Thanks! WE love St. Paddy's.
(Got two 3 lb+ corned beef briskets to cook)
That must be it. Thanks!
It's a scammy stock. I believe they've done numerous reverse splits. In the mean time -- won't complain if it tacks on another 500%
You got the right stock, but I have no clue. I just finished breakfast and haven't even bothered yet to look and see what the chatter is on the stock. It's pulling back now. I'm still holding over half my shares... because, as Jerry Livermore said: "no price is too high" (or words to that effect.
I once watched a stock go from sub-penny to over .40 cents and back down to sub-penny within the course or around 2 or 3 hours.
RE: Covid-19
My son-in-law who had Covid last summer was at the Bday party for my granddaughter last Saturday and while we were plating up our dinner - a chipotle catered spread - he asked me about the hot sauce... said he still could not taste properly. This is now around 7 mos post infection.
I may have mentioned this here already -- but I had 12 immediate family members who had Covid last year. SIL (and maybe a couple of his sons) are the only ones with obvious lingering side effects.
I was pretty tired Sunday and Monday after getting my second Pfizer jab on Saturday. Plan to take nice walk soon.
Happy St. Patrick's Day to all.
RE: Do you REALLY think it may become another "bankruptcy play"??
Not ashamed to say I picked up 100k shares of HMNY on the cheap (just in case) and cashed out yesterday at ~.012. Banked a little over $1100.
Stocked has moved up on hype over new website moviepass.ventures.
Looks fishy though since that domain was just registered last month and doesnt appear to be associated with the old website - https://www.moviepass.com
Stimulus checks being put to work.
Happy St. Paddy's Mick!
That's good news.
Yes: "Basically, they were saying the markets would just keep on going up!"
I mentioned this last year in this post
My recollection is there were a couple of young hucksters, Steve Harmon and some other guy, that were quite popular on one (or more) of the financial networks... and they talked about
ZERO GRAVITY
With this idea that stocks only go up (and weren't coming back down to earth anytime soon)
Steve wrote the bookhttps://www.amazon.com/Zero-Gravity-High-Tech-Start-up-Breakout/dp/1576600327" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >Zero Gravity: Riding Venture Capital from High-Tech Start-up to Breakout IPO Hardcover – January 1, 2000
A was the founder of the ZERO GRAVITY INTERNET FUND which he launched in 1998 and had a nice run until 2000.
• The Zero Gravity Internet Fund, which began life as the E-Harmon Internet Fund, liquidated in 2001. The fund lost 40% since inception.
His wasnt the only internet fund - but one of the most in-your-face names.
Today's equivalent would be Dave Portnoy leader of the #barstoolfools. I believe their mantra is something like "stonks only go UP"
could be wrong -- that might be the mantra for Wall Street Bets crew

