hahahahaha! jeez i was looking for some sympathy. I still hold 1/3 of my original shares though so I haven't "left" yet.
Well, I am sorry to say I got tricked into selling some on that crazy dip. I was holding about 100k shs and sold 1/3 at .07 on the way up (doubling my entire investment) and figured I'd just hold on to the remaining 2/3 for whatever happened since I was already in the money. I don't believe this is a real long term play, so when the drop came I sold another 1/3. oh well. I'm glad to see it shot back up and good luck to everyone heavily invested but be careful!
why? - how much money does indie growers make?
remember - that's a seriously high valuation for a company that has never had any income and has never had any assets... hahaa
When you say it's "undervalued" what method of valuation are you using out of curiosity?
DAM*. I sold 1/3 on that dip at .068. haha. oh well.
wow what a turn around!
Yikes - people have no idea what they're doing/getting into, or everyone here is a fake investor and just a pumper. MJ, baomike, etc are posting real problems and/or concerns with both the past history of this company and also the current state of the sketchiness of the merger, the random people in youtube videos, etc and then everyone just brushes them off and (with no real reason other than the fact that Robert Coleridge's (who no one even knew a couple weeks ago) name is on multiple entities' documents) completely ignores all this possibly relevant, possibly bad information on the company? Be careful people.
Eco - were you responding to my post?
If so, then in short the answer is "yes that is correct - nothing has actually happened yet?"
I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything, that's all.
sorry to askagain but I didn't see anyone answer - has there actually been anything filed re: a reverse merger or name change or uplisting? Or is that what we're hoping to get a PR on this week still?
volume already 1.5m+ 10 minutes in. haha.
i was away for the weekend - is there any actual news yet about a possible reverse merger or a listing on a different exchange? Thanks!
trademax42 - sorry... what is huge news?
I can't seem to get any work done... refresh...refresh...refresh
waiting for that post lunch blast off to send me into the wekeend with a big smile on my face. Would be nice...
Yes - a huge thank you to everyone as well - this was on my radar BEFORE the news hit just because of the annual volatility, then I saw it moving and was able to find out why because of this board. Thanks again!
But again - where the heck is Quick18?
this is so insane... are there MJ boards someone can go to and just pump this there? haha!
mid-day pullback is like clockwork
Sotty QT and gitties,
Can you explain what you're talking about? ha. thanks.
When you guys say "moving up the message boards" what do you mean?
Totally understandable - but is that JUST because I'm trying to find out answers to questions that are decent questions to ask when you're trying to learn about a stock? Wouldn't that be a sign that I DO own it? (or am at least interested in buying more?)
I own about 96k shs. I know that's probably peanuts compare to people here, but it's a good amount that if I lose a lot of it, it won't break me, and if it does in fact pan out, it'll still be an insane return (although not as big as for other people, but who cares, right?)
HOLY SMOKES WE'RE UP TO .07 ALREADY! THIS IS CRAZY! I BOUGHT UNDER .01 AND HAVE MADE A BUNCH OF MONEY! HOLDING STRONG!
(is that better? ha)
But seriously, where is Quick 18?
hahaha. If you look at my post yesterday morning, I tried to point out that the indie growers website also has a link to a video of a DIFFERENT microsoft guy already trying to run a MJ company - I was pointing this out as possible good news, since I assume they all know each other? (Microsoft bigwigs, Washington, etc.)
I'm really not trying to bash, I'm trying to learn.
And I think it's not UNFAIR to point out this company has had a super sketchy past (even though there's a new person at the helm) but in considering whether to buy more or less, the fact that this company has run "scams" before is at least something to consider, right? So I'm just trying to figure out if this is something to consider by bringing it up here, I'm not BASHING it.
This is wt I'm talking about - I ask questions about this company, what it's done in the past, etc., and just because the questions aren't POSITIVE, (and even though I said I OWN SHARES) everyone writes me off as someone trying to bring down the share price to buy more instead of actually addressing my questions.
To me, that is a BAD sign. I'm not trying to bash or decrease the stock price. I want it to do nothing buit go up. But I am trying to get a full understanding of the company (beyond "this is a $10 stock"), that's all
I've been following for a while. And what do you mean "the long I wait?" do you read all of what I write? I own shares. I'm not "late"
I'm not negative, I'm just trying to get the facts out there, good or bad, and I hope someone can either explain the negatives to me in a positive light, or explain why they are wrong. I want this to be huge, I just want to make sure that I understand everything for myself. I'm not going to strictly pump and write only positive things. I want to know everything. That's all.
Also meant to ask - where is Quick18? Honestly I thik it's a little disheartening/sketchy that he's gone from posting all day long to being completely gone...?
Silent Sniper,
True - he seems extremely high profile. Too high to be involved with a scam, but on the other side of things, we don't know ANYTHING about him in truth, and none of us had ever even heard of him until about a week ago. It's also a little weird that he holds every office in the company. If this is going to be such a huge company, wouldn't you want someone with management as the president, a CPA as the treasurer, etc.?
