The D designates that a RS has happened. It routinely vanishes after about 20 trading days. Nothing unusual about that.

Audit is being worked on, revenues and well reports coming soon, rs and issuing shares are often necessary in the evolution of a small, development stage company to becoming a successful one. Many have done it and became successful.

Takes some brokers a day or two longer to switch ticker back and get quote right. Today should be better for most.

there is a natural gas boom in WV. Wells and trucks everywhere. Some fracking, some not. Millionaires are being made from some land owners lucky enough to have the mineral rights getting royalty checks each month. Most land and mineral rights are owned by land companies, such as, Pocahontas, Westvaco, Western Pocahontas, etc., which are owned by railroad companies or mining companies. Most landowners only own the surface. Speculators came in years ago and traded shot guns or small sums of money for the mineral rights.
