When you google "Lloyds of London Alliance" nothing comes up.

But when you google "Lloyds of London Allianz", you get multiple results.

Isn't Allianz the insurance company UTRM was associating with in hopes of getting people insurance for their marijuana businesses? I could be completely wrong on all of this, just thought I'd do some light DD on our new management team

You're right on that but I'm just saying physically, that car lot doesn't look like it handles that big of a flow of cars going in and out. But hey, today's PR is sitting well with me because it puts us on the Pot Network track again, which is what attracted a majority of us investors last year. If this car dealership is the real deal, then I'm all for it! I just don't want this to be all smoke and mirrors.

I drove past the lot when I was down in Fort Lauderdale visiting my in-laws and I can tell you it's really not that big of a place. For them to be selling that many cars means they've got to be storing cars somewhere else but I did not see any type of storage area near the building.

That's the plan but right now there's only one dealership. The size of this dealership does not coincide with the sales numbers listed in the last PR

Agreed, this car dealership is very small and does have not have the capacity to sell 100+ vehicles a month.

I'm more concerned with Randall Goulding as UTRM's legal counsel. He's a well known SEC scammer. Ironically his relative Richard Goulding was given the title of Medical Director for Pot Network last year

Decent volume compared to Friday. Bid/Ask is staying some what tight which is also nice to see. Stay strong my fellow investors, this is a long play I wouldn't walk away from.

We are not seeing a lot of volume in this stock because there's nothing we're anticipating in the near future. We have some big things coming up but they're all in the long term picture. 100% agreed. I bought in at .01+ and actually had a lot of faith while Chris was still running things. When he was on board we had actual recorded broadcasts, steady PRs, and live video feeds from Chris himself.

After watching the CEO's change multiple times, the ticker drop to triple zeros, and the first PR in a long time announcing the acquisition of a used car lot...well I lost faith. UTRM was suppose to be THE Pot Network, not A Pot Network.

Now we sell used cars and have put The Pot Network on the back burner. Needless to say, I am not happy with my investment by any means

You know what man, I always thought people like you were bashers but now I'm pretty sure you're right. Two very big red flags came up for me:

1. Randall Goulding is UTRMs legal counsel. This guy is a well known SEC scammer and has suffered penalties under SEC laws for all kinds of elaborate stock scams where his family members held positions and stock in all these smaller companies connected to each other

2. Last year UTRM announced Richard Goulding as the Pot Network's medical director and this guy is more than obviously related to Randall Goulding.


What throws a wrench in all of this is the fact that the Lipschultz dude from Neovix seemed pretty honest and said they were still working closely with guys from UTRM

Agreed bro, any bottle of Emesyl being sold now isn't being sold in the official distribution stage. This is all a trial run without any advertising. People on this board believe Emesyl is in its full distribution stage. WRONG. This is the Hensley brothers toying around getting an initial feel for the product being out there without the general public being told about it.

Yup, biggest mistake I ever made. Bought in at the peak $.01+ (UTRM was one of my first stock trades ever)I thought I was totally redeeming myself by buying more shares at .004, MISTAKEEEEE.

I think you're right. When I think of the letters UTRM I just start seeing red (all puns intended bahahaha)All jokes aside, I think you're definitely right. Whoever is taking this company on is going to have A LOT of work to do to get it going again. So many set backs, missed deadlines, and lack of transparency. I wouldn't be surprised if this rises exponentially on PRs alone, considering how damn quiet this is.

What a lame PR man. It pretty much said "Hey, we're still doing PotNetwork but we're thinking about doing other stuff too". UTRM's suppose to be all about the Pot Network. Now it's no longer their focus.

How about introducing the new CEO? Lou over at Neovix said there's a bunch of new guys working at UTRM. Why not introduce them? Why not just give a general idea of what other things they plan on doing? No one needs specifics right this instance.

It's like everybody in the old management cashed out on the pump, and now that the PPS is so low it's time for a new concept to pump it back up so the new guys can get their cut.

Yes, but somebody else owned the domain name (RedTruckSEO.com) which is what confused me. Also, RedTruckSEO's phone number, (415) 443-2224, is the same phone number on the financials that were just released. The number doesn't work though, it's a busy signal 24/7. :(


So as of now we do know the Neovix deal was real and that Neovix was contracted to own ThePotNetwork.TV domain name.

A rather good point you have whynot. That's the kind of advice and insight I need lol I never thought of that.

On a side note, I dug deeper into UTRM's listed address and the realty history shows the building was used for Outlier, a production company who took part in blockbuster films as mentioned in past UTRM press releases.

Because I stopped watching this ticker. I didn't even know it was that low in December. I had faith in UTRM and figured it was all a waiting game but now I'm getting very suspicious. As I just posted, UTRM was one of my first investments in any kind of stock. I had prior MMJ stocks and bailed out of them to buy more UTRM. I never looked into UTRM's legal counsel because I didn't think it even mattered at the time. Yes, I was the fool who didn't do his real DD but this is part of the learning game for me. This is why I'm asking, what do we do? Do we let this hit zero? Do we start asking questions? I'm trying to have faith but the details and dots being connected are pointing to some kind of investment scheme

I understand, I've watched the Marijuana Index drop drastically from a year ago. I bailed out of several MMJ stocks to buy more UTRM shares. There's just certain details about this stock that have gotten my attention. Knowing our legal counsel is a man who's been in trouble with the SEC multiple times for fraud is starting to worry me.

UTRM's legal counsel & medical director are related. IDGC bought 50 million UTRM shares and their accountant is related to both the UTRM legal counsel and medical director. In my eyes this is looking like some kind of elaborate scheme spread out over multiple stocks.

He had companies within companies that were "investing" in each other. His family members played roles in each of these "companies". It starting to feel like this is the same situation we're dealing with.I never looked into any of this until we hit the triple zeroes which is what made me take a second look at my investment. The switching of CEOs multiple times over a year is a red flag. The amount of deafening silence from this company has become a red flag. The address of this company which points to a random downtown shopping area is a red flag. The phone number not working at any time during the day is also a red flag.

Do we just let the PPS drop to a grinding halt? When do we start asking questions? I only have 1 year experience of penny stocks with UTRM being one of my first investments

If a solid PR drops and this turns out legit, I will apologize to anyone and everyone who's read my posts. Until then UTRM remains very shady
