I see an to a major exchange in our future. Private placement or an IPO coming hmmm.
Think we will see any news drop before the meeting on the 15th? Any news and we move north real quick.
Great DD! General dynamics is a customer of OPXS!
Happened to me on Friday. Slapped the ask and the filled .001 below the ask.
Based on everything I have read in the filings, it seems the 4mil in shares given to ponder and hayter was to engineer and help commercialize the ERC tech. In one of the 10-Qs they state that 3-5 mil is needed to commercialize the ERC.
Mike, have you spoken to Larry in regards to a grant? Based on what cmc and ccci are putting out in their news releases and annual reports, a scaled up pilot plant is already in the works. It was announced in September that the facilities to test and commercialize carbon capture and conversion tech is operational.
Yeah sry Echo there is no association at all here other than three letters.
Try again bud. I was referring to plug. Sarcasm is fun.
Ppl thought the same thing about Enron. That turned out well.
I don't expect you to understand. Do a little DD for yourself. It goes a long way. Best of luck. MVTG moving on up.
So that 830 metric tons of co2 has disappeared since 2013?? Lmao
Can anyone here that is long acknowledge that MVTG's ERC and MRFC work great in the telecommunications industry?

$4mil in exchange for services. What were the services? And who is getting the 8mil preferred shares at $8mil
Perhaps someone with experience working on sand hill road? The bottom is in pooh. Enjoy.
This is BS. Not only is there a six month grace period to pay the maintenance fee but the life of the patent is 20yrs. It's not like someone else can come in and take it over. This talk of it being "criminal" is complete nonsense. They could very well be applying for a new patent or just pay the maintenance fees. They aren't that much.
Mike, welcome back and hope all is well. Its been pretty quiet with Mantra Energy. What's your take on the latest 10-k, in particular the section about the patents lapsing and the cancelling of licensing due to missed maintenance payments? From your experience with the patent office. Is this something to be worried about? Or do you think Mantra may be submitting for new patents/renewing for commercialization?
Thanks
KZ
It should, there were over 4.3 million Hondas sold in the past year. ??
I'm expecting a 10-k showing $10mil plus in revenue followed by news of a deal and then an uplist to QX ; )
Inverted hammer. MVTG is gonna run hard. Don't be caught on the wrong side.

Happy birthday to me! Nothing sweeter than some .005s filled in one swoop. Keep me coming. MVTG ready for lift off!
"keep in mind is that this is an OTC company". So is BAE systems. What's your point. I was paid my dividend and ever since you've been posting the stock has been climbing and the company continues to bring in contracts. Take your conspiracies elsewhere
Well put. Best time to buy in my opinion.
Updated legal council on their OTC profile. Looks like we have ourselves an OTCQX sponsor, up list to the QX approaching?

While I wouldn't invest in plug I do agree that the comparison needs to stop at this point. MVTG is setup to license its tech and AWS provides services and consulting.
The demand from IOT is already putting stress on current IT, telecom, and energy infrastructure. MEA/AWS are positioned to take advantage of this. I've posted this link before but here it is again. Just one example of what we are seeing right now.

Renewable energy, telecom, and IOT are very much connected and changing the global economy.

Bud, do you agree that the OS and AS is maxed out per this link?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MVTG/profile
OS is maxed out.

No change until the vote on August 22nd.

Shell good to see you back here! OPXS looks like it's finally ready to make some moves.
Just a friendly jab at a post from a few weeks ago. This is good news IMO.
"This transaction successfully settled the Sileas debt to Longview"
What's your take on the news?
I wonder if she finds this funny...
http://ir.stockpr.com/optexsys/company-news/detail/492/optex-systems-ceocfo-invest-314000-into-opxs
Danny Schoening, Optex Chairman and CEO, stated, "This transaction successfully settled the Sileas debt to Longview while simultaneously establishing a fair and equitable division of Optex shares between Longview, Karen Hawkins, Optex's CFO, and myself." He continued, "Our investment in Optex clearly denotes our confidence in the Company as well as our commitment to the shareholders, customers, and the employees of Optex."

Another aspect it seems ppl are missing are the insane amount of opportunities for application of MEA tech AWS brings to the table
"Researchers from the Centre for Energy-Efficient Telecommunications (CEET) and Bell Labs explain that the information communications and technology (ICT) industry, which delivers Internet, video, voice and other cloud services, produces more than 830 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2), the main greenhouse gas, annually. That’s about 2 percent of global CO2 emissions — the same proportion as the aviation industry produces. Projections suggest that ICT sector’s share is expected to double by 2020. The team notes that controlling those emissions requires more accurate but still feasible models, which take into account the data traffic, energy use and CO2 production in networks and other elements of the ICT industry."

Data centers alone are responsible for 200mil metric tons. I work in IT sales, backup power and recovery is HUGE. MEA and AWS could capitalize on this growing demand!
Nice little run up before the shareholder vote Monday. Anyone going to Florida for the meeting?
Doji yesterday. I have my eye out for an engulfing signal today based off the open. $MVTG
Eco, just out of curiosity. Do you think a uav could be built to run on a mantra fuel cell that could recharge at an ERC charging station? Check out the diagram on this link about uav use in telecommunications. Internet/telecom infrastructure emits some 840 metric tons of CO2 and providers plan to cut that number.

That was quick. Ponder doesn't mess around.
Because of their military contracts, demand will continue to grow in my opinion. Couple that with commercial expansion on the AOC side and I think we have ourselves a sleeper.
It seems those that were here before the rushed IPO have left and stayed away and I can't blame them, it looks like whatever bad debt they had hanging around may be gone and some changes are on the way, atleast thats how I'm reading the changing of board members. Shoening, Bates, and Hawkins are the ones who really run the company and I think the dividend is a thanks to those that stuck around through this rough patch.
I'm still curious exactly what all the IPO money was used for, there was a confidential treatment filing awhile back, maybe they needed quick cash to fund a larger military deal?
Only time and 10-k will tell. In the meantime, if the dividend does pan out Ill enjoy the cash. Who knows maybe Ill reinvest here or pick up some more Mantra. ; )

On its way to a golden cross. $OPXS

This link has some more good info on UAV use as AW intends to use it. I like diagram.
