Oh hongcouver, let me clarify what you again prove is your lack of understanding a menu.
What you read at 18 per person was the CATERING MENU SECTION and that was per person charges for a formal banquet..lol
have you ever planned a party with a caterer and seen where they say you get a choice of this or that?
Now I really understand why you get so excited reading FASCs 10k reports.
You guys really crack me up................lol
PS if you want to know my daily offerings and prices and can't find them on the menu, call me and I'll walk you through it!
TRCPA........also after they get their nutrition I will recommend a real good numbers guy I respect from Australia, to do their accounting for them
He is awesome at looking at numbers and seeing the real facts behind them.
Have a very nutritous and numbery type of day
Gday mates!
hongcouver...you're so right, Seton Hall Tests NEW students for around three years for day students and four for night and they graduate after that time. They don't just keep taking tests and never graduate. They prove by taking those tests that a said person is Able/viable for practicing law and they embark on their careers.
Unlike FASCs KDSs that seem to only be able to test, make some deals with far away countries and then fade away without ever knowing how they're doing.
I wonder if you would hire a lawyer/CPA who only takes tests, never graaduated and never proved his viability in his/her profession.
Another thing that's proven now is how your group emails each other about my website...lol
I'll change it today so you and the group will have some more reading fun!!!
Wyo/papa, here's my proof that they haven't created any new customers, First we had this PR from them..
Dec. 10, 2002 Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. signs letter of intent to purchase KDS equipment. I would assume they were buying those KDSs for THEIR own customers/ or their own processing needs??? They didn't buy them now did they Wyo/papa, so if they couldn't find their own customers/viability for those KDSs in that letter of intent, what makes you so sure they found any customers for the still unpaid for AgES machine they're TESTING now.
I like to look at ALL the facts Wyo/papa, and not live in a land of fog!!!!!
So if you believe AP is creating customers and FASC isn't PRing that so we don't get too excited, you keep buying more....................................K!
WYO..I do believe you again didn't comprehend my post. I NEVER said FASC has no customers, we know that they have a few. I said we don't know if the AP testing KDS ever created any customers and that's a big difference from what your post implied I said.
If you want to take "a stab" a things, try reading the post thoroughly first and then respond.
So again I stand by my post that AP is just a testing facility and no where have we seen that they've created any type of customers and if they had it would of been PR'd quite loudly. imo.
So your post only seems to show how many only want to try to "smear" the poster rather then prove him/her wrong..............AP has done nothing for FASC and I can quite confidently say it by looking at our PPS
PS I again say to our "moniter" that he should look a bit closer at posters who allege smear and other allegations against posters. Some might take that as a personal attack and we know that's not allowed here............wink wink!
tennzi.....if AP is NOT just an ongoing testing facility, what new customers have those testings produced? If you can't answer that question, then my post is NOT a smear tactic and your post should of been deleted as a personal attack!
LOL!
Tenzzi....do you think revenues and profits are the same thing also?
or if a company posts some revenues are those numbers profits before subtracting expenditures.
It would be nice to get some others opinions on this matter
TR....please go check the 10K report and see what are revenues and what is profits.
You'll find NO profits at all in the report.
Have a great day!
Manos, it seems ALL the companies FASC sells things to quickly become mysteries after the KDSs are "sold".
ALMI, Firma Codogni, Malaysia, and Princeton are all mysteries ever since the PRs of those deals. Only a few people are still excited about those alleged "successes"
But as I have said MANY times before, a companies "SUCCESSFUL" PRODUCT will be heard All OVER THE MARKET, but sadly FASCs KDSs are very quiet in the market place no matter what some want to portray it as. PPS moving up are a most definite sign of a viable product.
FASC shares have been dead in the water for over four years.
Hello airpocket, I feel your pain with some moderators who will delete in a nano second anything they feel goes contrary to THEIR beliefs/hypes.
Check out the FASC board and you'll find a very jealous group of moderators who will not tolerate anything negative about a stock that has fallen consistantly four over four years and has never shown a profit ever.
PS you're absolutely correct about pennies to be TRADED and not invested in.
