But the gross profit margin increased by 10.4 percentage points. That's huge!
Get your facts straight. CNN does not pay speakers for those interviews.
Full disclosure is the issue and nothing else.
I would like CNN to say both things. He was formerly with DHS and currently with IMSC when he is introduced in the interest of full disclosure.
CNN knows this but are not publicizing it.
That's nice. But I am a stockholder of IMSC and not CNN. CNN pays Bob L. nothing for his appearances. They could easily say he is a former senior US government official at DHS and now currently President of IMSC a global manufacturer of explosive trace detection devices.
Because Implant Sciences is part of the solution to counter-terrorism.
The next time Robert Liscouski is interviewed by a CNN or any other major media outlet on topics like airport security or the Russian Metrojet explosive device he must be transparent and state that he is currently President of Implant Sciences Corp.
Round table discussion now on airport security on CNN right now. They are stating that investigators now convinced that a bomb down the Russian plane.
Was he introduced on CNN as the CEO of Implant Sciences?

Be my guest.
We will find out shortly.
It was my understanding that the TSA required a cybersecurity software patch for the desktop ETD. Now that the upgrade is in place IMSC is good to go with the TSA.

Russian plane crash: New clues emerge from wreckage, victims' injuries
By Holly Yan and Catherine E. Shoichet, CNN
Updated 12:31 PM ET, Wed November 4, 2015
Russian jet may have been downed by explosive
British Prime Minister David Cameron's office said Wednesday that, while investigators continue their work and it cannot be said categorically why Metrojet Flight 9268 crashed in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, "as more information has come to light, we have become concerned that the plane may well have been brought down by an explosive device." As a precautionary step, British authorities have decided to delay flights starting Wednesday from the United Kingdom and destined for Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, while UK aviation experts assess security arrangements at Sharm el-Sheikh's airport, Cameron's office said in its statement.
New clues have emerged from the wreckage of Metrojet Flight 9268, prompting more speculation about whether there was a midair explosion and whether repair work from a previous accident may have factored into the plane's demise.
The aircraft, headed from the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg, Russia, crashed in the Sinai Peninsula on Saturday, killing all 224 people on board.
The plane's tail was found about 5 kilometers (3 miles) from the rest of the plane wreckage, the Russian state broadcaster Russia 24 reported.
CNN saying that Russian plane crash in Egypt may have been caused by "explosive device", British PM's office says. UK delays flights from UK to Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.

Interesting post from the other board by Posithinki:
DMRJ, Rule 144 and those NOLS
Wild speculation by some on ISNUBBY, does not make something true. As far as DMRJ taking in all there coverts at once to control the Company, this would DEFINITELY NOT be in their best interests.
DMRJ, as an IMSC debt holder is considered a affiliate of the Company. The Debt covenants specify they do not own more than 5% of the Company at once because ....if they do, it triggers rule 144 which states ......an affiliate of an OTC Company, to which this rule applies, may sell only 1% of that class outstanding or the average weekly trading volume , during the 4 calendar weeks, preceding the filing of form 144. So if 70 Mil share are outstanding at the time they can sell only 700,000 shares a quarter or 2,800,000 shares a year. At that rate it would take them over 25 yrs to sell them .
Something else to remember is if they do this, it would be considered a change in Control in the Company and the NOLS would not be able to be used . While many harp on the NOLS, These NOLS, that we have accumulated are very valuable for any large Company, looking to take us over.
Guidance for fiscal 2016 looks solid at $40 Million to $43 Million.
Would be nice if Uri or Bob L. is about to blow the lid off on CNBC or the like.

Prague Airport installs explosives detectors at both terminals
Thursday, 17 September 2015 05:01
The FINANCIAL -- finchannel.com
The operator of Václav Havel Airport Prague is investing about 30 million crowns in a new explosives detector system. This is required by updated European security rules which came into force on 1 September 2015. The new detection devices can, to a considerable extent, replace the existing form of full-body search of passengers by touch and thereby significantly speed up the whole security check process of some people.
So far there are 30 new so-called explosives trace detectors at both terminals of Václav Havel Airport Prague however Prague Airport is planning to install a total of 39 of these modern devices. The detectors can identify any residual quantities of explosive substances on passengers or in their luggage. “Although today’s level of security at Václav Havel Airport Prague is of a high standard in an international comparison, investing in similar modern technology is essential so that we can continue to maintain this level in future,” Václav Rehor, chairman of the board of directors of Ceský aeroholding explains the reasons for acquiring the new detectors.
The actual check is carried out by a security worker who firstly takes sweeps of luggage, clothing or surface of a passenger’s body to obtain a control sample and then places it in a device to check for possible contamination with explosive material. “The whole process of obtaining samples and analysis takes about 20 seconds and is nothing unpleasant for the passenger. On the contrary, in many cases this is beneficial for the passenger because for the most part it replaces the otherwise essential not very pleasant detailed hand full-body search of the passenger,” Rehor describes the principle of its function, according to Václav Havel Airport Prague.
The investment in 39 new devices covers not just the replacement of the existing devices, but also increases their number making more extensive use in the process of security checks possible, including the costs of the ten-year support of operation and supply of spare parts.
The reason for the installation of the detectors is the amended European legislation which by improving the quality of security processes, responds to the new or modified security threats such as homemade explosives or sophisticated booby trapped explosive systems. Although the principle of trace detection of explosives is not new and similar devices have been used at airports for decades now, the detection and operational parameters of equipment is constantly improved. This allows not just a more thorough check, but also a far more extensive application than was possible before. The new detectors, which will appear at Václav Havel Airport Prague, have undergone demanding certification tests carried out under the auspices of the European Civil Aviation Conference.

MIA commissions new security screening equipment
Malta International Airport has introduced new security screening equipment in line with EU regulations.
As from September 1, passengers could have their hand luggage and electronic devices (laptops, tablets and mobile phones) checked for traces of explosive material using the new specialized detection technology.

Implant Sciences Wins 50 Unit German Airport Order; Market Recognition of Superior Technology Fuels European Market Expansion
WILMINGTON, Mass., July 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Implant Sciences Corporation (OTCQB: IMSC), a leading manufacturer of explosives trace detection (ETD) and drugs trace detection solutions for homeland security applications, today announced an important sale of 50 of its QS-B220 desktop explosives trace detectors to several international airports in Germany.
"Among the German airports in this sale was an airport that is consistently recognized as one of the best and busiest airports in Europe. We were thrilled to work with the customer to develop a customized software configuration for the QS-B220 that met their specific requirements, which we then integrated into our newest release of our European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC)-approved system," stated Dr. Darryl Jones, Implant Sciences' Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
