So within 2 weeks, they have to be in a lease agreement with Aersale for the N417XA, and before they get the plane, a C-check has to be performed. But none of this has happened, so it really remains to see if it will happen before the 31st.

I find it hilarious that anybody is too guillible to believe that a deal closes on the day that is mentioned by a user. Sure, I've been telling you guys to call the IR...and they'll tell you what I know. "When we have something to post, we will do it on the website." They are very tight lipped about it, and you won't get much out of it.

According to SEC filing and USGlobal Website, the deal will close between the 15th to the 31st, given that all is well. Only the company will announce it...not you.

As for the FINRA and others...you're full of it. I have checked and verified with a friend who is a finance officer, and the assumption is way off base. Keep making up crap...you're really good at it.

Micheal Jordan is the key player right now, and from the sounds of it, he already has people lined up to start charter flight ASAP.

I honestly do not know when they will close. My guess is October 23rd. It doesn't mean anything. No delay...just well within the range of dates as per the 8K on September 1st.

As per the September 1st, 2017 8K, it states that a lease will be taken care of before the closing...that hasn't happened.

Also, N417XA has not flown yet.

So, I'm not counting on anything, but will be surprised if something does show up today.

No one from USGlobal has made any promises that were broken. There was changes, but to reach the goal as quickly as possible.

Yes, there was changes in the past for certain events, but they were met. ie., The SHM meeting set for April was moved to May 11th and accomplished. The Lease for 767-400ER was set for July 30th, but given the path of Songbird Airways is very doable, this was postponed, but still be met sometimes in 2018. The September 15th closing date was only a tentative date, but was solidified by closing anytime between October 15th and 31st and will be met.

Those goals were made during the time that Barry was never employed by the company. So relying on the past isn't going to do you any favors.

There will be no pump as some tends to believe. The work that Tony and his team will speak for itself.
