Thanks for posting again MC. Your opinions are extremely appreciated amongst LTSH as well as Donja's.
How is that, iggy?

"provides strategic advisory support to healthcare companies that are undergoing a transition or seeking to enter into a strategic transaction."--- Does that include a member of their management staff taking over as ceo during these transition periods? I wouldnt think so but if DOC was adamantly against such things Lombardo was there, with his credentials, to fill his shoes. Another thing not too many people have brought up is that Lombardo is 70 years old. Still plenty young but not too many years left to fight the huge fight Advaxis has to fight if they are going it alone.
From the latest 8-k:
On July 18, 2017, Advaxis, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) with Anthony Lombardo in connection with Mr. Lombardo’s assumption of the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective July 6, 2017, as previously disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 6, 2017.
Under the terms of the Employment Agreement, Mr. Lombardo’s base salary will be equal to $355,000 per year. Mr. Lombardo is also eligible to receive a one-time lump-sum bonus equal to $88,000 payable within thirty (30) days after the effective date of the Employment Agreement. Additionally, an annual discretionary bonus, targeted to 50% of Mr. Lombardo’s base salary, may be granted if certain performance goals are met in the discretion of the Company’s Compensation Committee.
Further, Mr. Lombardo will be entitled to cash severance payments if the Company terminates his employment without Just Cause (as defined in the Employment Agreement) or if Mr. Lombardo resigns his employment for Good Reason (as defined in the Employment Agreement).
In connection with the execution of the Employment Agreement, Mr. Lombardo also agreed to maintain Company Confidential Information (as defined in the Employment Agreement).

Advaxis did something I dont think I have ever seen before which is they didnt offer RSU's or options to Lombardo. Which one can argue he is interim but why then the potential annual bonus? I am beginning to change my opinion to that a transaction/transition will occur or....just saying screw it all and just stick with farming and let the intellects handle the intellectualizing and start again buying shares at these low levels.....hmmmm
That doesnt necessarily mean banks is right.
You might be on to something Banks. Here is from TheChannelGroup.com website:

