Can you help explain this is layman's terms...
Thank you
Thank you for your reply.
When settlement arrives, will this stock go dark to pay those who are holding? How will "value" be captured if stock is not "shut down" for purchase while passing out the settlement. Has anyone been through this or have knowledge of how it works? Thanks!

Some of us have been around since the day of ICEWEB.... more than 10 years. Some of us watched ICEWEB move to IWEB then to UOIP...watch the company fall after the original owner (Mr. John R. Signorello) past away and Mr. Rob Howe took over...Some of us lost a ton of money with the split and decline...and some of us are still here believing there will be a positive outcome. I am one of the originals and am still hanging on after 10 + years!

A little history:
UNIFIEDONLINE was once ICEWEB. ICEWEB was founded in 1969 and has subsidiary companies: ChanBond LLC; PatriotNet, Inc.; Learning Stream; KC-NAP, LLC: iPlicity Inc., Arogen, Inc, Interlan Corporation; Computers & Tele-Comm, INC (CTP; Iceweb ONline, Inc; Interlan Commuications, inc.; ICEWEB Storage Corporation; DeveElements, Inc.; The Seven Corporation.
The company was created after the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding stock of Computers and Tele-Comm., Inc.(CTP), a Missouri corporation, and its wholly owned subsidiary, KC NAP, LLC in exchange for 23,921 shares of common stock. Additionally, the company issued shares to pay its debts, which totaled $267,978, in exchange for 33,714 shares. Consequent to this transaction, the company started operating data centers and providing Information Technology services. On March 4, 2013, the company announced that it would merge with Storage vendor IceWEB. With this new business transaction, the company started to provide cloud application services, and cloud storage services that include file sharing and collaboration services.
With all the other information that was shared, if there is nothing to invest in, there are plenty of other stinky pinkys to look at. For those of us here and long are here to stay regardless of uneducated posts.

IceWEB, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells purpose built appliances, and network and cloud attached storage solutions, as well as delivers on-line cloud computing application services. They also own the IceSTORM patent. You should probably google all this. From your response - it appears that more DD is needed.
VNDM is a know stock dilutor.
How To Spot Dilution
Once you learn how to use L2 dilution is very easy to spot. Always pay attention to who is on the ask. If it is just NITE or UBSS then most likely you won't see any manipulation. If you see PERT, VFIN, VERT or cosmetic MM's, know that they are the #1 diluters in the market. Cosmetic MM's are special MM's used by the company to help hide dilution from less learned traders. Some of them are PUNK, MERRI and VNDM. Sometimes it's easier to use them then the well known one's like VERT. If you are watching L2 and one of the diluters are there you will see massive volume on the ask but it will not UT on your stock, it's because they have a certain amount of shares to sell and will not move until they are gone.
You might think it's all buys but they are masked due to selling on the ask since they will come up green instead of red. Another thing here also is you can have millions bought on the ask and then it down ticks, posters will say MM manipulation but what is going on is it down ticked because the OS has gotten bigger due to VERT and others selling shares on the ask.
Here is a list of some of the more famous Market Makers (MM's)
Big Shorters: JIMK, POND, GNET or ARCA (anyone can use GNET, even other MMs because it's an ECN).
Wholesalers: ETRD, HRZG, MASH, NITE, SHWB, UBSS
Top Retail Dilutors: ACAP, AGIS, BAMM, BMIC, CHIG, CLYP, FANC, FRAN, JIMK, MAYF, MERRI, NATL, PERT, PUNK, SACM, UCAP, VERT, VFIN
that is what you told everyone...the 40mil sale is under AON...
Why are you posting something on UOIP board that has nothing to do with UOIP...that was my question? For someone who held a Series 7 license ("held" being the operative word) you sure are questionable!
Because it is an AON order. And you posters know all there is about investment securities buying and selling , what a joke and you bash me about having had a Series 7 license!!

JBBB - you shouldn't say anything about anyone speaking with forked tongue!
JBBB, I don't understand your posts on UOIP.
One day you are tooting horns for the company, the next day you are slamming the heck out of it. Why aren't you trying to call Mr. Carter? He IS Chanbond! You "claim" to have spoken to Mr. Howe, who "claims" to have indicated good things are coming. If UOIP is in discussions, he can't talk to anyone about anything (smart investors know that! That speaks volumes!) You also claim to be holding 70mil shares that would make you "rich" if this turns positive. If your motive is to increase your holdings at the lowest cost, then I understand you negative posts. If that is not the reason, how do you think your posts are helping?
How did you reach him? Everyone that has tried has been unsuccessful. Did he provide any insight or did you just get his voice mail and leave him a message? Just as curious as anyone else who has tried to reach Rob Howe...if you don't mind sharing.
seems some have trouble with DD??
here's one for ya.

I have been with this company for over 10 years...
I have a feeling the IWEB you are referring to is IWEB TECHNOLOGIES and Internap Company who services Canada. The IWEB associated with UOIP was IceWEB, not IWEB. You should be sure before you start posting...
UnifiedOnline, Inc., incorporated on February 25, 1969, provides wireless and fiber broadband service, co-location space and related services and operates a Network Access Point (NAP) where customers directly interconnect with a network ecosystem of partners and customers. In addition, through the Company's IceWEB Storage Corporation subsidiary, it can deliver online cloud computing application services, other managed services, such as Disaster Recovery, Archive Storage, Redundant File Storage, Redundant Broadband Services and Business Continuity Services.

The Company leverages its NAP, which allows its customers to manage information and application delivery performance. Its platform enables interconnection and traffic exchange.

15 months ago was the OS
The number of shares of the registrant's common stock, $ 0.001 par value, outstanding on 15 February 2016, was: 1,011,928,504
Ok should billy keep his shares still hold, I am glad that I have one or more mil of it if it runs 12 june positively for us..
old news...that article has been posted here numerous times! GLTA..holding strong!
Folks....is there anyone out there with IT knowledge? This is not just a settlement. A patent requires licenses to use..this is not just about the settlement...IMO.
I posted first then went back and read the posts. Thank you for the reply.
Does anyone have any news on the patent infringement case? I thought something would be decided/communicated by May 15th. I can't find any recent news.
I believe a patent means selling licenses to use....that may be all the company can hold on to - after the payout! Microsoft was built on selling licenses! Can't count out the possibilities yet!
There is still the lawsuit issue and possible settlements. The future "could" hold "licensing" for use, etc. Right now, it appears you are correct and bottom feeders are trying to make a few dollars. The next "meeting" on the lawsuit is in May - so we wait!
I found Mt. Rob Howe III on facebook...living in Texas on "Howe Acres". I sent him a message asking if he has been removed (or retired) from the UOIP position with no reply. By the pics, he is living the good life at 71 and has no mention of UOIP anywhere. I am wondering why this stock is still on the market, why people can still buy shares...if the lawsuit/payment on the infringement is still pending with no information/timeline anywhere, this could just be a dead horse. I am holding my millions of shares however...hoping for the big lottery!
Law360, New York (March 30, 2017, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has denied six petitions for inter partes review launched by Cisco Systems Inc., shooting down the company’s bid to invalidate two high-speed networking patents held by ChanBond LLC.
In declining to review the two relevant patents, the PTAB said Wednesday that Cisco failed to show that the patents are likely invalid after ChanBond asserted the patents against a group of telecom companies.
ChanBond has been active in asserting the patents against major cable companies including Charter Communications Inc., Time Warner..