Also, look into VKMD (it's what VKML used to be not too long ago (ha)). I believe they "hired" Alan Rosenthal, who was supposed to be as "legit" as robert coleridge is supposed to be, and if you do some research on VKMD, you'll see how that turned out.
My point is that this is a complete speculation play for now. The posts on here make it seem like it's a sure bet and will make millions. ha. Hopefully it does! but we've seen NOTHING official that has anything to do with VKML actually making $1 of income.
Stirletz,
These are all good questions that everyone here needs to be aware of. The fact is that VKML has no assets (and never has) and no income (and never has). Through out the years, they've changed names/symbols, driven up SP, then done huge dilutions over and over.
Hopefully someone can help me out with this - although the management of the company changed hands, the ownership hasn't, right? Have we seen any sort of insider transaction ? Or do the people who keep doing the name change, pump, dilute scheme still own all their shares they did before Robert Coleridge took over?
Before anyone write something like "look at the DD!" know that I do hold some of this stock, so I'm not arguing against holding this stock. I'm just trying to let people know that when people write ".2 pps" or $10 pps" it's based on NOTHING BUt speculation (albeit pretty decently researched speculation) however when people are telling other people here to bet big, "this is for you and your kids" things are getting way out of hand.
I hope this works out as well as everyone is hoping, but definitely be careful.
And good morning/good luck VKML board!
Yes, t video - if you go to the actual youtube page, you'll see Sean Green made a comment in the comments section.
This is my last post of the day. GLTA. I own some (so you know I'm not bashing) - I'm just trying to get all questions answered and post stuff from both sides of the field.
Thanks again for everyone's help and all the great DD out there!
Sean Green -
Look at Sean Green's post on the John Moreno/Indie Growers video - Sean basically says John is lying. Kind of sketchy/disheartening, right? any (real) Thoughts?
Good morning! Here is the first of my maximum 3 posts today! (day two for me here at ih)
1. Am I reading it wrong or is the bid already really high? (like .047-ish?)
2. Way more importantly, and maybe I've missed the previous posts about this on here, but if you're on the indie website, they have a link to a news report about a Microsoft "mogul" starting his own MJ huge distribution/growing company. But it is NOT Robert Coleridge. It is another big wig from Microsoft - Jamon Shively... Jamon Shively is a microsoft guy looking to grow and trade MJ, and Robert Coleridge is a Microsoft guy looking to help manage MJ growers/distributers...
I am a believer - and yes the timing seems too good to be true. I just am trying to figure out why they would be using this random mining company to do it - (for tax losses carried forward?)
I just HOPE that is the case, and (given the track record (and I know this new news seems to make all past stuff moot) it's just a scary bet (the rinse/repeat thing I mentioned).
Either way, I'm glad to be here, but since this is my 3rd (and last possible, apparently) post of the day, is there a way to make it so I can post more then 3 times per day? Or is that just what they do for new people?
I've read all of the due dilligence and I've been following this board for a while now. I weas just trying to sum up the full thought process here and trying to connect all the dots. that's all. I'm now complaining about your theory - I bought a small amount of shares based on it. I was just trying to have someone confirm what I wrote as the general thoughts of where this company is going and why the recent pps increase/volume increase.
Just because it's my firs tpost doesn't mean I don't know much - I could post all day and still not know anything, right?
Is this the planned playout? I'm just trying to get it straight:
There are a couple companies out there that SEEM to be getting involved with the MJ world, most specifically in Washington. Robert Coleridge is shown as the director of these companies.
Totally randomly, he is also newly listed as the director of VKML (a mining company, completely unrelated to the MJ industry). No one knows much about the MJ companies other than that they exist, and there are a couple websites up/youtube videos out there.
The SPECULATION is that these companies want to go public and enter the MJ buisiness, and will be merging with VKML for:
1. the losses the company has amassed over the years?, and
2. because of the ease of becoming public when you don't really have any money/income yet.
Then, the thought is that the VKML shareholders would have their shares converted into shares of the new, public, MJ company?
My only concern is that VKML has been NASTY to shareholders in the past (drive up price, then flood market with new shares. change symbol. rinse and repeat). This could just be the exact same thing they always do - I mean give me a break - read the oldest thread post of the "sticky" ones at the top. The only good thing here (this time) seems to be that they have created companies to take the company into the MJ world, and that Robert Coleridge seems to be a real/legit person.
However, I advise everyone to look at what has happened to the Wikifamilies s/p. Would the play here be to sell immediately after the reverse merger?
Also, we would need to worry about trading in, say, 400m shs of VKML for like 400k shs of the new company, then then new company flooding the market with the remaining 360m shares, right? rinse and repeat?
This is not what I think is going to happen, I'm just trying to get all my concerns out there and hope someone can directly address them. Thanks!
