It would be nice to know what payment do the HF expect ?
After Mary ruled, now it seems payout could be start very soon.
I've a simple question:
The hedge-fonds have many ESCROW's (e.g. Bonderman). What do you think will we get the same money like the hedge fonds and do you really think for ALL of us (including HF) is only ~$50 million left ? This would be crazy and I really can't believe it.
YES ...fully right !
Not only ! E. Sargent (not Nelson) told that in the letter to shareholders in front (!) of POR7 to get their releases.
BBANBOB...so you really compare the big FDIC with a car dealer (which one has no idea what's inside the sold car ?) and JPM with a simple stupid car buyer ?!
Are you serious?
YES ! "So many times in bankruptcy, shareholders never get this far," said James Scott, of Seattle, a member of the committee that has represented shareholders during the bankruptcy. "For shareholders to have the chance to participate in a company that is moving forward, that could provide for some meaningful recovery down the road — it's a huge win."

Transcript 2012/02/17 - Confirmation Hearing – Edgar Sargent
"Given the situation, I think it’s all the more remarkable that we’re here today before you with a consensual plan that distributes meaningful recovery to the WMI shareholders. And I think that recovery really is meaningful.”
You don't remember the words of our lawyer Justin Nelson who told us shareholders that we can expect a real or meaningful recovery after signing POR7 ?!
Before (!) we signed POR7 they told us, that IF we sign, we will get a "REAL RECOVERY" ! ...10 years later we're still waiting for ?!
Do we've had any choice ?
If I remember me right it was "SIGN" or you will get "NOTHING" !
And don't forget they told us POR7 will become "FAIR and REASONABLE"
!
Is this a joke from you ? Or do you really think the banks don't know what they own ?
We don't speak about $100 or $1000.... we speak about $30 BILLION my friend !!!
Think about it !
NO...I cannot agree ! The $30 BILLION belongs to us !

BEFORE (!) we gave our releases it was the examiners Mr. Hochberg's task to find out what assets were still available. And it is also the trustee's task to preserve as much of the assets as possible for the shareholders.

THIS money don't belong to JPM ! It is ours !
JPMorgan found a $30 billion 'unexpected bonus' in the remains of Washington Mutual !
In any case .... HOW can WMILT overseen $30 BILLION (!) !
Alone this is UNBELIEVABLE and these ASSETS belongs to us shareholders !
worker
hotmeat...WHAT is with the so called "unexpected $30 BILLION bonus" which JPM has found ?
Somebody must pay for that, because it is still the money of ALL formerly WAMU-holders !
If it was $30 ...ok...but not $30 BILLION !!!!!
worker
"I've been saying for years we will not get paid.....the so call smart posters on this board JUST CAN'T SEE IT.....so sad."
Have you already told that TPG/Bonderman and all the other invested Hedge-fonds ?
I hope you are right !
So (hopefully) the "unexpected $30 billion bonus" which JPM has found, must (will?) be returned to WAMU-shareholders ...which are now ESCROW-holders ?
If THEY really (?) think according to the general bankrupty rules it was not necessary to save money for WAMU shareholders and thats why the agreement did not require itemization to transfer assets, why don't you asked them HOW is it then possible sold WAMU for ~$1.9 billion and overseen $30 billion of formerly WAMU-ASSETs ... "JPMorgan found a $30 billion 'unexpected bonus' in the remains of Washington Mutual !"