Setonian
TR....shame on you, aren't you a CPA? Earnings and profits are two very distinct and seperate numbers. If a companies expenditures are greater then their earnings, there is NO profits to the bottom line and losses continue to mount as we have with FASC so again I stand by my statement that FASC has NEVER shown a profit.
Do you consider machines that we know, for instance VIRC, we had THREE machines sold/almost given away to process glass (which they don't do) and two of those machines were going to be used for other process and NEVER put into use/test, ALMI was delayed before becoming operatonal Malaysia, Firma Codogni and Princeton NO ONE knows anything about any of those "closed deals" so again NOT ON TIME.
Can I show that the market hasn't found the KDS viable???? Yep, tell me where it's working FULL time and is a viable machine for those processes. I know you'll say ALMI but in their report there was NO mention of the great alleged successes of the KDS so again there really is no proof that the Machine is working well.
All investors know that any type of bash/hype can ever hold or move a stock for the LONG TERM. FASC has been down for over four years and that has NOTHING to do with bashers.
If you don't think Cal is over paid for what he's produced for us, there is no use discussing that because ALL CEOs are paid to produce and if you think he's being paid fairly that's your opinion, ask anyone here and most will differ.
As for AP, if you think they're not just testing and are doing something profitable please show us that info, if not they're just TESTING and finding NO customers to boot...and that's a FACT!
Sorry TR, I still stand by my statement!
OT...to the gent that loves to PM me about what I post, if you think my posts are my opinion please feel free to PUBLICLY discuss them with me within the rules of this board and show me where I am wrong.
Obviously if a person can not do that, it might mean they have no case to debate their side of the issues.
I again ask anyone who thinks my post regarding FASC issues are an opinion rather then how I see them as facts please show me where I err.
If not don't bother tho PM me since I can't respond in that method.
Hope all are well,
Setonian
TRCPA....If you need MORE proof to what I said as being FACTUAL I can't help you. But if you or anyone care to prove to me where my post isn't a FACT I would love to be corrected.
It's nice to be home, and hope all had a safe and happy weekend!
Setonian
Jagman....amazing how there are all these excuses that really don't have any proof to them.....
No proof of shorters!!!
No proof of a basher conspiracy
No proof of a company conspiracy to hold them back....
But we have these proven facts....
FASC has never shown a profit
FASC has never finished a deal on time.
FASC hasn't proven to THE MARKET that their product is a viable solution for anyones processing needs.
Bashers haven't held this stock back.
CEO is way over paid.
Shares are still being diluted (TR one Q doesn't mean anything, it will continue)
All the positive posts in the world also doesn't help this stock..ie IHUB.
Machines that live to test only...ie AP
I'll leave you with those thoughts and now I'm off to the Bahamas for some R&R.
Hope the board lords allow this to remain, I know it's difficult to see these issues but discussing them will help.
PS, what ever happened to Roddy, has he sold out???
TR...this is the FIRST Q that the OS haven't been further diluted. You seem to think that this will continue into the next Q. I know people around here don't like making any types of wagers here, but I'm willing to wager that the next Q we'll see some further dilution.
As for your analagy about FASC being "A PUBLIC" company....cmone TR it's a penny stock that really has nothing to do with the big boys other then trying to perceive themselves as fully reporting.
Most savvy investors wouldn't even read the prospectus on FASC with our current "irons in the fire"
Cal needs to stop making excuses and many investors should stop defending his horrific job performance.
JMHO
Daemon....you seem to of missed the point in our posts comparing Enron and FASC. We weren't comparing the two companies but were comparing the validity of trusting an SEC report as gospel involving those two.
As for 50K of shares buying a bike, sadly Daemon that's the case now but when I bought those shares I could of purchased a nice vacation for that price. Cals done a great job and deserves another round of bonuses....LOL or better yet COL.
But we both do have one thing in common, I haven't lost a dime also until this ship completely sinks.
Setonian
Bobby....you don't think they're way over paid for what they've produced???? Their bonuses where on TOP of their salaries which are six figures for a company that hasn't made a cent in profit.
Bonuses are usually for GOOD JOB PERFORMANCES and if they think they're doing good I would hate to see what can happen if they ever say things are bad.
