It is strange for sure but the news is still real. Why not buy some cheap shares in the meantime? We could grill them at the investor's meeting about lack of communication.
Biggest news in over a year. Once this hits the news wire I expect a nice jump.
Did this really open at .387?!
If they have revenue in the millions why haven't they posted earnings in a year? And why would Pfizer use them over any other refrigerated truck company?
I've owned this stock for two years and don't get why it's being hyped up now
Yield sign on OTC even though they posted their financial.. why?
I believe it does. Wouldn't make much sense to go lower than that. My question is, how does this stock trade on the NYSE if the share price is and always has been below $4.00?
Other than the change in management, I couldn't find any news from AMNL. Could just be a blip for the management change. Company needs real news soon, losing my patience with this one.
Really? I don't see any news about this. How do you know?
What do you mean?
So the halt was likely because they didn't file the annual report on time. That kinda sucks.. hopefully they get it fixed soon or communicate what's going on.
I wonder if there is any hope left for this stock. No real news in MONTHS
Covid has affected every single business so I'm okay with the delay in funding. I would like it if the company would continue pursuing OTHER non-dilutive funding though. They obviously have a ton of potential and some good hires. Plus the CEO does communicate on a pretty regular basis. That's better the 99% of OTC stocks out there. I think our investments will pay off big time
It would be nice to hear SOMETHING from this company. They haven't had a PR in months. not looking good..
So they amended the option to give up the 5% net profit interest and now they lowered the price all the way from $4,000,000 to $1,050,000? I guess it's good they have a little bit of cash now, but that is a huge reduction in price. They really should update us on everything else going on with their operations, especially with this virus going around.
It's close.. which is crazy. I'm loading up in a few days
Halts effect OTC stocks?
The CEO said a couple of weeks and it won't be a "couple weeks" until this Friday. I think we just need to be patient. I think this company has made great progress and will continue to do so in the future.
The CEO did say that it would take a couple of weeks to get rid of all of the convertible debt. I imagine by the end of next week is when we'll have a sustained rally. Should easily reach .25. I think it's a good time to load up now at these low prices.

How do you know this?
Did this IPO around .25? I wonder if it can get back to around that price. $9m market cap seems unbelievably low..
Hm.. This is unexpected. I think it's going to be good for us.
I'm curious, why did this stock drop all the way down from .25? Seems like a lot of good things have happened the past few months.
Hopefully the volume can stay like this until the company releases some good news
I know they were trying to amend the agreement with Tintic Copper and Gold to address short-term cash needs. So.. hopefully they don't have to restructure anything. Leaving us in the dark isn't helpful
Well, if you fall off a cliff you're bound to bounce a little when you hit the bottom. I think this company needs to produce some real results before it truly bounces back
The company has real potential and assets that's for sure. But their lack of execution and communication has been a major hindrance. Not to mention the cash flow issues combined with the debt. They made a mistake in not having the annual meeting be available online. That being said.. $1.1m market cap is just ridiculously low to me. I'll be averaging down big time once I free up some cash
Bit of a head-scratcher why the stock price is so low on this one
Wow.. how low can this stock price go?
Even just in June of this year they mentioned a paints and coatings trial worth up to $7.5m in revenue. That deal was supposed to be done by July but apparently it didn't work out at all. So I think you might be right about the paints and coatings being an afterthought. They are trying to modify the CMC deal to address the short-term liquidity at least. We'll see how that works out.. it's been a rough year
I thought of that as well. I looked at their most recent quarterly filings and they mention that they have a mineral processing plant with 45,000 tons of capacity and another one with 10,000 tons. I'm not sure how that translates into iron oxide production, but it has to mean something. We could know so much more if only they had a Q&A session at their annual..
I saw this in the meeting slides and thought it was pretty good news. Of course, it would be nice to know an estimate on how much revenue this could bring in. Actually.. I didn't see any estimates on the slides, I guess they learned their lesson from last year. Hopefully it's the start of a turnaround
Ya know.. I assumed they would since the last two were broadcast but I can't find a link to the virtual shareholders meeting. That sucks.. I want to hear what they have to say instead of a brief vague statement of the future.
What will the share split be? I looked for the letter but I couldn't find it.
Okay, thanks. Definitely bad news for current shareholders.
Where can you find this reverse split announcement?
Will they not update us until the shareholders meeting? Every day with no real news is not good.
Thanks for the info. Considering all the risks, I think it's well worth it to load up at these low prices.
I think it's bad news but not as bad as I thought it could be. I don't think stock price will go below .015. I am curious what "short-term opportunities" they are pursing to address their liquidity. Hopefully it's something like the surface pile sales from last year. Who knows with this company. Thought Q3 and Q4 were gonna be big this year but instead it's been a dud so far.
You seem to be pretty familiar with this market and this stock. Any idea what kind of price range they would get for a buyout? I don't know much about the WiFi market at all but this stock seems like a no-brainier to load up on at these prices.