My wife and I fell in love with the new theatres a few years back when we spent 9 weeks in Loma Linda where I received Proton Beam Therapy for prostate cancer.
If you haven't been into the new theaters, you gotta check them out. They don't have seats; they have recliners. And, when fully reclined if someone needs to go past you, you dont need to retract the recliner, if anything you might need to move your feet a bit, but NOTHING like the theaters most of us grew up with. The sound systems are awesome. In some of the theaters now they sell beer which you can take in with you while watching your movie.
We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and we recently quit Starz --- but we still love going to the theatre.
I don't own AMC but -- I hope they dont go out of business.
One of my sons probably a Bitcoin multi-millionaire. He tried to get me to buy some about 10 years ago, but I passed. He's a magna cum laude computer science and engineering grad.
Oh, and youngest son bought messaged me awhile back and told me he bought some Bitcoin (a fraction of a Bitcoin) awhile back: because, he said, "You told me I need to diversify"
[insert shrug emoji]
He's a summa cum laud grad in graphic design
not to brag, but got another son who's a summa cum laud grad in electrical engineering.
Well from the HE COULD BE TELLING THE TRUTH CLUB
Had a little family gathering last night for my youngest granddaughter's first birthday. Three of my five sons were present. The subject of GME came up -- granted, its not AMC -- but it is one of the WALLSTREETBET stocks, so the investment philosophy is the same.
My youngest son, who just began investing a couple of years ago, told me that he bought GME and apparently he's adopted the exact same attitude as you just described. He probably got from reading Reddit and even though its not my trading style, I said nothing to alter his opinion (besides, I gain much of my education through losses). This bunch still believes that GME stock is going to break out over $500 bucks and do a moon shoot.
(my two youngest sons are not married so I anticipate more grandkids in the future, currently at 13)
Great post. Earned you another follow. Thanks.
RE: over the past several months, we've gone through a bull penny stock market like never before where no subpenny stock, no matter how big a scam or how big a float, didn't see massive volume and pumping, and the ability to shut your brain off could have actually help your brokerage account
I'm thinking the late 90's was even crazier, perhaps not
ACCR: Research --- According to information available here on iHub DD, investigation, and commentary of ACCR began on this thread in 2018.
I dont have my charts up but I do believe that since then the stock has been as low as in the trips and spent a lot of time in the .002 - .004 range but has since went to .07 cents and is now trading around .02 cents.
Honest question: What goes through your minds when you know that things arent right about a company and/or its CEO yet all the while you're shooting it down ---> its stock price shoots up?
Its clearly done 25 - 30 bags since discussions began here 3 years ago.
Can you guys help me here. Explain the mission, so to speak.
Don't get me wrong, I probably agree with most everything that has been posted here about the company and/or its CEO,
I'm just asking for input as to what you feel you've accomplished as a team by presenting solid DD that is apparently ignored???
I do understand that if the stock gets booted to the expert or grey market that you would certainly feel vindicated, and that could happen, but in the mean time... if appears your efforts have been futile in deterring traders from trading or market authorities to sanction the stock and/or CEO.
If I could make $$$ doing what you guys are doing I'd wholeheartedly join you, but I dont see how doing so would benefit me.

Just got my second PFE jab. Sitting on the mandatory waiting area (to make sure I have no reaction).
Then off to birthday party for my #13 grandchild. She just turned 1.
(She, her brother, father (my son) and mother have all had C-19)
Really? What's your kill rate? How many scammy CEO's have you actually put down?
now that, my friend, is fugging funny...

Janice, you did go to this website and register, no?
I registered there and they contacted me within a couple of weeks. I go in for second dose tomorrow.

...lol, which was a good move, since the stock has dropped $10 bucks from his sale price.
I have more confidence in my penny SPACs then I do in these big cap ones.
I bought that stock something like 2 or 3 years ago,,, cant recall for sure, but I think it was a no-bid stock and I took some shares at .0001. Dont remember the details all that well, but I did sell after the reverse split and the big run.
... dunno...ask Bob Ross.
Seems to be catching on.

Ps... I'm sure there's plenty of others that can say the same
(but we are the exception)
Then again --- CEO's lie all the time.
Lehman assuring investors that everything was OK
Enron
GE ... geesh I remember when the CEO said the divy was secure and then they canceled it the next month...
The list goes on.
How about AT&T Latin America. I think it was the late 90's. AT&T had invested hundreds of millions or billions in Latin America... then one day they announced they were pulling out. My stock went to CUSIP
It's still showing in my account:
Just like that POOF! I was relatively new to the game and that was one of my first big caps to buy. That was one of the big turnoffs to big caps for me, along with American Rice that did the same.
The stock market - big caps and micro caps ALL carry risk.
If a guy on some financial program who is an "analyst" says all sorts of good things about the stock because they have their degrees and certifications they can be spewing bullshit just as much as some character touting a penny stock on a message board. Not much difference.
Why is it that when a company's stock goes from $50 to $10 they suddenly downgrade the stock? or when it goes from $10 to $50 they come out with an upgrade to buy or overweight???
That's all free speech and CON ARTISTRY
I agree 100%.
It's not right or proper to lie about a stock.
.. but then some of these people are like our former president: they lie AND they actually believe their own lies.
SAD.
why would you say something so ridiculous?
Warren Buffet owns hundreds of thousands of shares of BRK.A.
What I said is I had enuf $$ after the market crashed in 1987 to buy 2 shares of BRK.A when it was trading at $4,000 per share.
Had I invested in BRK.A as I was thinking to do and held until today I would have around $800,000
Instead - I put that $8,000 to work on my own and have done significantly better.
Buffet's returns are known to be exceptional.
(mine just more so)
