BIG OPEN DOOR FOR LVVV APRU
Could LVVV be in the middle of this?
Could this give LVVV the chance to work with both sides?
LVVV could now distribute Cannavest products.
We do need more products.
LVVV could also now sell more products through MJNA.
Anyway you look at this, it looks good for LVVV.
Could LVVV be selling some of the same products as Kannaway?
We'll have to wait and see.
You might want to hold on to your shares, until we find out! :) and yes, I bought more today. :)
READ THIS CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
On August 11, 2014, the HempMeds Agreement was terminated by the Company in accordance with the terms
of the HempMeds Agreement which permitted the Company to terminate the HempMeds Agreement
in the event of certain defaults by HempMeds. The Company had previously notified HempMeds
that it was in breach of various provisions of the HempMeds Agreement including provisions
regarding HempMeds distribution of competing products,
the requirement that HempMeds obtain prior approval of marketing and promotional materials,
the Company's ability to access HempMeds sales data, and HempMeds payment of amounts due under
the HempMeds Agreement, amongst others.
The filing states that either party may terminate the agreement
"upon 90 days prior notice of termination or otherwise in accordance with its terms",
but it is not clear, at least to this author, whether the August 11, 2014 date
was the start of the 90 day period or the end. In other words, it is not clear if HempMedsPX will continue
operating under the agreement for 90 more days, or if it is no longer doing so.
It is possible that the termination of the agreement simply means that HempMeds and MJNA may continue as a non-exclusive
retailer/distributor of CannaVest's end consumer products and hemp oils sold to third-party manufacturers,
but with less favorable pricing and payment terms.
Whatever the case, CannaVest may now have to build its own online and offline sales organization,
or contract with another company for those services.
There are some clues in the 10-Q that CannaVest may be building up its Plus CBD subsidiary to take on these tasks,
but CannaVest will quickly need to issue more information to shareholders about this transition,
especially about how, or if, it will affect revenue in the second half of 2014.

Summary
$3.01 Million 2Q/14 Revenue was dwarfed by $8.3M non-cash asset sale.
CannaVest terminates its distribution agreement with Medical Marijuana, Inc's HempMedsPX.
It's not now clear how CannaVest will market, sell and ship products.
The investment asset sold for $8.3M was valued at $400,000 just a few weeks earlier, but there is
no explanation in 10-Q for the 2000% increase in valuation.
On August 14, 2014, a few hours before the U.S. stock markets opened, CannaVest filed its 10-Q for the Second Quarter
of 2014, which showed that the company saw increased revenue from the first quarter, made a small operating profit,
a large net profit on a non-cash asset sale,
and terminated a non-exclusive license and distribution agreement with its sole distributor,
Medical Marijuana, Incorporated's HempMedsPX.

My friend tried to buy yesterday. The message he got from etrade said that his order was 20% higher than the ask price which means they are manipulating the bid ask price and not filling orders. It's about to go up imo :) His order did not fill.
Sorry I left you out, I was typing fast and in a hurry. Must be those POMABERRY chews :)
My take on the show last night.
Pros: The platform to present questions and answers, good idea.
Affiliate program of some kind, excellent idea. Maybe it would be a code embedded banner that was specific to the affiliate participant. The banner could say something like, click here for 15% or 20% discount, anyway, on to the next.
Connection bugs seem to be worked out. Audio video was fairly clear, easy to understand. Exchanging ideas is always good.
Maybe ask participants to throw out ideas and you guys can discuss it on the show.
I appreciate yeardman and Tony giving their time to set this up and anyone else who participated.
CONS:
It was way to long for 1 or 2 guests.
I would prefer to see the questions and answers done first. Waiting 3 hours to get a few answers to a few questions is miserable.
I got the impression at one point that the feeling was that investors with small positions were of no importance. I tend to disagree very strongly with that because although the company executives may be able to see how many shares a person owns in the company they can't see what other assets that person holds. Someone could have 200 dollars worth of LVVV shares and 50 thousand dollars worth of silver coins at home, land, waiting on an inheritance... anything is possible and that same person could be one of your biggest investors in the future.
lol!! Vegasrob you are hilarious, I want a Livewire hat too, where's mine
My friend Jack got some POMABERRY chews in the mail today. The flavor resembles a flavored chewable vitamin. Like a kids chewable vitamin or something. It's not nasty but it's not candy.
As far as the energy affect goes it's a definite A+++++++++
The initial jolt comes faster than an energy drink imo. It appears to be much much stronger than a single can of energy drink. I'll let you know later how long it lasts. I'm really liking it so far :) I could see how someone could get easily addicted to it if they like the coffee or energy drink buzz, the chews pack a powerful one.

