From what I’ve witnessed over years playing down here, morals cannot get mixed in, or you are not going to like OTC plays.

Little to no dilution… I’ve made it clear why I like this stock.

WSRC has been one of the best OTC plays throughout the seven years I’ve been trading pinks. Buy under 2 just wait and she runs. Like a Del Mar Thoroughbred my friends.

It’s so easy and predictable. You just might have to wait a year or two. For 10x+ it’s worth it. I cannot understand how anyone doesn’t see it, shut up, and enjoy the ride.

The bashers here are infantile and not as smart as they think they are. They police this board kinda like mall cops;) Pretty much useless.

Remember, everyone was bullish here when SFLMaven took over. Look how that turned out.

I was suspicious when people were touting millions of dollars in sales, but there was never any mention of bottom line profits at the end of the year. I did not buy a single share once the ticker changed to SFLM. I just sat and watched the wheels come off the bus.

I am now currently optimistic with SFLM and have averaged down. Several years I’ve been holding shares here, but I’m still skeptical until MacKay shows us the company is finally in good hands.

This company has not diluted shareholders out of the game in my experience. Almost every OTC company does. Thats a real scam.

That's why I'm a fan of this stock. It's old school up and down. You just have to know when to buy and when to sell.

That is the beauty here, there are several facets to the company. Just when YOU think you have crushed them regarding the $2 billion mitigation contract being cancelled, they can turn around and release a PR about a new appraisal on their water rights. God forbid they ever do produce gold, then watch the PPS;) This thing has a tendency to break out with a bad case of $.20 per share syndrome. It’s fun.

I’ve yet to see mass dilution with this ticker, so if they are dumping into higher prices, they must be buying them back when they are lower. They are not creating shares out of thin air to my knowledge.

I consider a full on scam to be the OTCs that are diluting daily and getting involved in toxic lending. In these situations, no matter how well you trade, you lose. Unless you are a 1-tick flipper, an OTC like WSRC is a breath of fresh air. You just need cojones de acero.

Oh and if anyone here has a problem with morals, check them at the door. Everyone investing in the OTCs knows it’s highly risky and suspicious.

I feel like this is one of the few classic OTC tickers left. Buy low, wait, sell high. It works.

Didn’t we just find out the contract is supposedly being terminated? The decline in PPS over the last few months can’t be because of this new development.

I’ve not studied the contract, but as one who has done public works, it’s not as easy as simply saying the contract no longer exists.

I do have to agree that this is an interesting plot twist. I got out between 10 and 12. The closer this gets to 2, the closer it is to my buy back in. Every single time I’ve bought in that range, it’s worked in my favor.

Anyone can say anything they would like about this company and how they operate, but it is the only company that is a guarantee for me in the slippery slimy OTC. Think about it, these guys aren’t diluting. That’s not very common down here. Most OTC companies are funneling money out of investors pockets by toxic financing and pumping their stock while selling shares.

What’s your take on the water rights?

That is what peaked my interest originally with this company years ago and I got 15x for that intuition.

I don’t believe that I have read any PR regarding the water rights recently nor the HAIZ project. The last appraisal of the water rights showed a monster asset unless something has changed?

I don’t know if the recent PPS decline is simply lack of interest, result of the public offering, or an indicator few are investing in hemp/MJ companies right now.

Either way, if this keeps up, I’ll have to double or triple down here. I’m long on hemp investments as I hope it’s a major part of our future. I like the possibility GHG wakes up one day and takes a chunk of hemp’s economic potential.

Still pretty excited here having averaged down at .00045.

Time will tell if I've lost more money with this ticker... or... have intestinal fortitude and a set of steel cojones;)

I never liked Ladin or SFLM.

His whole charade was centered on millions in sales. The big numbers diverted attention from the lack of profit. He really did dilute invetors here, for shame.

SFLM needs a symbol change quick. Put Ladin and his crew in the rearview mirror. Chad should keep in mind he's taking over a company that recently scammed it's shareholders, so he needs to more clearly address that things are going to change under his guidance. Joe "the thief", "dilution demon", "back stabber" Ladin was able to buy SKDI, change it's business course, and change the ticker name without a 6 month silent period. That sh!t happened so fast. Almost as fast as the PPS decline.

I wonder what the delay is right now. OTC companies do not seem to care about their shareholders. I cannot understand why there wouldn't be some sort of clearer communication. But I keep buying shares, because of the constant outlandish and obviously slighted negative posts. Something good must be about to happen here...

IMHO, Chad doesn't want to tip his hand and is holding his cards down tight. It could be that he is a blundering fool, I guess... but my bet is that he will proceed as he sees best for the company moving forward. I also believe the theory we'll see a ticker symbol change and complete rebirth of the company. Lots of changes, lots of planning, lots of paperwork, and lots of waiting. Probably some legal reasons for lack of communication too.

Yes, I said it, I believe there might just be a legal quiet period still ;) If this does take off exponentially, kudos to Chad for letting us get some cheapies prior to the train leaving the station.

I never did buy any SFLM. Thought about averaging down but never did. I just watched my SKDI share value plummet. But now that Hocus Pocus and Lime Juice are here misinforming for some unknown reason, I've been a buyer. Averaged down considerably in attempt to make up for $ that Laden stole. SFL Maven of Florida was a joke when it comes to important business metrics.

Anyways, FYI on E-Trade...

as of Jan this year, they no longer consider portfolio shares under $1 as back up for funds transfered. Now I have to wait 3 days to trade money I transfer into my brokerage account. I am considering a different broker because of this. They don't seem to like penny traders. And yes, you are correct, one can still buy SFLM shares on E-Trade, contrary to others posting here.

After the failed Revitalize Earth reverse merger, the halt in trading, and fall of PPS/investor interest here, I'll take an offering at .01. Consolidation at .01 isn't my target, but stabilization at that level and above is welcome IMO.

I'm hoping we get some clear indication of the plan moving forward. I like the team and possibilities this company has set up for success in the hemp industry.

I have no idea who owns or controls the SFL Maven eBay site at this point, but I do know they list individual items for sale by auction. The default display of items is by "Auctions ending soon". Auctions end all the time on their site, it's normal.

Technically I haven't lost a penny cuz I haven't sold a share. Average down now while there's blood in the streets, for just a few hundred dollars, and I could make this a prosperous adventure yet.

I have 50/50 chances IMHO. This has been a turd investment for awhile now. But something is definitely changing. What, when, how, who... I have no real answer myself. But when the posts read like they have been here recently, you buy n hold from my OTC experience. There's a reason for all the recent posting and it's not for protecting the wellbeing of innocent OTC invetors;) Too much chance a PR is released that drastically changes things here.
