Run, O.K. thanks for being candid. Would you like to expand on the board member episode or not?
Run, Happy New Year to you and to all WSGI shareholders. As most of us know, You appear to be very negative concerning the success of the company and considering past performance you have every right to believe that. I happen to be believe the company will be very successful and the reasons for success have also been enumerated on this forum.
If I may, I will ask you the same questions you asked Mide: What is your target shareprice for success and on a scale of 1 to 10 what is your estimation of WSGI being successful?
Mide, that is the way it looks to me also. Good riddance, if this be the case.
Modlam, please don't give up.eom
WW, " The Nevada test and UML contract must be expensive"? Although, I assume, there will be expenses involved with both test venues WSGI was invited to test at the Nevada site by DOD/DOE.No charge, I am assuming.
With respect to OSU/UML organization; They are a 501(c)3 not for profit organization tasked with helping emerging technology companies like WSGI develop and get their product to market as quickly as possible. WSGI partnered with this "not for profit" organization.Again, no charge, I am assuming. In addition any new technologies or patents developed thru this partnership must belong to WSGI since UML is a "not for profit" organization.
Happy Thanksgiving Gotcha and all. There are plenty of turkeys here to go around for thanksgiving. Peace to all and continued success for WSGI in December.
Acumen, thanks for the update.
Baghdad, it has been a tough year. They are preparing for Thanksgiving and Christmas leaves,i hope.
HAPPPY VETERAN'S DAY ALL.
Gotcha, a reasonable assessment considering it appears you have experience in this area. Thank you for for your insight.
gotcha, I called it a typo. That was my impression. My bad!!
You gotta get a grip, man. Now, one more time. Your thoughts on the newsletter, please.
Gotcha, lol, enough.Other than the typo your thoughts on the newsletter, please.
Gotcha, you are right again and your comparison( SEC contact vr. watching porn) seems so right for you.Go for it.
Gotcha, you are right. Noone with the SEC or IRS will talk to you guys about WSGI.I am assuming that since the SEC issues have been resolved that the company is listed as compliant including the IRS payroll tax issue.
However it would be cool if you guys went to the SEC headquarters on F STreet NE. and got your picture taken in front of the building. At least you could say you were there and noone would talk to you.
Gotcha, if you want to know for sure, why don't you ask your buddy Acumen who is in and around D.C. to stop in the SEC offices on K. St NW. and ask them to splain it to him.
Gotcha, I don't have a broker. What are you talking about.I have scottrade. Should I call them/
Yes, imo they have all been answered but I am sure you know more than I do so tell me in your opinion what has not been cleared up, please.
gotcha, haven't all the issues been cleared up?
Mide, well said and I am grateful. Many of us will be grateful as this endeavor moves forward, except for the malcontents.IMO.
Mod, take a break and think about something else. The pieces of the puzzle will be put together shortly, (IMO) I know how you feel but chill.
Gotcha, that was according to Dakota... Post# 132174
Dakota,Ah yes, the FEMA fiasco.OMG.
You know what I am going to tell you, right...Forgetaboutit.
Maybe you could concentrate on the space Florida deal and why that fell apart or why Raimer gave kudos to G.E. but it was only for show and that he really didn't mean it.Better yet, wind your buddy Warp up and tell him to get back in the game.
You are right Acumen, it was a love fest because the opposition never showed. It was a forfeit. What's the matter, you guys chicken out?
Dakota, why are you hung up on HW?Do you think he is the only one who can save the company? Have you given up on the management team you say he "signed" to get rid of the SEC charges.Did he think that once the SEC charges were dismissed and corrected by the new team he could just get rid of them and go about business as usual. At the present time in what capacity could he (HW) come back into the company and would that be allowed by the SEC? Or on the other hand is it that he just wants to get compensated for his affiliation with the company in the past?
You and warpcore seem to be overly sensitive about what you refer to as the "Fema fiasco".HW probably set that meeting up also, right.Estrella described what that was all about at the shareholder's meeting. Too bad you weren't there. You could have presented your version of what happened. In any event forgetaboutit.
