Last year a Biophan PR got out early because they did not put protection on a private page, and curious folks poking around the site found it. It was fixed within a few minutes after the RB was posted, but it was too late then.
Andy
TonyT,
I wonder if they posted this early by mistake. It is on the website, so it has been released. It is dated for Monday. I suspect they didn't intend to release it today.
Andy
Yeah, the spread is more than I paid per share.
Hook, I brought my 2million here. Let's hope it works.
Andy
Braz, so is IBM going from 80 to 160. It's a lot easier at a few pennies.
Andy
What' with the trades? from 12:27 there is a share count of 218, 208, 198,189,180. Something fishy here?
taxgun,
Some see the glass half full. Some see the glass half empty. As an engineer, I see that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
Andy
X, As long as the tax rate is less than 100% it is worthwhile to make another buck.
Andy
Starboy, That's great news. To paraphrase a friend -- You can't make a pig fat by himself, you need at least two pigs, so they fight over the feed trough.
Andy
Glad you noticed it. I thought it was my fault.
Andy
Thenks, Minddoc, for finding these, and for forwarding to the company. They need our help. They can do it alone, but they can't do the DD that this group can.
Andy
call 1-866- THE APPL (E) and talk to Matt
Wouldn't miss it.
Andy
Mack, I'm glad you were able to get the .sig on your message. That is a great one. I put it on my wall.
Andy
Mugur, you stated that position on HISC brilliantly. I agree with your take on the conference call. I am looking for the best. When I called Matt this morning to reserve a space, he said the two weeks is to be sure that the 6000 shareholders all have an opportunity. I think they will need a big conference hookup.
Andy
I don't have details on that - just a guessing game. We'll just need to see how they get described in the published documents - especially the white paper. That should be a good read. I hope we get a chance to download that as a pdf. I'm sure that will be hundreds of pages.
The possibilities are huge.
Andy
.... interface with Nextel.....
nano, The circuit board in the tracker is built by Motorola and its interface is intentionally built to interface with Motorola. The cell interface has both the European and American standard interfaces. That's why HISC is making deals with European cell systems. The best performance for the tracker involves worldwide access. Who knows where those containers will go - intentionally and by mis-direction.
I don't know who is building the housing for the tracker, but the board from Motorola constrains the physical size of the unit, as well as handling considerations - in shipping and in use.
Andy
nanopatent, Yes, this whole thing is hacked together from existing products supplied by a number of companies. The brilliance is in the "integration" of the units to comprise a functional system -- hence Homeland Integrated Security Systems. Everybody in the network stands to make a profit.
Andy
I believe cyber rad is the big thing the trucks drive through to detect radiation on the truck or in the container. Check the hissusa.com site.
hey Ace: I bought 2Mill at .004 and you don't think I'll let that go away so cheap. I'll bet there's a bunch of us just waiting for $1.00
Andy
Thanks, Glassy, I will add those to my list.
All vetted input is appreciated. I hate to buy
unknown books by unknown authors.
Andy
Glassy,
I have "Come into my trading room" in transit. Looking forward to that. It's hard to pick up all those techniques by trial and error and listening to the local "experts".
Do you have any other books that you rate near the top?
Andy
Banks, Whether selling is good? The best I can figure: if it's green it's good. Greed will get you. I suppose it's better to take some and move on. Fear comes in when we see a dip, and can't tell if it is just a dip or a trend. If I feel good about the "funnymentals", fear is more tolerable and I can come out higher. Sometimes the info just doesn't make me feel comfortable about holding into a dip.
I continue to do well. My year-end levels continually rise. It's a lot better rate than the savings account at the bank.
25 years in mutual funds did nothing for me except build a base for me to start trading. It was depressing to contribute money every month and see the value of the mutual funds less than the beginning of the year plus the contributions.
Just some random thoughts on the trading experience - JMHO.
Andy
chisox, How about this? a reverse merger into an OTC shell company.
Any discussion on this?
Andy
I bought ISON at .90 and sold at 1.56. How's them apples.
Andy
Smiley, I've only been trading for 3 years, but I have noticed that my biggest mistake has been lack of patience. I pulled trigger on 200% gains many times now, and four or five months later I could have had a 9 or 10.
Patience and constant attention are important. I missed that drop on HISC the other day because it happened while I was in a meeting. Darned old J.O.B. anyhow..
Andy
More work for Barry Bennett - M.E. and Europe
More school busses.
More private sales.
Starboy, I agree with you. I bought into HISC in February and I decided then that my decision will not be made until the Port Savannah work is done and the white paper comes out.
Andy
I'm holding 1% of the float and I wouldn't consider selling any of it till the Port Savannah deal closes and stabilizes.
I made that decision when I bought it.
Andy
Hey Free, TA is based on historical analysis This stock has no history. It is free-flight and no TA is applicable at this time. We can only guess.
Andy
Yankee, your comments on the government's cautious approach to suppliers is right on. A few good deliveries makes it solid. Let's not forget HISC has been working with Navy and Port of Savannah for long enough that the gov't has gotten to know their work ethic.
Andy
Hey B9, welcome aboard. I've been here since
.004 in Feb. HISC & BIPH is KOOL.
Andy
Lap, thanks for the board tip. I'll be lurking here for a while to get to know you folks. GLTA
Andy
Tex, my Nokia 1100 has flashlight built-in. Just press the clear button twice - it's on. Once more and it's off.
Scoobey the raise was under SEC rule 504.
Check sec.gov and search rule 504. You will find
it is not a problem. Matt's answer is OK.
Andy
minddoc, I am here long and strong.
Andy
EP - How about the status of HISC. Are you still promoting it as a possible gain?
Thanks for the link. That summarizes well the position of BIPH.
The position appears to be great for those who have patience to absorb the vagaries of the market. Stock price seems only to depend on reactions to public notices. Not all investors watch this minute to minute. We need to keep faith. I did shuffle some of my holding and picked up 4K shares yesterday and dropped my average cost. My plan now is to HOLD on to what I have. All it takes now is one great PR and we make the next jump. Some interest from new buyers would be appreciated. Need to get the daily volume over 1M to get flagged as an active stock. Everyone was buying into the Dow yesterday. Perhaps the attention will move to us in a day or two.
All the above is IMHO.
Andy
Well, I finally got in here.
I'll just listen - thanks, Unknown, for
the place.
