Wow bummer thanks for the update. Just talking to one of their rep.s this morning on the liquid formula side.
Heard on the street, they have no plans for splitting this this around, they also think stock price is going to $130
Msft went public March 13 1986. FYI @ $21 my first 100 shares I bought at 69 1987 in Jan. thank you Bill

With newly hired EVP of corp dev, Daniel Karp (http://investors.biogen.com/news-releases/news-release-details/biogen-appoints-daniel-karp-evp-corporate-development …), $BIIB may be ready to deploy its $37B in BD capacity, says RBC. Which is likeliest target (from RBC list)?
Could we be a target? Hope not, 37B is way too low.
CC questions
Sorry was not able to get into the Q, not sure what my problem was, could
been my not using the # key vs the *, the moderator said the star...
Just wondering, what are some burning questions that everyone would like
have answered? Within reason...
I can appreciate your experience, sorry that it has not worked out well
for you. Science and medicine are art forms, more experience and knowledge
the better the outcome for patients. Hoping that our drug changes the
quality of life for many people and their inherent diseases. How wonderful
to be a part of something so historic as the change effects so many people.
Hope it has a positive effect in your life. Both health and financially.
Interesting idea about health care. I have seen through real world
experience lack of exercise being a big factor in life expectancy.
I used to be an organic buyer and did research on residual pesticide
levels in fruit and vegetables. I found that yes there were some traces
of pesticides in the "dirty dozen" but if a person just ate more
fruits and veg's they would be much better off than worrying about
possible ill effects from pesticides. I think the same can be said for
exercise and having easy access health care, more exercise would reduce the need
for more health care and would reduce costs for all. Hopefully 2-73 will
change the landscape, with the possibility of changing many diseases
with or without exercise.
I was looking for possible correlations, pretty much tongue in cheek.
Interesting the graph cites Aspartame and HMO as possible effects.
Sad we have seen a drop in life expectancy with the Opioid crisis.
Wish the FDA would let us take the gloves off and test 1066 on humans
along with 2-73 as an emergency measure.
On your life expectancy graph, I noticed countries that have had a hard
time increasing their population base. Maybe lack of children is a
metric:) I have three, so guess I am in trouble.
32 patients, yes it is meaningful. Take a look at the presentation page 43.
Confirmed reliable inter-individual Variability(dispersion) for 2-73 Phase
2a study with 32 patient Cohort
They have confirmation that the sample of 32 random patients provides
reliable information regarding dispersion and as such allows for
meaningful predictions for larger populations.
Thanks for your response
I was hoping that there might be a treatment for those poor folks.
Falconer66 question
I hope you are still on the board in some capacity
What do you think of using 2-73 to restore the damage inflicted by use of
neurotoxin? Maybe Mr. Trump could offer our help to the British government.
Anavex 2-73 for Skripals
This might be the right time to offer our drug to counteract the aggressive use of a neuro-toxin to potentially correct the damage done. Wouldn't that be a feather in our cap, might give us a little positive exposure.
PR-- English doctors to try an experimental drug Anavex 2-73 to help reverse effects of a highly toxic nerve agent used by Russian government in an attempt to kill a former KGB agent and his daughter. Anavex has been shown to be an effective drug in multiple neurodegenerative diseases and is on the brink of pivotal trials in Alzheimer's disease, Rett syndrome, and Parkinson's disease.
Alright go flks

Dado, thank you for your ongoing informative looks into 2-73.
I was wondering if you had the chance to look into the relationship between
our gut and nervous system. And your thoughts on what effect 2-73 might
have on bacterial levels associated with different disease. Do you think
that 2-73 might have a positive effect on something like constipation?

The end of the interview is interesting...
Good CC this morning looks like the company is planning on developing 501 on it's own. Company did a fantastic job getting the drug through the FDA approval process 2 months early.
Anavex Blockchain AI lifesciences (short term name change:)
Former Chief Executive Officer of Anavex (AVXL), Dr George Tidmarsh, current CEO of La Jolla Pharma (LJPC) discussed approval of Giapreza for dispersed shock. On the conference call Dr Tidmarsh thanked the FDA and noted that they had approved the NDA two months ahead of schedule. Also in working with FDA closely the FDA took a phone call on Thanksgiving day and allowed a patient to receive "use" of the drug Giapreza prior to approval.
There seems to be a new focus in relation to the FDA and the approval process. Does this help us?
"effective targeted therapies"
Note the opening by Dr Missling, "Effective targeted therapies". Nice.
No doubt in my mind, the drug works.
Ah that's what happened thanks
The end for the common cold?
"In this regard, as lipid rafts have been implicated in the entry and replication of viruses into the host cell (Schelhaas et al., 2007), the sigma-1 receptor and associated ligands might be considered for therapeutic utilization in combating viral infections."

Hmm, that would be nice.