I don't want to connect RSHN until the company makes the formal announcement about how they are connected to RSHN. All they have really said so far is that they can't comment on it at this time. Might be an indication that negotiations are still underway, but that's pure speculation.
If they come out with a formal announcement saying that they are connected to RSHN and explaining how, I would be happy to add it at that time :)
Hey.. happy to see that you're still here! :) Ty.. As a shareholder I'm just trying to increase the awareness of the products. :) I'm really excited about where the company is heading and hopefully if things go as planned we'll be involved in distribution in the near future. Getting ready to move into my new home and finishing up on remodeling so I'm busy for awhile.. after that I'll be ready to sell some chews.
Exciting, eagerly awaiting the relaunch of Apple Rush!
Thanks :) Yes and I'm not done buying!
LVVV APRU
Tony's response to the question about the relaunch makes me think that we will see the Apple Rush beverages soon. :)
My friend Jack and I are now helping to promote LVVV and APRU
This is what we so far. Much more to come :)

Agree 100% :)
lol!!
My opinion of it currently is that the company is trying to rapidly grow their product line. Therefore there expenses were increased during that process, which might explain the recent dilution. Most people understand that if the product line and company are expanding, the dilution isn't that damaging (All in my opinion).
LVVV recently acquired 77% of APRU for stock plus cash. They're currently working on relaunching the Apple Rush ( APRU ) brand and it sounds like we should have an update on that soon.
They have also been working on manufacturing for private labels.
I disagree.
For one, we were told that the Vitamin shops re-order every week.
2. The Apple Rush relaunch is close to being ready.
3. If Bob Corr and IDGC want to release Green rush with any form of Hemp in it, they have to work through LVVV according to the agreement, they cannot compete in that category.. and since Bob Corr registered Green rush trademark under the idea that all of the Green Rush trademarked products or the Green Rush product line would contain Hemp Oil. The trademark actually reads, all of the above containing Hemp Oil after the list of all the products that they were covering under there trademark.
So... the chances of Livewire manufacturing and distributing Green Rush products seems like it would be high.
4. Do to legal restraints, Tony couldn't answer any questions on RushNet at this time. An indicator that something is still brewing and he obviously knows something that we don't, because if they weren't involved with RushNet, he could say, we're not involved with RushNet.
I know that's not really 2 hours worth of information, but it's all stuff that I was happy to have clarified.
I even understood what Tony was saying about shareholders ordering something. The shareholders here, even the ones with small amount of shares, have hundreds of dollars invested if not thousands, but yet they won't buy a 3.50 cent box of chews to help generate income for the company or sample the product. They rely on other peoples opinion on what the product tastes like.
I'm guilty of it myself, but the message got through and I will be ordering some tomorrow.
It was presented before hand in a way that made people believe that it was something that the company set up to discuss what was currently going on and bringing everyone up to speed, when in fact it was set up by YeardMan with Tony supposed to be presented as a guess speaker. It's just not what everyone was expecting.
I think everyone was expecting an information pact presentation from he company representatives. With that in mind you can understand why so many are disappointed with it.
I do feel we got a little bit of good information but once again, not exactly what people were expecting.
I do agree with that. Apple Rush relaunch being close to ready is exciting news.
Not trying to be mean towards anyone but I agree with all. I thought it was going to be set up professionally and thought we would see Bill and Tony and others in an office or something.
Did I actually just hear that right? Yeardman I heard that right at the end! You told people to check out APRU. Nice to see that you're softening up to us a little bit.
That's what I was thinking! All of the certifications probably make it easier for placement in chain stores which might otherwise be impossible.
This might be why those things are important

