Look whos getting robbed now.. everyone willing to purchase shares at any price. Fundamentals drive long term share price movement. What we just saw was not based on fundamentals.
Now all the "little guys" losing tons of money
Fairness? GME underlying business has been on the decline over the past half decade. Lower revenues quarter over quarter..
What's the future of video games?
There were reasons for the short interest.
many were willing to buy a share of GME at any price (for some reason.. kill the shorts!) that's the only reason the price here increased.
Will see correction.
in 10 years whats the future of GameStop?
If bad, prepare for collapse
What as scam. Beware. "Lin Tianting" - new President, Secretary, and Treasurer has been proven fraudster time and time over again. Good luck to all. Wash rinse and repeat. and oh are they ever washing.. and rinsing...
No kidding board up the windows
CEO of Nextech is a liar
"Unique technology to be patented soon that will change the AR industry"
the sophistication of these "patents" could be be duplicated by a high school programmer. These "patents" are worthless pump pieces that will dissolve and be forgotten about through history.
"The stock price has only fallen recently because of NEO 'issues'"
Doesn't want to admit how investors finally realize how overvalued and un-unique the company actually is
on top of that.. his decision making in the whole bitcoin thing just proves how incompetent of a CEO he really is
Yes. Going to be cheap. ACB overvalued
NEXCF market cap $300M
Still way overvalued... or worthless, no future for this overvalued service.. Just 'customers' needing it in the now.
NexTech unique technology or innovation?
They are using technology created by companies like Google, Microsoft.. and interfacing the tech into software to meet specific customers requirements.
What's the future of AR? Companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook are making AR open, easy to use, and viable for all use cases with little to no development/programming required.
NexTech's customers are exploring how easy and free AR is..
https://www.ryerson.ca/news-events/events/2021/01/working-with-facebook-spark-ar/
Then asking themselves "what are we actually paying NexTech $250,000 for.."
https://github.com/search?o=desc&q=augmented+reality&s=stars&type=Repositories
"Top execs don’t waste their time on a worthless company"
They do time and time again when lots of money is to be made near term with overhyped products and propped up valuations
But stocks are not for the near term...
where could this company be in 10 years?
Lets see what the markets think - will it be speaking about this?
Who cares what they do? And even who cares what they think?
But what are they thinking?
Likely many at NEXCF know all they have is technology that a highschooler could throw together with open source technology.. just taking advantage of current market conditions and selling an overvalued 'service' to customers who did not have time to try/evaluate anything else.
Any innovation here?
Market cap $400M
Overvalued. Nothing unique here
VCNX looking strong today
Canadian Cannabis - Supply/Demand - 2020/09

Margins were insane. A get rich quick scheme - no wonder why we see production being reduced by 75%!?
Much of ACB's assets are worthless

