It’s not as simple as dividing by the # of shares there are many different factors. Who knows what the outcome will be like others have said before maybe UOIP will still be in business using the patents or receiving royalties. We just have to wait & see.
I haven’t researched any #’s as far as buy-outs/settlements but I think there is no way in hell its gonna go from 0.023 to 5. I’ve had my shares locked in @ 2.43 for over 30 days now. The lawyers get a good chuck of the $ & dude still has to pay for Chanbond. Just a good guess, my opinion.
the court info is public if u go search for it. We need this on channel 3 news, there has been no public news about UOIP at all except on internet stock boards. I’m sure the big cable corporations r still blocking news of the trial.
another good way to get info out is go on Twitter & search for stock sites on the post w/ lots of comments doesn’t matter what the topic is & just post “buy UOIP” or post a link to an article. This gets people who r interested in stocks on Twitter to see this info.
hopefully word of the stay being denied spreads like wildfire by morning, right now I gotta take some profits, anything above 0.035
It’s not gonna get anywhere near $5 just off of news, we’ll be lucky if it reaches 50cents. & When the settlement comes its gonna take a long long time for UOIP to see any of that $.
UOIP right now $
Tuesday morning BOOM!
yup dem big investors will eat it up @ .024 before it gets to .032
OhYa! UOIP
It’s gonna erupt like Kilauea, spewin $$$ all over! $UOIP$!!!
gtm UOIP
SDX Energy SDRYF
another winner
I got a smaller portion of my shares set to sell @ a limit around .75, then a larger portion selling @ a limit of 2.4. just in case there is a buyout when I’m to busy I can’t check my phone all the time. It’s hard to say if it will even get above .6 some think it could get up to $5 ya right.
now there can be extensions, request for continuance, delays...
I know that, this is my guess
2 more years
the longer it takes, the more they infringe & I am watching TV right now which is infringing on Chanbond Tech. I still think this case w/ 13 cos will take 2 more years.
ya I’m fairly new to stocks, stumble upon UOIP in SA while searching pot stocks, got in @ .0024 in January, got some more @ .0017, sold some above .02, & just bought more @ 0.0202.
who cares, somebody in the world that wanted to.
forgot they own HBO too
& its not just Time Warner Cable, Time Warner owns Direct TV, & Turner Broadcasting which consists of CNN, HLN, TBS, TNT, Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang and TruTV. super big here. & the r 3rd biggest entertainment company behind Comcast & Walt Disney.
Agreed this case looks complicated, of 13 cable companies a 1/3 of them have already bought each other out or merged, what a mess. This doesn’t change UOIP/Chanbond’s rock solid case of being infringed upon their patents. Seen an article that said the AT&T + Time Warner merger should be decided midway through June. This is a good sign, bc a cable company selling knows they r gonna have to pay up hella $, so they sell now. Cable prices & fees have been on the rise & they say with all the new Netflix type stuff cable TV might be extinct by 2030.
I hope they settle by the end of June, it will buy me into the World Series of Poker Main Event. UOIP$!
Twitter is an excellent tool.
NWGFF looks good too
since the case started a bunch of these cable companies have merged & purchased other tech businesses for very large amounts. There are so many different type of lawsuits on them it’s crazy. Investors r looking @ buying Charter Communications right now, who bought Time Warner & Brighthouse Networks. Altice bought Cablevision & Suddenlink. Atlantic bought Metrocast. Wave combined w/ RCN in an acquisition by TPG Capital. Bank of New York Mellon owns 2.15 billion of Comcast & invested 1 mil in Wideopen West. Cisco bought Broadsoft for 1.9 billion. A lot of these deal were up in the billions so the list of 13 has been consolidated.
We probably don’t see a lot of media coverage on this UOIP case because these cable/communication companies control the media & they obviously do not want to cover it. There is a ton of $ involved here and hopefully something will happen soon. I stumbled upon this on an investor site comments & made a small investment, sounds good.
Comcast is 1st on my list to buyout UOIP.