PS, where did you see anyone calling this company "a scam, or thieves" anywhere from me????
The big salaries aren't "the problem" here but most certainly they are part of the problem
Bobby, the only difference for Cal and the boys frustrations, compared to ours are, they are being paid quite handsomely to weather the storm of their frustrations and we just keep losing more and more of our value, while the give themselves bonuses.
Great job if you can find one!!!
TR...the same can be said for you and on the contrary I respect those opinions unlike how some love to try to paint me and my opines as some evil agenda.
The only differences between you and I are is the fact that I learned a long time ago to question the CEO and his business practices and didn't average down to these "historically low prices" and only have 50K in shares to lose, unlike you and many of the folks that hang out here, who have millions of shares to lose. Hence the extreme sensitivity of most here.
So as of today I can confidently say....YES I have been "more correct" then you in MY take on what's going on with FASC.
I do hope to congratulate you if/when FASC ever hits it big even though I know I will be laughed at and probably be the butt of many jokes
TR...no where in my post did I imply anything about a recently returned machine, just that they had them returned at one time or another before.
As for exceptions being Enrons problem with its SEC reports, ALL investors have to rely on is the accuracy or lack there of, of reports from individual companies and as we have seen many times has a company had to restate their earnings because of some kind of error and the ones that get screwed are the investors.
Having said that, FASC and Cal have never shown any type of investor concerns involving clarifications on deals or the progress of anything to due with OUR investment in HIS control of OUR money involving FASCs day to day costs.
On the contrary, he believed he and his crew deserved a friggen bonus while our shares continued to fall. So in ending if you can't trust the CEO, how can you trust what the CEO tries to portray as future successes in his reports!
TR, are you saying that FASC never had a machine returned? I do believe in one of those SEC reports there was a returned machine written about in one of them.
As for those SEC reports you trust so much, was not ENRON a fully reporting company and all those poor workers lost everything relying on those CEO signed reports.
Again back to what I alluded to yesterday that coninually disappeared here, I trust a products success as opposed to a companys "exteme makerover" report!
Look forward to your further interpretations of our future reports
Jagman...TRs correct, kind of like the sale of the AgES KDS that was booked as sold, but they never received the money since it was contingent on an AgES system being sold for the payment to be made.
Also we have the "sold" KDSs that were also returned to FASC.
Machines that "test" for lifetimes and inventory being
juggled from 10K to 10K
Again those SEC reports confuse others more so then some....LOL
Can't wait for the next 10K to clear things up further!!!
I would buy another KDS to help with the sales numbers, even though I wouldn't use it like VIRC!
Wyo, you're sounding a lot like another long time friend of mine. I never said the machines don't work I said they weren't viable for glass processing due to the stress on the chains and bars breaking down. A big difference! The dolomite processing went quite well though.
Now in regards to those machines that were practically given away to test, they painted them. refurbished them and nevr put them into production.
As a business man I look at it like this, either VIRC and it's management team spend money like our goverment, or they got a product relatively cheap to try to test it and found NO need to waste more money on the product they deemed not worthy.
WYOINVESTOR...that might be the case for an ESTABLISHED computer company to sell 10 of its computers and have only a portion used, since it's product has been sold and accepted in the market place But in the case of the FASC KDSs and the ones sold to VIRC, we have a DEVELOPING company selling a NEW PRODUCT to a customer to utilize and further test its product, see the PR....
VIRC's first installation is expected to be operational early in the new year. The agreement also grants the VIRC group the exclusive right to utilize the KDS system for micronizing glass in the Province of British Columbia for an 18-month period. Several other installations are under consideration
If the product was "under consideration" for other installations and two of the three were never even used doesn't bode well for the product in question.
Do you get my point when saying that those old sales DO make a difference in analyzing how our product is doing.
I hope this post finally clarifies my point,
Setonian
Really TR....did you know after reading subsequent 10Ks, that the two other machines sold to VIRC were never ever used. I would consider that tidbit of information much more valuable then a report from the company trying to portray itself in a viable manner.
Product performance is what makes or breaks a company and not a somewhat rosy report discussing potential sales of KDS that if/when are placed we'll never hear about them again.
