As no economic analysis has been completed on the rare earth mineral resource comprising the Elk Creek Project, further studies are required before determining whether extraction of rare earth elements can be reasonably justified and is economically viable.
??? LoL
Thanks Richard for the due diligence.
It’s seem a bit like putting the cart before the horse since we have 5 years before we can extract our minerals. But recycling revenue can be had prior to a mine I suppose.
Perhaps another requirement by EXIM or Other players, that there has to be some focus on recycling.
Regardless, imo with yesterdays delisting news, this is all coming to a head.

Aggravation, so... Good Choice .. eom
Yes. So Many options to choose from.
Give Investors time to exit if they choose to. (the unknown)
A lot of that today, but also buyers coming in @ almost 60,000 tsx shares
I Don't know who, but I was reading a few links earlier and one of the scenarios mentioned, it possibly just happened with the price rising to $5.40 a few days ago.(the PP news)
Said the transactions had to be fast because a decline was sure to follow.
(buyback??)
We are @ C$3.40, a drop of $2 in a week
It had to be known the volume would be @ the 200 day moving average, and that's where it traded all day!
Lots of traders may have lost their shares.
Less liquidity.(tsx)
I don't see how the Nasdaq volume benefits.
But I don't know much. lol
shrug, I don't know.
And now a delisting NR
confusing and overwhelming
How much DD did you do about delisting today?
Start with googling.
“why do companies voluntarily delist“
Then you can tell me you believe the NR
I don’t trust Mark or his ilk farther than I can throw them.
One scenario of voluntarily delisting, you will find, it is easier to take a public company private.
Another, is a buyback of shares.
I’m not saying that these or any I found are what I think is going on, but due to the fact that Mark Smith has kept everything a secret for the last 10 years and shareholders have done nothing but get ripped off while he was CEO and chairman, there are many possibilities none of which I believe are included in today’s news release.
Shrug
It’s more than two companies if you are also talking chairman (US Vanadium) and other companies on BOD’s
*******
https://usvanadium.com/about-us/mark-a-smith-chairman/
And there’s still the secretive US REM (who knows)
You should listen to yourself talk sometime I’m sitting here laughing at every word.
It’s almost like you’re talking to yourself in a mirror
Do you really think everyone needs you as their protector? Especially invoking their names, like they can’t fend for themselves.
Geeeez. This is about the company, not you and your cape.
Welcome back Omahainvestor, I missed you
Just last week you told this entire audience how you were sick of me bashing the company and how tired you were of it.
And what I’m sick and tired of just listening to a company tell me, it’s coming, coming right around the corner, it’s imminent, we are there and then Time after Time after Time they slit my throat When I’m not looking
How do I know that you’re not financially prospering? You seem to know the contrarians of are.
When praise is due I’m right there doing it. I’m on top of the fence I’m not on the Green grass or the summer follow.
I expect to get what I deserve and I give what others deserve
Look further than the end of your nose.
We are at all time lows.
Look within
Walter Sobchak said it best years ago.
Who is causing shareholders more harm in the last 10 years.
Pumpers getting people to buy this stock or bashers getting people to sell?
I’m not talking about when we were at the bottom like we are now
.neither was he.
He said it for the same reasons any other contrarian thing because the CEO did zero for the stock in the last 10 years and the market shows that end
Who are you replying to?
Tell Teck resources they should follow Mark Smiths Lead because he’s the man.
Mark can do no wrong, when it comes to financing and promoting NioCorp. LoL
*********
Nutrien, Teck Resources, and Barrick
Don’t start with me again
What isn’t a joke? eom
I don’t think it’ll stay, the bid and the ask both large volume.
Probably the same entity.
Could just before the purpose of closing the gap.
LAST PRICE
3.7900
Bid / Lots
3.3500/ 137
Ask / Lots
3.3500/ 110
LoL in your dreams
There’s only one reason for one market. . They can’t even file their forms on time how can they handle Two stock exchanges lol
Imminent anyone? LoL
Mark Smith Fatal Flaw is next to go. Guaranteed
After 12 years with this clown outfit I have no feelings left
And your safe.
