Oh this one will never stay long term. You might get a few bumps here and there with news, but even that hasn't done much lately.
It's quite amazing what hype can achieve.
Same here, my identity isn't a secret either.
They'll run this hype as long as they can, go dark for 6 months, announce a new business direction and restructuring and we'll do it all again with some other lame fake business plan.
Rinse and repeat.
They couldn't run a legitimate company if they tried.
1 simple question:
How are they paying these people without any assets?
2 years ago and the same people run this behind the scenes as always.
The names are just names they throw around for legal reasons.
I'm a former employee.
It's a scam, they are con artists who have a long list of people they have screwed over.
There is no such thing as a wind or solar powered electric bike.
All they can do is make external things for the bicycles, or anything, to plug into.
Because what else are they going to do? Put little fans on the bicycle? That won't generate enough electricity to run a walkman. Same thing for solar, are you going to put big solar panels on the bike? If you just added some as a layer to the bike, again not enough to run walkman.
So that basically leaves the only thing SMAA could add to it is an external device that the bike could plug into to recharge.
Problem is, SMAA doesn't have any such devices.
They are not solar or wind powered, they could only make a recharging station for them with those things.
They could make these things more green by using resistance on braking to recharge the batteries.
How is SMAA going to bring anything to the market here on their own or sell anything?
Probably because electric bicycles isn't a new thing and it's pretty obvious it's just another thing that nothing happens with.
And I'm sure the name they are using for the PR probably got shares - or is getting shares, and they'll be needing to dump them off on someone.
Still the same company that couldn't even make good on it's promise to update shareholders weekly.
And I'm guessing after all these months, Windstax wants nothing to do with them.
Electric bicycles? Terrible!
It's not even a new concept or product. You can even just buy motors and add them to any existing bicycle.
Just another scam in the list of scams.
Wonder if the new guy was hired to put out the weekly updates they promised would come but never did.
Does anyone actually work at the company?
Which news? I will change it out for you.
I don't know the owners of all the other penny stocks or have direct knowledge of them being con artists.
Nobody is bashing for cheap shares, this company has a history of screwing people over and those people tell the truth.
Can't help you there. I just know the people who own this stock and I know they live off selling shares and ripping off investors.
Because it's a scam.
How are they going to pay him?
Creating empty companies means nothing.
The date they put on the purchase has come and gone. Some were expecting maybe they would announce the purchase, but it's looking more like it's just another round of empty promises.
How do they promise weekly updates and then not even deliver a single one? Have they ever not made a false claim?
The people who run this company just sell those shares as they can for cash. It's how they live. It's not about patience, it's about cashing out when they can.
Lots more 7's available now.
I think the truth is more useful to people before they invest, not after.
I've seen countless people scammed by these people.
They have missed dates repeatedly in the past and then nothing ever happened, so I'm guessing if nothing is public by the end of next week - nothing will ever come of it.
Make sure you buy up them shares so the new company they "bought" can get theirs. I'm sure they're going to have a bunch of shares to sell you.
I think a real company is the only hope they ever have of making it a real company.
But between the 2 stocks they have I know of, this is like the 7th or so time they have announced new directions over the past 2 years and they all have the same results - nothing for about 6 months and then another announcement like we have today.
It's a case of the boy who cried wolf for me.
If you know Tony like bman does, maybe you can get some insider info and profit off the pump and dump, but that's all I ever see here.
Nothing is coming except another new business direction in 6 months and many empty promises.
I don't need to make those phone calls, I worked for these people in the past and I've watched the stock for the past 2 years.
They are con artists and this company is a shell.
When they bought the symbol, it was auto leads(I worked for them at the time). Then they flaked out, didn't pay the few employees they had.
Since then, all they do is put out these "forward looking statements" every 6 months, claim a new business direction and nothing ever happens other than they dump stock on investors.
It's how they live, and this isn't even their only stock.
The only thing Tony is good at is lying.
In 6 months they will just announce something different.
You might see a little pump and dump action and get lucky on that sell, but if you are legitimate counting on them doing something real, you will probably end up disappointed.
What happened to weekly updates?
Does SMAA have more days in a week than everyone else?
I wonder if actually paying their employees rather than screwing them over is part of the new business plan.
What happened to weekly updates?
Or like monthly updates even?
If making empty promises were a good business model, SMAA would be the next google.
What happened to weekly updates? Just another lie in the long list of SMAA lies?
weekly updates was a lie?
Maybe they can find another company to claim they want to buy part of, and then put out press releases for a few months on it.
How much energy has SMAA generated thus far for your chart to be relevant to this stock?
As best I can tell, they've contributed exactly 0 MW of energy to the industry in any form.
And if it stops tracking for whatever reason, it becomes a fire hazard that's randomly spewing focused beams of heat at things.
It's a total fire hazard and they exposed it themselves.
The windstax thing is the only one that is interesting because it doesn't look like it will kill birds like others. But it's been months since they claimed they were trying to gain a minority ownership in it and I don't recall seeing any announcement.
Looks like Tony and Sarah must have taken their winnings from this last pump and went back on vacation.
And then when the focus isn't met, it shines that beam of heat elsewhere. Huge fire hazard.
And yes I misread your post originally, so deleted it but then realized I just misread it so I restored it.