Dakota, do you mean that HW, the ultimate deal maker, and fund raiser extroidinaire was hoodwinked by Mike C.? WOW.
3531 niapoc, It wasn't? Well, I know WSGI is real. Argus 1 is real.... and anticipation for it's success is real among investors as well as end users.
Dakota, remember in Field of Dreams..." Build it and they will come ".It's built...and they WILL come.IMO.
I agree with those who don't want a reverse split. Please, Please,Please, no more reverse splits.Let the share price rise or fall on the merits of the company. We have a superior product, great management, and a good business plan going forward.Good luck to us all.
Acumen, concerning the compensation issue, as we say in Jersey, FORGETABOUTIT !!
Mide, thanks for the detailed explanation of Mr. Estrella's agreement with the company.Mr. Estrella and the other professional business people trying to make this company a success know that their compensation is directly and completely tied to the success of the company and their efforts.
We all know that there is at the present time no cash in the treasury to write anybody a paycheck.Contracts and funding will solve this liquidity problem sometime in the future.
So at the present time these employees are working their butts off to make this company successful. If they succeed the shares they have been awarded will be worth their effort. If they fail they essentially won't get paid for their efforts.Oh, by the way, the shareholders like you and me are in the same boat.
acumen, you don't want to answer the question of WHO was in charge
during the time frame you referred to? Let me tell you. It was the gang who couldn't shoot straight. Remember...Assign blame where blame belongs, please.
Acumen, All of the payouts/agreements you allude to in your post happened in February,2010 or before, right.Wasn't that handled by the "old" management team? The "new" team didn't arrive on the scene til late June, 2010. What am I missing here?If memory serves me correctly, there is only one Board member that is pre-Feb.,2010.
Acumen, yes GTC is a giant FLAG, but it is not red it is GREEN.I believe that GTC, like the rest of the communication industry is on a two year cycle with their customers.for example check your cell phone contract- two years, right.Guess what, we are coming up on the start of a new cycle for them.I would be looking for contracts from them shortly.IMO.
Acumen/Gotcha, no I didn't sell when it was at $4.00 a share....Unfortunately.You guys remember all the glowing P/R's that were issued at the time extolling the company and Huff's grand scheme to connect the world with the "Hub" including Africa,Russia,South America, India, and the Phillipines, and Australia, Mexico, etc. Sorry if I forgot any other large land mass.
Stupid me. I believed the hype put out by the investor relations guy.My bad...
Well,we agree that the former management team was awful.
Happy Holiday and a prosperous new year to all.
Gotcha, thanks for the reply and yes we have much different investment styles.
My belief is that your agenda is much more convoluted than just making money or getting from point A to point B, as you say.
We both have been involved with this drama for quite some time.I, like you, also question idiocy, stupidity, and I might add dishonesty but I didn't buy into it,I tried like a few others to correct it.Just remember that the old management team is gone and they will never return if I have anything to do with it.
Let's just leave it at that.
Gotcha, ..." logic not emotion". Please spare us.You're trying too hard.We all know where you are coming from.Just follow you're agenda.
Dakota,I am sure they can take care of that problem. A quick trip to Home Depot(lawnmower section). However, I don't believe you will hear much when the Argus is cruising at 10,000 Feet.
We are assuming that this craft will be stealth in it's final configuration and as such will be very quiet.Maybe yes, maybe no.
Anyway,I kind of like the sound of power and the way this craft jumps when they hit the throttle.
I am impressed with the little bit of footage here. It is not a promotional video but proof that argus is alive and well and ready to perform. It looks super stable- much better than a year ago. There appears to be a landing gear with wheels under the engine. I don't remember seeing them before although I could have missed it.
Congratulations Eastcor Engineering !
Coolbreeze, I believe if you have a "better mousetrap" there will be more than one opportunity to showcase it.Sure we had a glitch the first time out but we fix it and move on.My opinion is that we will work thru this and have a "better mousetrap" to show in the near future.
The United States of America ? That's my final answer.
