Hey bud, I’ve been trying to do a PM search for Lee and his phone number, but it isn’t showing up on my end. I’m curious if it’s in your inbox archives somewhere.
If you don’t mind, give it a search when you get the chance.
I feel where you’re coming from man.
To answer your first question, I believe he’s treasurer for another company as well. Don’t quote me on that, but I could’ve sworn it came up at once point.
I’m digging for Lee’s number in my PMs right now.
As someone who calls Frack, I am completely confused by your angle. He’s pretty damn transparent within legal reason. I really feel like you’ve had a bad draw or something, because the four or so of us that call aren’t running into any issues.
Any updates out of Dr. Weis or his daughter?
My understanding has always been that he facilitated mergers and acquisitions. I don’t know if he has particular experience with Chinese reverses. That’s not in my repertoire. His past four or so M&A’s can be found online. Not all of them are public companies, so I’m not familiar with some of their deals.
You have me pegged as a burnt out hopeful on this company, and that just isn’t the case.
They have a physical office in Prudential. You can call Regus to verify that. I did so just last week myself. I can give you the number if you like.
I’m not going to sell to you that I agree with how this is structured, but Huang verified the company on LinkedIn, Frack verifies it on the phone, and I’ve been digging through my iHub messages looking for Lee’s number because I have it in there somewhere. Still working on that one.
Now, does that prove much by itself? No, it doesn’t. It does conclude important names that are still involved. It elicits they actually have a physical address beyond the words of Frack.
Tdgnts has made a lot of ties using this information and a lot of sleuthing online to connect potential subsidiary structure.
We have border pieces. It isn’t the whole picture, and that has to be understood. I can’t tell you why they are operating like they are. I’m told Lee owns a strong majority of shares in this company, and they have voting power. CEO or not, it just does not pan out for Frack to make any substantive decisions if that actually is the case.
Again, not all the answers are here yet; it’s a work in progress.
Again, you’re welcome to call bullshit man. I’m telling you what he’s told me. It’s no skin off my back.
I’m not asking you to dismiss your skepticism. I’m asking you to hop in if you aren’t satisfied with the job I’m doing. I call Frack probably upwards of two-three times a day. I have been for two years now. Maybe that comes with a degree of rapport. I don’t know. Maybe he has me veiled. I don’t have all the answers here man.
And I’m sorry you think my email communication is so over-the-top. I’m just doing what Frack tells me on the off chance he’s being serious with me. I have everything to lose with regards to contact with him, and nothing to gain. Several people have emailed and called me on here, and I am as candid and transparent as I can be.
Maybe stop trying to strike down your allies and start showing some of this magical initiative you’re asking out of everyone. This professional finger-pointer role you’re playing is helping no one.
And you’re right — I don’t have much information. I communicate that with everyone I chat with. Why you’re attacking me for sharing what Frack has told me in the past is an absolute mystery.
I’ve been posting hopes and dreams because I have them. I’m human. God forbid flecks of that show up here. It does; however, not detract from my awareness that everything Frack says doesn’t come true. I am very well aware of that. It’s not the messenger’s fault though.
And to build upon your claims, I don’t post on here because I was told not to by Frack. Call him yourself, and he’ll tell you the exact same thing. Why it’s hard for you to accept I’m legitimately trying to update others is bewildering to me.
The office is still open. You can call Regus (the supplier) to verify it.
That’s great that you call bullshit. I don’t care. I’ve been calling the man for two years and looking down every avenue I know to while most everyone else sits here with their hands open to the skies.
Sell. I couldn’t care less. I’m just trying to help other shareholders with what I know. I’m not some inane Frack fanboy. I have my own grievances here, but I’m working with what I have. I’m enjoying all the contributed calls to action you’re making on a public board while three or four of us are actually trying to get some substantive information.
They were having some switchboard issues at Regus, the company that handles their secretary services.
You do you man.

Shoot me and email, and I’ll catch you up to date on what I have.
We’ve been having a time getting through. I’m pretty sure he has us entered into his phone. So he’s probably getting ripped off by the caller ID.
Have you spoken to Frick recently? They’re having some phone issues, so I’ve been using ?(630) 607-2495? these past few days.
My understanding is we’re waiting on some sense of business development, structuring, and/or integration.
I’m under the belief they have a pretty well-developed pool of rev-producing subsidiaries and are working on finalizing said pool.
Again, you’re getting caught up in the wrong area. The board doesn’t want him to, and he’s following through on their requests.
I reiterate he doesn’t have this overwhelming authority here. He is a mediator for transitive purposes. He isn’t a face, head, or lead like you’re labeling him. This is not his company.
I’m simply exposed to a very different lens, because this isn’t the chain of command they’re operating on. He’s the acting CEO for purposes of this transition.
I honestly don’t. It’s just not concentric to how they’re operating. He’s a gateway for the company in that he was hired on for his familiarity with overseeing foreign deals and mergers. He’s been wanting to push the button for over a year now, but until they mutually vote for a go ahead, nothing will happen. He’s a minority shareholder in the scope of this company.
Loveyourneighbor I believe has cited two companies that were Chinese mergers. Both of them took three years to finish up if I’m not mistaken.
My god will they ever. They have the share structure locked up tight.
The filings the uploaded two years ago alongside the OTC verification accounts for several thousand dollars. Not to mention their rent where their office is. We’re seeing money manifest itself slowly but surely. The re-up on their SoS filing is like $1,200 alone. Not a lot at all for a business, but it also signifies they aren’t sitting around either.
I spoke to Frick last week. I was told the SoS is being withheld so they could add another board member to it. Beyond that, he wouldn’t tell me a single thing, and he shut down every attempt I made.
Here’s my angle guys. I’ve been calling Frack for two years now.
We’ve looked into board members, companies, LinkedIn networks, we’ve bought annual reports, made phone calls to third parties, and corroborated material all across the spectrum. We’ve confirmed their address (they do have a physical address at Prudential Plaza), board members, potential involved companies, we’ve called the SEC, the NV SoS, OTC, and a slew of other directions.
Truthfully, I don’t think this is going to be immediately soon. I do; however, think it will be done. They are walking a very careful line for some reason, and they get tighter lipped every week.
The wait continues.
Have you heard from Frack at all bud? I’ve not been able to get ahold of him for like the past three weeks. Granted the holidays.
There will be a point where this pays off. The question is figuring out when.
Happy holidays everyone!
Shoot me an email at ihub159@outlook.com, and I can better give you updates on what I know.
We’ve been told from day one that they’re in no hurry, and they’ll do this when they want to. Seems par for the course for me. LoveYourNeighbor posted a Chinese merger he traded that took over three years.
A bold claim. Do we know that? As someone who calls Frack weekly, my opinion seems to differ.
Where can I find this?
Shoot me an email at ihub159@outlook.com. I can answer more there.
On iHub.
Can you elaborate on your PM you sent me?
I’d enjoy that glimpse of my portfolio.
My private chat is down for a bit because I got a new bank card in. Just a heads up.
Been getting ahold of him.
This isn’t Frack’s company. I preach it time and time again.
When you hire someone to represent and helm your company in a foreign country they are going to do whatever you say. Let’s stop putting this absolute power label on the title of “CEO.”
He pushes the button when they tell him to. End of discussion.
Has Mr. Frack been wrong before in his estimates? Absolutely. He knows that, and he’s stopped estimating.
What we need to be doing is getting Mr. Lee’s number and calling him.
A lot of money and tight lips are being spent on something. If it were otherwise they’d of milked it by now and ran with our money.
Not much in the way at all to 5’s.
