I know...I am kicking myself over passing up PAL.
Got the Alert. PAL now up 21%.
Should have got in on that action.
That's pretty neat!
I don't have anything that cool, haha.
I think your signature is funny.
Tommy Edison just stole others' ideas and called them his own. He barely knew the meaning of work. lol
All in good fun my friend, no offense.
VRNG has possible news today regarding a case hearing in Germany.
Def. one to watch.
Haha, one of those youtube videos I am already watching. Yes, that helps out greatly! Thank you!
All Orions, just a quick question.
I am trying to learn more about reading candlestick charts. Can anyone here recommend some good reading for me to learn how more on how to read them? Instructional videos are the best tool for me to learn, but reading can work too.
Got some resistance on $VRNG at about 3.33
In at 3.21. Let's see where this goes...$VRNG
$VRNG It is getting brutal in the pre-market, haha. I am thinking this puppy will hit 3.60 no problem though. So long as that volume keeps coming in...
$VRNG Looks really good on the charts and on the back of good news.
$FREE up 19.5% in pre-market trading
$FREE moving back up!
If we can close today at or above .40 I think we will be sitting pretty for tomorrow.
Yea, I totally typed INO instead of IVAN. Hahaha, I have too many tabs open.
100% with you there. As shippers go, FREE has REALLY low debt and two ships that are mortgage free.
$FREE I can't tell if we are still looking at dilution from Crede or a massive oversell...
I am still putting on this baby to pop up.
I'm in $IVAN if it crosses .60.
Looks like we got some resistance at .58
Cuz when I think trading advice, oh yea, I think those two. :D
It's sometime in December they have to get their price back up, IIRC.
I haven't heard of any news regarding a R/S.
What's the boards' feelings on $FREE with this recent plunge?
Personally, I am still holding here...this is just more dilution by CREDE.
That is stepping into another realm, which is the ailing American higher education system, which is more focused on profits than turning out a quality education.
However, I do not cherish the idea of foreign doctors working on me. I am reminded of the British health care system and the failings therein...

This is by no means isolated either.
They like to shift gears a lot. One moment it is malpractice insurance. The next it is because of all the uninsured people and illegals leeching off the system.
In reality, it is a combination of all sorts of issues, but mainly a regulatory issue. Healthcare is a necessity for a civilized society. They realize they have a monopoly and prices have gone up and up and up and into the stratosphere because...well it is a monopoly and they know they can charge whatever they want.
Well done.
Sort of like how the power company in my state is a regulated monopoly with their income capped. I got a sizable refund last year from them and look forward to another good one this year.
Really? Can you forward me the portion of the enacted law capping revenues for insurance companies?
While I appreciate the sentiment of the message, that isn't quite what we are seeing. What is happening is millions of people are going to lose their coverage/have their rates jacked up 100+% in some cases.
The health insurance industries have a ninja death grip on the pricing right now and they are CERTAINLY not going to let these policies changes affect their bottom-line. So, to allow the CEO's to keep their yachts, they decided it would be better to pass the expenses on to the consumer.
Historically, rates have come down over time, but in the meantime, people are suddenly unable to afford their own health insurance premiums.
As for an economic boom by allowing people to become more transient in where they go, I think that is a very, VERY optimistic way of looking at this situation. So much to the point, I would even say it is deluded. I mean no offense.
Post-2008, more recently the whining and complaining that nearly shutdown America for good.
I know the ACA is based on the Romneycare model touted by Repuglicans to be the best way, but I am just not seeing it.
Yes, I am aware that the health insurance through my employer will have to be reformed, but at the same time, this doesn't fix their astronomical deductible and reimbursement based co-pays, which are not provisions of the ACA.
I went to my own plan because the employers plan was awful. Now, I will be losing coverage and forced to pay over double my rates right now. That is good for you that you have a 8000-10000 dollar deductible plan, but that just doesn't work for me. I pay for insurance so I don't have to come out of pocket for large expenses like that...without it, what's the point?
I pay health insurance out of pocket because my employer has terrible coverage. My out of pocket premiums are going up by 130% just to keep my MODERATE coverage...
I don't want a 4000 dollar deductible plan. I hate agreeing with the Republicans, but this is a disaster and it needs to go away...
Bought moar $FREE
Loading up at .37 cents. Once dilution is finished and Crede finishes their sell off, this thing is going to pop, just like last time with the Deutsche Bank.
Honestly, and this speaks more to the idea of economy, money is just paper. People, humans, assign value to it. The "dollar" has no real value...at all...it is just paper. I agree with you, too many "end of the world" movies in someone's head...
Being all cash in a collapse type situation is not going to mean squat other than you have some fire starting materials, but I digress.
The point in my post is just a reminder that this is a professional forum for professional investors, not this nonsense about the world ending and how we need to stock up on emergency supplies.
In fact, I would argue that taking such a stance hurts the market. Especially if enough crazies buy into the theory (see 2008 crash).
AF, you still holding on SCON?
Yea, you are right...
Guess, I was just being ambitious, lol.
$FREE and $SCON

Mine never executed. Had it set at 2.14. I came back and it was just sitting there in a pending status...ridiculous.
Dammit! My stop loss didn't go!
SCON closed 2 cents over your dream! :)
