Ok, gang... I have placed on the block 50k shares @ .04 cents.. of this only 1k shares have been filled... I know its below the ask (buy on the bid and sell on the ask)and do wish to cash out a quarter of my standings... help my out...snag it up...

I leave for a week and still nothing from Management on their full financials or even their "monthly" periodical.. I tell ya.. the management doesn't care one ioda about the individual shareholder.. Even calls to them are not returned.. I would love to have Christine's job "VP of investor relationship". She doesn't do squat from our standpoint and gets paid..

another illustrious week in trade and SP movement eh?.... T, did you get any info from BG regarding the financials disclosures and with any addition of the WV projects and financials there?

I'm not feelin the love here... management being tight lipped.. No info on the W.Va projects nor financials regarding them... Whats the reasoning behind this?

I realize that Jitz... my point being, there are many idea's that can help move the SP up.. that would help the individual shareholder as we "don't" get any compensation for holding shares.. an uptick in SP is our only compensation. MKGP is getting our money for free right now... No secured investment contracts here for any guarunteed return at a specified date.. You, myself and the rest of the shareholders are stuck indefinately...

If you guys have other idea's to give to the management here... help by bringing it on... We are not getting any richer at this time...

Looks like the start of a bailing effort... I still cant figure why management wont make the effort to move to the other exchange... Its time that they start thinking about the shareholders... I've been here since it was PGPU.. So I would consider myself as a long..

Obviously they arent for now.. I would tend to believe they may be getting quarterly bonus's to keep their eyes off of the stock price.. They dont give dividends to the shareholders, no DRIP's.. there is no effort to prop up the SP.. I still haven't seen a 1-3 or 5 year projection on where they may be looking to expand their efforts... (Colorado, Wyoming, Dakota's) HELLO? Biggest oil reserves in the world.. bigger than the middle east.. Any mergers or acquisition possibilities? Any contracts/leases with any of the bigger oil company's... Something to move the SP....

No patients... I've done my thinking on doing the same.. Although the company looks sound.. There is no movement from management to moving to another exchange to get more exposure and no movement in the SP except when someone bails and thats the negative movement..

Hey T, did MKGP disclose financials on the West Virginia gas project? I believe I missed that... This info could and should provide just a bit more exposure for the company.. let me know

Well ASNAP, its been a long time since I said hey to this board.. As i see it, the company is in the process of revamping itself with new blood and leadership.. but who's minding the technical advances with the phones, switchover equipment and authentication? As there have probably been a couple of software upgrades in the GSM/WiFi software to at least fix bugs let along having software upgrades to add feature functionality.. Authentication and billing have to be retested and if you know anything about software.. One change will affect other parts... Retesting now might be pre-mature if nobody is there to help look at the software for changes..

Just curious.... Also, what about that "Big Brown Dud" lost money on that gig in my "Big Brown to win" my exacta and my trifecta... they should have kept him on the juice..... Big disappointment.....

T... that was levity.. I was grinning when I wrote it as well.. I did read somewhere from Mr. McCabe that changing to a different exchange was on the table but not a priority... since the financial momentum is on a nice roll, maybe entertaining this now is an appropriate time.. Fill out Form 10 of the intention.. have the 3rd party financial audit performed, change to the new exchange and fill out the 8k's in a timely basis.. MKGP is doing it now on time.. Just make it legitimate and take the plunge...

We could start a buy-out rumor.... brilliant.. :~)

I'm in total agreement with you Aggie... I'm totally amazed that this kind of news comes out (spectacular news at that) and there is little to no movement of the SP... I'm just scratchin my head.. Revenue's and Profits should move the SP to higher levels... We haven't gotten squat here.. Also, MKGP does need to move off the pinks.. The management has their act together.. moving to another market will gain exposure we so desparately need...

Better volume.. price looks to stablize... need that quarterly news.. should move the SP upwards..

I just don't get it sometimes.. I've been watching a stock for some time... zero revenue, zero sales, just about lost 2 patents, Sr. Management in total disarray and in the past week, the stock jump's almost 100% (.065 to .115) on no news. Just speculation...