Investors would say a LOT more than a MC of $300 million and those CR's and 100%-ers would say "PRICELESS....BECAUSE I AM FRIGGIN ALIVE" and "why the hell do I have to be on my death bed after going through years of hell before I can get this type of treatment.?"
Chaos assures no clarity...but, if you do receive some, please let us know. I called IR after DOC's departure and was so hot when I got a return phone call, I could not answer. Changes are a commin, just ready for them to be announced! As a farmer, i expect uncertainty and as an investor I expect uncertainty....just a bit fed up with it after 4 years in this department. GLTAL's
Pretty much sums up my thesis statement in regards to my ADXS investment as of late. Much has been proclaimed lately with little to no proof to back the claims.
let's hope not...EOM
I guess I am the minority here when I think that when our CEO gets "terminated/canned/dropped" that a deal is not imminent just because the aforementioned. He was "let go" for a reason but that reason does not mean a sale of the company is upon us. Changes are a commin' but what they are is a question? EU application/filing has yet to be announced and even though Aratana has given their "word" our oseo ATOH will be approved late 2017....it is no guarantee. Speculate at will, i suppose, from here on out.
Gajj, do you (or any one else) know if DOC would have to report if he continued to buy shares post "termination"?
Solid trade. It would have been hard for me to sell in the 30's if i bought at 1.18. I am long at .98 but I also trade so it leads me to a bit of curiosity...whats your next price target to buy back in? I would assume you have one since you sold at 1.36? I bought in at 1.59, got greedy and missed my sell at 1.72 by a couple of pennies before this last drop (old habits of being a penny pincher, i guess).
1. The negatives are already factored in to the shp. 2. I am long and I trade trade mnkd 3. The numbers from Apidra and Humalog are a reminder of what the market potential are for mnkd (thank you for posting, btw).
"Elsewhere I pointed out that apidra is in the same boat as afrezza in terms of having nil insurance coverage. One consequence is that apidra's script numbers relative to humalog and novolog are as PATHETIC as afrezza's are absolute. " - risingskepticism
Care to break down the meaning of that last sentence? As to the whole repost...just jibber jabber not worth reposting.
I cant think of many corporations that go on a hiring spree without a job for them to do. Its not like these 6 figure gents are twiddling their thumbs.
From post #26276
"Also heard back from Lombardo. I mentioned having his interest aligned with shareholders. His reply was, "Thank you for your kind note. Our goal is creating shareholder value. Thanks again for the confidence you have placed in the team""
That comment speaks volumes! DO mentioned "Shareholders" maybe 2 or 3 times during his tenure. Awesome that he comes straight out of the gates with that comment even though it was through an email. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your reply from earlier. My messages somehow get erased as soon as i read them. It was a god day today for our little bio's!
The MC/SHP needs to get somewhere near fair market value before any talks of a buyout are discussed. Which on the very low side is about $15 and a buyout at 2x that minimum would put us at $30. Any thought of a buyout before we reach $15 to $25 is just fluff...the tutes would never accept anything less imo.
Are you in on this too, mypekeispooped? I bought in a couple months ago because the price was to good to pass up going into asco. What are you thoughts on the imminent future as to I have no idea as to who to listen to on this board given the non stop posting?
Temporary CEO's dont make those type of decisions right? At least I don't think they would be able to do so, hence the name. Lombardo is just keeping the seat warm for the next guy.
Ok, thanks.
Hey iggy, whats your take on this:
https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/premerger-notification-program/early-termination-notices/20151279
Holding up nicely today.
ADXSW volume, those 170 shares are mine, lol. I know I paid a premium but couldn't resist.
"In connection with Mr. O’Connor’s departure, the Company and Mr. O’Connor have entered into a separation agreement (“Separation Agreement”), pursuant to which Mr. O’Connor will receive: (i) cash payments in a total gross amount of $560,000, payable over a 12 month period, (ii) a one-time gross cash payment of $280,000, payable on or about July 13, 2017, and (iii) continued vesting on his equity in the Company. The Separation Agreement also contains a continuation of certain medical insurance benefits and other customary provisions. The foregoing description of the Separation Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of this document, which is filed hereto as Exhibit 10.1, and is incorporated herein by reference."
He still is going to receive 1 year's pay of $560,00 and $280,000 "bonus" which is paid in cash. This reads like a huge pat on the back and job well done. Who has ever heard of a cash payment so large for "resigning." With the inclusion of his shares, DO will be set for life. Now the next transition of ADXS, to be continued...
Easy.....who is replacing him and how will the market respond with a temporary CEO? ...at our very low shp?
fbg, where you at? You got your wish DO is gone, now what?
But iggy we have no (real) replacement and the market is going to kill us on that alone. I think the carnage will be short lived but its coming tomorrow.
Personally i think this is going to $3.50 to $4.00 range. If it does i will buy warrants with everything i have, if they are available for sale, and convert in 6 months.
Surprised indeed! Pretty sure i said every curse word in the book when i found out. He was let go...just why the BOD/tutes did not have a heavy hitter of a CEO lined up to replace him with is beyond me. Instead will get hammered with a very large drop tomorrow and the coming days.
Yes that is correct, they said up to 100 antigens packaged together in groups of 20. This talk is out of my league but the level of "payload" mentioned eliminates the need for algorithms which require selecting the desired antigens to cock, load, and shoot 1 (or a few) at a time. My take is adxs-neo is like having a 5 round clip in which each round has different purposes and when fired shoots off 20 antigens. (ex. armour pircing, hollow point, full metal, bird shot, high velocity) The first one would probably take out the enemy (tumor) but you have 4 more in your clip, just in case. This is ONE of the reasons why AMGN bought in preclinical. All in my opinion and check for yourself... i know a little about a lot of things ;)
Trends are temporary and are already attributed to the shp (reversal coming?). The slightest signal of a reversal in the outlook of mnkd and this thing skyrockets...just like it did when the OneDrop collab was announced.
Its officially 2H17, so we could expect EMA application sent any day which would start the clock and the countdown to our first approved product. The race is on to see if PETX can pull their head out of their arse and get osteo approved before EMA approval. Happy friggin (premature) 4th to all ADXS longs. A bit of TX whiskey held high for y'all!

No worries, just happy to read some new info from you/the board, in general, to charge the batteries.
Trend or no Trend, this stock is driven by news. Good news, the shp will sky rocket. Bad news, it will tank. Imo, its a great stock to hold long AND trade.
Not only is opdivo the best but they are also getting a chunk out of the second best as well. just a simple google search away...
Great post Hypi
I bought some as well to trade this stock for the first time in 4 years of holding long, on Tuesday...at the open. Un-flippin believable