How's the Malaysias KDS, Firma Codogni KDS, or even better what's up with the Princeton Plant. Those are the real issues that are never ever resolved TR, no matter how many 10Ks are published.
You said you "rely" heavily on SEC reposrts, would you recommend someone buying some of FASC after reading the last report???
TR...do I sense you would rather "interpret" 10K reports then speak to Cal personally. Man if I could grab the CEOs ear, I would consider that golden to get the feeling of what's in the pipeline.
10Ks, do seems to be a difficult concept to understand, when people such as you who are ("in the business, CPA") don't know if there was a sale or not in the report.
Dumb guys like me would rather hear from the CEO
Jagman...I was the last one to call VIRC, I think it's TRs turn to call. I don't speak Japanese....LOL
Hey how about you trying, I would most certainly believe anything that you would report back.
I got it how about a three way call and I'll be the third party...lol
May is over and still no news!!!! TR how about a call to Cal to see what the delay is????
TIA
Jagman where did my concrete foundation go....
LOL!
hey maybe by 06 we'll get some concrete updates instead of these continual vague "updates" that really clarify nothing.
Same old "more testings" and the "in the future" potentials.
The fog thickens and our shares keep falling...whoopie!
OT...Thanks and prayers to all who served and gave their lives to protect this country.
Tennzi, why don't you give Cal a call and get back to us on what's going on????
Hey sam how about baby steps first like stop taking huge bonuses and heck maybe an update on these "sold machines and JVs".
I think that would be more of an attainable goal for Cal
Manos...I wonder those questions every day. I'm starting to realize why cal DOESN'T want any updates since they're probably not very positive.
Quiet confidence is a lot more efficient
Thanks TR....LOL
You don't think they have anyone who speaks english there?
You're probably right, and we'll probably get an update soon on that machine........................maybe!
Who else would you think someone could call since you're always saying to call for oneself to garner information, I wont call FASC anymore since they either don't return a call or when they do don't seem to get what's really happening correct.
Oh well, I guess I'll wait for the next 10K report to see if there's anything of value.
Have a wonderful day
TR, how about a call to firma Codogni and see what's up with that machine, it didn't take me too long to get Doug to fill me in on what was happening at VIRC.
Would be nice to hear how that machine is doing, what do you think?
TIA,
Setonian
waitedg....I thought you just sold 1/3 of your holdings, I don't consider that as seeing a sturdy bridge ahead.
But I really do hope all of you can laugh in my face someday, since the PPS at todays levels could make a real man cry!
No TR wrong again since those machines were MODIFIED and UPDATED they should of worked but didn't. The bars and Chains didn't last for more then an hour under normal operation.
Kind of reminds me of the Firma Codogni machine which seem to not be processing Chromite. How many past deals that aren't working TR will it take to make you say Hmmmmmmmmm????
A company is judged by its product and how it works and it seems to be that FASC hasn't found a niche for its machine,
Hope they will someday!
Jagman....did you say "spot their back side"??LOL.
Seems a lot of the hype about the three machines at VIRC was again a bit over blown. Some always question why I always asked why hasn't VIRC bought more machines and now it's quite clear why, when they PR'd this.....
The VIRC group is particularly interested in the KDS System's ability to reduce re-cycled glass into fine powders as small as 20 microns. No color sorting or undue handling is required. The VIRC group has identified a significant unfulfilled demand to utilize recycled glass as a strengthener in asphalt, concrete, fiberglass, roof tiles and ceramics. Micronized glass has a high melting point, is harder than conventional materials, has high tensile strength, is non-toxic, non-combustible, and has low thermal and electrical conductivity, making it an ideal, low cost substitute for conventional fillers. VIRC's first installation is expected to be operational early in the new year. The agreement also grants the VIRC group the exclusive right to utilize the KDS system for micronizing glass in the Province of British Columbia for an 18-month period. Several other installations are under consideration.
Note the part discussing "other installations are under consideration" I know some don't like ever looking back on the past but without understanding the past, one will never get a true picture of the future.
And since Cal NEVER follows up on discussing what were the successes and failures of our past deals, it leaves many questions unanswered and doesn't leave the company in a strong position to market itself.