MKGP has increased revenue and sales X 500, has an excellent management team, publicized excellent news all the way around and nothing to help the SP...

I'm at a loss... Edith!, sell the house, cars, the financial portfolio, we are buying a motor home and livin on the beach.. I just cant figure the emotional trading on the pinks.. lots of potential for big bucks.. but, but, but,... what the heck!!

Anybody know why the strong volume on the SP?

T2M... the 10 bagger comment came from me... I have owned stock in a couple companies that had 0-1 product with $0 in sales and revenue and their SP was floating around $1.00 then ballooned to over $5.00... still with $0... We've seen MKGP with only $4m in revenue to just over $24m... with oil and gas prices going up.. there is no reason for the SP to be at .035 to .05. At $.30 per share would put it more in line... I've seen other companies that don't make $24m in annual sales at $2-3 a share... so traditional price per earning doesn't comply.. I can't ever figure out the emotional ups and downs of a given SP... Nothing from this company suggests its your typical pinksheets scam, but it should have a better SP than whats its at today.. I will continue being patient in hopes MKGP allows a 3rd party audit to start and continue verification of books if they choose not to change exchanges..

This is fantastic news.... Its a shame Wall Street hasnt noticed this company and its financials to date... A 500% increase in the revenue and sales is showing MKGP has a smart management team... However... these guys need to get more exposure to Wall Street and move to a different exchange and get off the pinks... then the SP will rise as it should... This stock should be an easy 10 bagger very soon...

Aaahhh Amsterdam... as you look towards the train station, to the right is the red light district (women can window shop there as well, for real) and to the left... the auh-so-famous coffee shops... just remember to take a downtown map so you can get directions to get back to your hotel room (you'll forget after the "coffee" .. kinda important.. :~) but you and the misses will have fun...

T2M, thanks for the response... I have seen the favorable increase in profit and revenues for over a couple years. Especially in the past couple of quarters. However that never seems to help the SP... I cant figure why this company has a couple of products, they are showing increased profit and revenue, and the amount of outstanding shares aren't an exorbinate amount.. And the SP doesn't move.. I've had a couple of stocks where there wasn't actually a product to sell and the price per share was in the $1-2 range, then it popped up to over $5 a share for a while..I would think that the increased production of oil and gas from existing and new wells would also be attractive to the bigger companies to look into buying this up....jmho... and venting a bit... I can always use an extra $100k or 2.... :~) how about you guys?

I sent an email to Ms. Lopez last week and have yet to hear from her.. My question was on the lines of timing for moving to another exchange other than (other OTC). This exchange does not have any exposure to the right kind of people we want to invest in further.. I guess we will have to call and leave a message directly..

Jason, thanks for the reply... actually i was just frustrated that the company isnt getting more exposure at this point. I have stock in other companys that their stock is up close to a dollar with no product to show for to this date (just empty promises)yet we have MKGP that has increase their revenues substantially, almost no debt and cant seem to get off the dime to move the stock upward.. even with this PR firm that is suppose to be helping... Im in long (+100k shares) I got my money where my mouth is...

yeah... kind of lack luster.... Im sure that the continued drilling has alot to do with the operating expenses... the debt looks ok... wittling down but at that level, seems like they should just take care of it and wipe it out...

interesting trading day for MKGP... you would think with good news coming out with the financials that there would be an increased interest to make a bit of profit.. And the fact that the price of oil is over the $70 mark per barrel.. I just don't get it... 0 shares traded so far.

Looks like the company is in its last throngs and gasping for air... I heard Calypso is willing to talk to anybody about buying out their patent(s).. after that there would be nothing left for the company

P2k - I would like to tell you that Sharma has highly embellished whats on his resume'... When he worked in Siemen's, he was Product Manager... he didn't design or engineer anything.. And he certainly wasn't Chief Arcitecture for Core UMTS... I know because he worked under an ex Siemens
VP friend of mine for the company... So if he embellished on that portion, i would guess he did so on the rest of his resume'.....

So why is there no shares shown to be traded today?
