Some other things I pulled out from the call:
-He wants to raise 50 million for APR in the pre-IPO sales of stock (100,000,000 x .50)
-They understand that convertible debt isn't the best for us, but thinks the ways in which the money was spent will ultimately pay us back very well
- We have a mine in Mexico (I don't recall hearing that) and we're looking into mines in Vietnam, Mongolia, and the Philippines.
-He wants APR to have as little debt as possible going forward (hence the pre-IPO sale).
-He is keenly aware that the legitimacy of what he's announcing is being questioned (and rightly so) and he is working on proving himself to investors.
$PHIL
That is the hope! He sounded hopeful that he would have 1 or 2 of the 'major transactions' done in the next month, and he eluded to them being in "financial services, infrastructure, and real estate", so those are all very concrete/visible things, which is encouraging.
$PHIL
Yeah...That was my main takeaway as well. We were/are all focused on GILDEX and APR as being the big money makers going forward, but it sounds like Henry is working on other things that will be more lucrative if they are finalized. Definitely gotta hold long term here, but I don't expect the bounce on Monday that I think we were all hoping for.
My interpretation was: GILDEX isn't going to be owned by either APR or PHIL, and will function more as an exchange for mines to sell their products, which APR or PHIL (I wasn't clear on that part) will get a fee for.
It is still revenue (so I'm happy about that), but my previous thought (albeit flawed) was that we were going to have more control over mining operations and thus, more revenue from token sales. If others had the right set up in mind before the call, that probably didn't disappoint them, my thought on the set up wrong going in, I guess.
Well, I wouldn't call the CC disappointing, but it wasn't illuminating either. I was hoping for some numbers, which we didn't get. I was encouraged by the mining claims they were looking into, but that's just potential (which is okay).
I was a little disappointed in that it didn't sound like we'll be getting as much from GILDEX as we thought, but it also opens the possibilities up for multiple companies to work with us.
And then there are the 4 major deals that go unnamed, but we'll hopefully hear about in the near future. I was encouraged that he said "any one of these transactions will change the company" which means we don't have to cross our fingers all four hit.
Any body else hear anything that shook the earth? $PHIL
And thank you to Henry for getting up at 3:30 am in Viet Nam to host the call.
Sounds good. Thank you. $PHIL
Not sure if it's been answered or not, but did Henry give any insight on why he chose after hours on a Friday for the call? $PHIL
Interesting part about the T-Trade is that they all seem to be about the same number of shares and the same price (0.0443) no matter what the stock did during the day. Same person buying them all, perhaps?
I think I'm not going to care by then...$PHIL
Dilly dilly!
gotcha...thanks
There is some sort of minutes entry on the site about the settlement hearing, but I can't access anything. Wonder if it isn't accessible or if you need a login to see it.
Completely agree...there doesn't appear to be any reason for it. It is a gut punch to those that have bought on the original information, only to have the rug pulled out from under them. I don't like it at all. Henry gave people over a month to load, this feels disingenuous to longs.
steel balls!
Wow! That's a ton of cash coming in! Just stinks that this came after market close before a long weekend, might lose some of the momentum that it would have provided. Hopefully we'll continue to see more go out over the weekend. Have a good and safe long weekend everyone! $PHIL
lol...exactly! $PHIL
My DD (which I won't share) shows that there are actually 1 trillion O/S and Henry has been dumping them into the market through T-Trades in the billions everyday. I'll leave if you can show me that I'm wrong with factual, verifiable information #PHILDONK
You should just go away and do your own research. This board has given you enough information to make an investment decision. Anything else can be on your own, feel free not to come back and share anything you don't find.
Good God! That's $$$$$$$$...this has gotta start flying tomorrow! $PHIL
They literally just pulled in 1.2 million dollars and people are selling at the bid? Doesn't seem like a great decision, but that's just my opinion. $PHIL
Yep...I don't ever disparage people from making money...to each his own on that. I'm holding all I have for the dividend shares, then we'll see if Henry has anything that will keep me around (rumor is there is going to be plenty to stick around for, but we'll see). $PHIL
Wonder if it isn't someone who bought early today and just flipped them for a small profit...$PHIL
I think a lot of us were! $PHIL
LOL! Now you're just showin' off! (but I agree) $PHIL
LOL...but you're way better at adding links! I'm lazy like that! $PHIL
Another 16,500 sale on etherscan a few hours ago. Keep it rolling $PHIL
That note is actually very strange itself...who gives out non-interest bearing loans in that sum, and only expects 3750 be paid within the first year? I don't see anywhere who is owed on that note, any one else have an idea?
Yeah, that's how I see it playing out as well. I'm ready whenever this wants to take off! $PHIL
We're looking good! Hopefully Henry will come out with an update on the whole process (where Gildex is going, APR or PHIL), whether our shares are going to be restricted (and for how long), whether they're going to try to get APR directly to NASDAQ or start at a lower exchange, and pretty much anything else that will ensure PHIL doesn't tank after the divy date. $PHIL
dipANDrip and I were in the same boat... I freaked a little on my initial reading of the quarterly, then came back to reality and added this morning...working out very nicely so far.
Irrational = profitable! $LDSR
Etherscan shows another 11K token purchase yesterday as well. Moving right along here, let's keep it running up to the divy $PHIL
Well, Gildex sales didn't occur prior to April, so, that's not going to be the source of it. $PHIL is going to be fine. Not what we were all expecting, but by no means a "bad" report at all. I do agree, we need some sort of update on the Gildex project fairly soon though.
I overreacted a bit...I am convinced this is a procedural thing necessary for the merger...I am still with this long term
I'm calming down a bit...I think we're going to be just fine. If the sell off happens (and I'm sure it will), I'll be adding more. I'm convinced there is more to this than meets the eye.
Here's a strange thought...no idea if it makes any sense or not, but I just noticed this.
Is it possible that he is reporting on Landstar Inc? The title of report is all under Landstar. Is there a chance that he is holding DATA443 numbers back for a DATA443 report? No idea if that is possible or legal...thoughts?
So what was the point of putting this report out at all? They were under no obligation to do so (from what I know about OTC reporting). I am seriously hoping there is an explanation, because I have been a big believer in this company, this just doesn't make sense to me.
It isn't that we were expecting great financials...but I'm pretty sure everyone here (and watching from a distance) was probably expecting to see an actual number in the "income" section of the report. According to this, they've brought in $0.00 from sales, everything was paid for with loans or shares.
Um...you don't? Do you think that everyone has to pay on May 25th? The financials literally say there has been 0 income in 3 months, that is very bad news.
Nothing terribly helpful at all. I'm wondering if it is a limited statement (meant to meet filing requirements to hopefully uplist) and they'll disclose more once all the shell issues are resolved. At least that's what I guess we all have to hope for at this point.