22% decrease

Lets see how it plays out.. Hopefully a catalyst changes these predictions.
Cultivators around the world entering the market. A prosperous industry for global economies.
At $80/share ACB's market cap would be 15 billion dollars.
To generate 15 billion dollars ACB would need to sell 4,166,666.666kg's of cannabis (average sale price of $3.60/g - inline with current financials).
4.2M kilograms of cannabis is 4,200,000,000 grams or 105 grams for all 40M Canadians.
While 4.2M kilograms could be grown over 4,200 acres of outdoor land (1,000kg/acre).
USA has over 600,000 acres dedicated to growing tobacco
Aurora must sell much more cannabis in the future to generate the equivalent revenue as wholesale prices collapse farther.
Already overvalued.
the deals we see now are overvalued and way overhyped!
NEXCF market cap $400M... overvalued.
Aurora's infrastructure is overvalued will become almost worthless. Will dissolve within the decade.
cost of production is way to high.
Thousands of producers coming online who have a thousand times less infrastructure investment costs than Aurora did.. meanwhile they are capable of producing the same amount of quarterly revenue!
Cannabis Study Reveals Production Costs Decreasing for Growers
https://www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/article/cannabis-production-costs-research-data
According to the above data.. production costs are collapsing. Companies are adapting for the future.
For greenhouse grown cannabis, 29% of the respondents indicated production costs were less than $0.22/gram ($100/pound).
For outdoor grown cannabis, 28% of the respondents indicated production costs were less than $0.11/gram ($50/pound).
Aurora's cost of production is $1/gram ($453/pound). Infrastructure way overvalued.
Agree.
Right now the only reasons people grow their own cannabis:
1) they actually can and know how to grow higher quality
2) its a hobby
3) to save money
If someone consumed 1g/day at a price $10/g they spend $3,650/year on cannabis. Money that could be saved by just 5 plants each producing 73g/year.
As the industry develops, and wholesale THC prices collapse farther, it wont even be worth it to grow your own.. so you can scratch off 3.
The "little guy" kid dope head isn't the one threatening industry giants such as Aurora.. It's the other little guys.. Hundreds of cultivation and micro-cultivation licenses being granted every quarter - the most profitable business you can enter. Margins are insane.
Cannabis is way more profitable and easier to scale than anything else.
$100,000 revenue is 3,333 bottles at $30 a bottle weighing 2,500kg (2.7tons).
$100,000 revenue is just 20kg of cannabis (@ $5/g) and could fit in a duffel bag.
What's easier to produce? Whats easier to scale? What product is way more overvalued?
Agree there may be a few other factors holding back demand. But it really doesnt matter how much demand increases.. Even if every single person in the US consumed the THC equivalent of 1 gram per day...supply could be easily fulfilled..
That's the reality. Everyone who wants it has it.
No one is desperately looking for cannabis unless they are hunting for lower prices.
The only thing holding back the consumer in this industry is not having enough money!
Companies can still be extremely profitable at a fraction of current sale prices.
Demand will increase as prices lower - but supply can easily outgrow..
Its a plant.
The house plant industry is booming.
Thousands of companies grow and take care of house plants for years until ready for sale. A plant grown for 3 years could be sold for as little as $30.
Cannabis grows like a weed. Six months and a single plant could produce 200 grams valued at $1,000 at a price of $5/gram.
No wonder why so many companies are entering the cannabis industry.

Costa Farms Cannabis
The final project will include a large cultivation complex containing about 130,000 square feet of canopy, distribution, manufacturing as well as a retail storefront with delivery. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2021.

Quote:About Florida's Costa Farms
Through its businesses, Costa Farms generates about $500 million in revenue and sells approximately 150 million ornamental plants annually, in about 1,500 varieties.
Can you imagine if Costa Farms wanted to produce 150 million cannabis plants annually instead?!
150 million cannabis plants at 500g/plant is 75 million kilograms.
75 million kilograms is 227 grams for all 330 million Americans (0.62g/day, 1.5joints/day at 0.4g/joint).

What a fraud. History repeating itself with the stock price.. Meanwhile cannabis and THC are fundamentally way overvalued.
Way overvalued
pump and dump. way overvalued
The price of dry cannabis is expected to drop less than how much it costs ACB to produce.
Companies around the world are expecting a near term drop to $2/g for high quality cannabis, while in the long term many are prepared to profitably sell for as low as $0.20/g.
What a scam. Wealth generated for few out of nothing
However, now most countries that legally buy... realized they can grow their own for far less of a cost
What a huge pump. Way overvalued
Some old first mover pump news. Now.. most cannabis companies sell to every country that legally buys
Soon, cannabis will cost less than what ACB pays to produce.
"Cannabis stocks get a big boost after vp-candidate Kamala Harris said Biden administration would decriminalize marijuana"
"they will do much more than that. We will have legal weed"
Yes! Very bad!
The US houseplant industry is booming with hundreds of millions of plants sold annually by thousands of different producers who can grow and take care of plants for sometimes years before sale..
Cannabis? Like a weed! All you need is water and sun and in just six months you could have a plant with potential to produce over a kilogram of dry cannabis.
A kilogram is worth over $5,000 at today's average price of $5/g.
Way more than the total yield from average house plants grown by nurseries for over a year.
Many companies around the world are entering the market.. "insane margins".
"but no one will pay much for it."
I wonder why?
Maybe because ACB is still way overvalued!
ACB's $80M revenue/quarter is 16,000kg at $5/g..
16,000kg could be grown on just 10 acres of land!
Over 400 licensed cultivators now in Canada and growing... Many produce over 16,000kg while their assets are valued at fractions in comparison..
But.. many of ACB's assets arent just overvalued.. they are worthless! operational expenses way to unsustainable!
I like fundamentals