Enjoy your get together on the weekend
And
God bless Mark Smith, NioCorp’s Fatal Flaw
Sad …. clown outfit … rolls eyes
Oh, we can’t afford to maintain two Stocks exchanges but we can pay three idiots $1 million a year to do nothing For 10 years straight.
Oops, my bad, we added REE’s in the eighth year
That bit of news should close the last two cent gap at C$3.42
Good job Smith. Thank God we still have the German exchange open lol
Clowns
Roflmao. EOM
It “Was” Good for a day
what a nice pretending stock we have.
I can’t believe this crapola.
So many clowns, not enough make up eom
The Chart is good.
6 month daily, OHLC
https://money.tmx.com/advanced-chart/NB
Put your curser on todays low, and look earlier, to see the strong support/resistance line and to find hard support to test, after resistance break through (gap) recently.
I'm thinking Green with volume tomorrow!
How's that for going out on a limb?
Or should i be thinking it will close the 2 cent gap also? haha
**************
https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NB.TO
IMO after landing on support today, with a green day tomorrow, we are rising up the back side of a (long) cup (??)
lol
noooo.. 3X that = $33.00 minimum. <-----that is on any news that tells the market this mine is going to happen.
And don't forget about Mark's ability to call out the millions of warrants if the SP stays above $18.00 for a month.
I really want the Dark Horse info. It could be amazing👌. (or not)
If you had lots of warrants and lots of money to help friends with money, to move the SP, where would you move it to if your break even on the warrants is $11.00?
3 X , my guess
**************
Look at what Largo did, LOL and it is at what price now?
10 year any chart
https://money.tmx.com/advanced-chart/LGO
***********
And we have how many Critical Minerals?
What exactly do you have, that enables you to understand what that bird is saying, behind the bush?
Asking for a friend.
Not yet. Low C$3.92 we need C$3.89
https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NB.TO
**********
And what about the 2 cent gap a few days further back? $3.40 and $3.42
https://money.tmx.com/advanced-chart/NB
If it was .325 then the dilution would be 6 mil shares not 600,000
Same chit different pile
Either way NioCorp would receive the same amount of money with same %dilution.
NioCorp gets 9 mil from the 8 mil loan if you count the amount from exercised warrants.
But there’s no timeframe on when the warrant capital will go into the coffers.
Shrug.
Thanks grunt. And I have my phone set on USA English so when I type out Labour Day it tells me I spelt it wrong lol
Don't you need Corn-on-the-Cob at the ground-breaking?
Didn't Mr. Grunt suggest seeing everyone in September?
Now that is ripe corn. Timing is everything.
***************
Off on cloud 9...
I Think NioCorp should stockpile the Top Soil from the project footprint, for the new homes, or farmers use.
Could have a whole district named for the footprint hahaha
ESG
Well I hope all the answers are yes. haha
LCP, you had a good explanation but with bias. Another try?
Can someone explain in simple laymen terms how this issuance of notes works?
Is this a loan, Until it isn’t?
Is NioCorp getting funds now, by the issuance of notes on April 11 to be dilutive later if NioCorp doesn’t pay back the interest or the loan?
Why isn’t this just a regular private placement? Is it because NioCorp expects to be able to pay off the Notes preventing dilutive shares from hitting the market?
Who is TH you know the guy who posted the same day as your first post??? Seems to me you were a little confused as to which handle to use.
What a coincidence
I asked you before who it was and I asked if it was your grandson and you said “something like that”
Must be nice to get the golden goose. 15 year repayment
Plus, special consideration??
Go NioCorp Go
Well it use to be 1/2 million a month less of operating costs, so obviously we have 1/2million every month of work being transacted, If your figures are accurate which I assume they are.
JMO
IMHO, FS would definitely fall under….