THAT would be a GOOD QUESTION !
worker
REAL RECOVERY ??
Our lawyers told us, if we sign releases we will get a REAL RECOVERY for sure !
Is anybody here who has already received a REAL RECOVERY ?
NO !
So be cool and WAIT TILL THE END ! ...for the REAL RECOVERY !
The "game is over if the game is over" !
It's OVER, if we've reached the END and not a single day earlier !
And if it isn't OVER, then we don't have reached the END !
bkshadow
Maybe I am wrong, but in my humble opinion EVERYTHING which affects WASHINGTON MUTUAL has a relation ...maybe not a direct one, but a relation ... to old WAMU !
These "RELATIONS" are logically not written in the actual (available) documents, but maybe (hopefully) in the FUTURE coming DOCUMENTS !
I by myself cannot look in the future. You ?
Am I right or am i right ?
Most of the people on this board have ESCROWS and give a shit, if their will be nothing !
Who thinks you can by a multi-100-billion firm for 1,9 billion should go to the doc !
GREAT ! So "Independence Day" can come !
INTERESTING !
And how much do you think, will it be at least from these 300 billion ?
...no idea. IMHO the money should go to escrows, because the 300 billion formerly was managed by subsidiaries of WAMU and so it was a real asset of old WAMU !
..private investors like insurance companies and so on ...
But IMHO they've "only" managed the portfolio, not owning them ? If yes, not the whole 300 billion will come back, "only" the management fees (~15-20 billion per year). Am I right or not ?
Washington Mutual was worthless ?
What a joke !
http://www.businessinsider.com/r-jpmorgan-builds-up-apartment-loan-leader-from-wamu-rubble-2015-7?IR=T
Give me $1,9 Billion and I buy it and you will get back the double amount ! Agree ?
..and don't forget the proposed "REAL RECOVERY" (!) which we've don't seen till now !
IMHO WMB has "only" managed the $299 billion "WAMU-Loans", The owners were and are still private investors like insurance companies, pensions funds, ...
@ ALL .... PLEASE, can we speak about this:
https://livinglies.wordpress.com/2017/06/19/investigator-bill-paatalo-blockbuster-finding-wamu-investor-code-ao1%e2%80%b3-revealed-chase-stipulates-it-represents-wamu-asset-acceptance-corp/
ESPECIALLY this FILING from "Superior Court of California":
http://bpinvestigativeagency.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Chase-Stipulated-Fact-AO1-WMAAC.pdf
IF JPM (according to the NEWEST filing, see PDF file above) don't own (never ever has purchased) the WAMU-Loans, WHERE are they now ?
FDIC or this "WaMu Asset Acceptance Corporation" (according to the filing) or anywhere else ?
We speak about $300 billion worth "WAMU-Loans" !!!
worker
OK "FormerKQ" .... read 100000000 times examiner report again and then come back here to talk about !
Agree ?! ...Yes !
Over and out !
see you in 2056 !
bye
....maybe a "trojan horse" to hide the real important themes of these days ?
worker
Hi,
why you always asking for the old examiner report ?
This report was cancelled by court because this report was BS ! Maybe (hopefully?) it was not the failure of the examiner, but the examiner itself statet for example:
"39 Equity undertook a preliminary solvency analysis based on the limited information made available by the Debtors. Equity noted that a final analysis of solvency would require a detailed review of WMB’s loan portfolio, which is not available to Equity and was also not reviewed by the Debtors."
So FORGET these BS examiner report und put it in the garbage can like court has done it !
worker
Zalviny ... would give you $10 for your 100k escrows !
If you agree, send me details !
worker
wasn't me !
If JPM (in 2008) has already known that there were $30-WAMU-BILLION in assets, which they found as "unexpected BONUS" in July 2015, then it was a BIG FRAUD !!!
http://www.businessinsider.com/r-jpmorgan-builds-up-apartment-loan-leader-from-wamu-rubble-2015-7?IR=T
WHERE are now (!) these 30 BILLION ?
http://www.businessinsider.com/r-jpmorgan-builds-up-apartment-loan-leader-from-wamu-rubble-2015-7?IR=T
SIMPLE QUESTION:
Will we get back OUR $30 BILLION of ("unexpected") WAMU-Assets ?
http://www.businessinsider.com/r-jpmorgan-builds-up-apartment-loan-leader-from-wamu-rubble-2015-7?IR=T
That would be "fair and reasonable" or not !?
It's OUR money .... NOT JPM's !
