his modest investment, then yeah, there's NWBO.
Says the guy who's claims he's an expert at dedecting fake videos, but then never debunked the one I put up. Says random unsubstantiated comments with no substance. Back to ignore.
The Judge set a time standard for filing amendments, so why is it Ok to stretch out his decision? He had attorneys on both sides coming and going, and even shooting down a request for more time. We're two weeks from September, and spoofing hasn't stopped.
Shorting heavily burdened small biotech stocks, especially after down-listing to regroup, should be banned all together. They treat retail like we're stupid. Adding insult to injury, brokerage houses will either prevent you from buying them, or not allow borrowing on margin. It's an abuse of power against the company and equally abusive against retail.
Horseb4 - Far more interesting Alfred Bielik 6 minute version. Plenty on you tube: https://drive.google.com/file/d/177ru5gSue2lUcUBETFaKAdk-vpf7RlMp/view?usp=drivesdk
Harvard and Yale grad. Known capable of multiplying up to 4 digit numbers in his head.
Citadel is a big fish. I'm not aware, if Citadel has ever faced "discovery." He damm sure should? But it's a sad "state of affairs," when on the one hand you know it, and have distrust on the other.
Who needs to see the movie, and the actor who played Alfred Bielik, when you can listen to Alfred Bielik himself give his riveting account. How he went back in time to pre- WW2, then forward to 1988, and also 2047.
Sure hope so. The Gov't has been a three ring circus for the last eight years.
I don't trust these bastards.
LC2020 - WOW, look at you. See what you can spend your time on learning, rather than your brain rotting on FUD, and what's left of your humanity.
Horse4bCarT - Who needs the Twilight Zone, when you have the real thing, such as the Philadelphia Experiment, among others...
It's bordering on criminal how long it's taking the Judge to make a decision, after two amended filings, and a narrowed down loss-causationn for 30 * transactions. Maybe he's taking a statistics and pattern recognition course, I don't know, maybe he feels it's a little over his pay grade?
Extreme - You can use your abilities to connect with benevolent Greys. After all, they're multidimensional, which allows them to see past, present, and future. 🤓
Meanwhile, NVCR is up 8.69% compared to NWBO up 2.06%. From the looks of my biotech watch list, it's as if a decision is made to flip the switch back to Biotechs, because the list has turned mostly green at the same time. Not saying that is what is actually happening, but the timing is undeniable. Interesting.
Doc Logic - I was thinking the same thing. The orphan status has been on the books for a long time. The PIP received higher priority, because it was approved in half the average time.
Extrooper - You can extend the same characterization to the custodians of the toothless legal system.

Thanks for showing us how well you fill those shoes.
MartyDg - That doesn't sound encouraging, nonetheless, Harrington is in discovery. Virtu made a desperate plea for limited discovery recently, and was shot down.