What could be next? I THINK I KNOW
Kannakick changes formula

including unnatural dyes and coloration, and uses Organic Rice Sugar as
the sweetener behind the all new healthier way to get energy to power you through your day!
Could we see a natural version of the chewable energy supplement coming to LVVV or APRU?
YES
Ginseng based energy products
LiveWire’s experience within the energy supplement sector has taught
some great lessons within the natural health food sector. Most health
conscious customers don’t want artificial sweeteners, dyes, or stimulants in
the products. This has left us with an opportunity to release a natural
version of the chewable energy supplement utilizing ginseng, monk fruit,
stevia, fulvic acid, and other ingredients while eliminating artificial
coloring and sweeteners. We fully intend to expedite the launch of a
natural energy supplement in the 4 pack to continue defining the standard
for the chewable category.
Could we see Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush Branded chews and drinks?
YES
The 40-year history of the brand will help us in the re-launch with the
immediate possibility of chewable’s along side the bottles.
Could we see non carbonated juices and shelf stable tea products?
YES
We also intend to utilize
Livewire’s aseptic manufacturing and bottling capabilities to produce
non carbonated juices and shelf stable tea products.
Could we see CBD-based chews without caffeine?
YES
we will be initially utilizing
the CANNA Bliss and CANNA Rush trade names to market CBD-based chews with caffeine
(CANNA Rush) and without caffeine (CANNA Bliss)
Could we see an expansion in to other categories including powders, bars, teas, enhanced water, and vape oil?
YES
We are exploring several categories for expansion including powders, bars, teas, enhanced water,
and vape oil. We welcome our shareholder partners and grass roots distributors to inquire about
the products they may be interested in.
Could we see products that we don’t manufacture being sold though LVVV and APRU?
YES
When able and advisable we will secure distribution agreements for products that we either don’t
currently manufacture or aren't inclined to take on the expense of manufacturing if they fit into
our business model. This will give our sales reps additional opportunities when meeting buyers.
We’ve learned that the sales presentation is stronger, and the closing ratio much higher, when
there are several products in the portfolio. We will also be sure to pass these opportunities to all
of our existing full line and grass roots distributors.
Could we see Global Expansion?
YES
We intend to utilize our International partners to grow all of our product
lines worldwide. It was important in the negotiations to obtain the exclusive
worldwide distribution rights to the Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush brands
and trademarks. Our consultants have already been contacting former
International distributors of our product and hope to gain some immediate
International market penetration.

We will also be sure to pass these opportunities to all
of our existing full line and grass roots distributors.

lol made me laugh.. Yes, the price is to good to pass. :) Even tried to get a little more APRU but the 2s aren't moving fast enough and the order hasn't filled yet. Millions of shares to be filled for others first.
I was just re-reading the shareholder letter and they mentioned chews a long side the drinks, so maybe an Apple Rush or Ginseng Rush branded chew.

You too, Thank you :)
Bought some LVVV shares today :)
:) Agree. We need some kind of update. Very odd that they delayed the finalization of the APRU deal. Seems like they wanted to keep the details off the last filing for some reason. Hard for me to understand that because it seems like the books would show millions of dollars of of assets in LVVV because they own 16 billion APRU shares. I'm sure they had their reasons for delaying it but it's just hard for me to make sense of it.
Are they hiding something? :)
Subsidiary's is plural, meaning more than one and the only one that they have called Subsidiary is APRU. Leaves you wondering. LiveWire Ergogenics ($LVVV) is pressing the private label contract mfg space and will be using subsidiary's to increase shareholder value.
Is RSHN the other one? Yes imo
