They need to make these press releases during normal trading hours all the time. Think the affect would be more pronounced.
Right, why would it change now with same mgmt.
Side note on trend line I keep talking about... losed at hod right on trendline, I hope we blow through it today. I would imagine most mm's are not humans but rather computers now...when there is low volume trendlines take over and make the market...until something changes. All imo.
I sure hope the recent "good news" is not intended to soften a blow from negative annamycin results...being we havent seen any results yet.
Well, with the last report showing a lower GM due to the added expansion Id have to say not likely. It just feels like they continue to with the 2 steps forward 1 step back.
Honestly I'd just like to see cash flow positive at some point next year...at least then we can hope the cap raises/dilution ends.
Right, I hope we get some news soon, I still believe our trend line is impacting price movement more than anything else is right now. It feels like it wants to move up but we need a catalyst.
Watching the trendline, if we can break through about 11.32ish we will likely take a jump higher...in theory.
Hope you're right, we need to break this downtrend!
Hope you're right CB, if we can break through that downtrend line convincingly, we have a great chance of starting a new leg up, but I think we need some big news to make that happen.
I think the MMs and fund managers know its coming so they let the chart pattern dictate the price as there is so little volume right now.
This morning the spread was a dollar for the first 15 minutes...screamed little interest on either side. So we sit and wait for that next commercial agreement.
See if this chart post works...
Wedge Pattern - which way will it break?
Stopped right on the downtrend line today...see if it gets tested tomorrow or heads lower.
Hows that workin out for ya...daytraders will lose almost every time on this one.
Barring any news, we are now touching the downtrend line, so we will likely reverse course down to 9.75 9.90 area. And that better hold otherwise look out below. Just my $.02.
If we break through, the next level of resistance is likely 12.27 or so...
We are nearing the downtrend line and have bounced off the long term uptrend line, do we break through this time or fail again? What we need is some very positive news like a another commercial agreement. If we fail, and continue down, the next real support imo is around $7 and change if we break the uptrend line. THAT would hurt.
Honestly thinking about locking some in at $11 as we still have lofty valuations in a tough market.
Step in right direction but "Available in limited supply" tells you the ramp in revs will be limited in near term and hence the no reaction to stock price. Maybe the market doesnt realize atrs will benefit?
That said, good entry point yet imo.
Yikes, I have $3k at .20 and hate to throw more at it with all the money issues they have. I could put a ton more in but just feels like too much of a gamble right now.
Ironic how we were just discussing how management doesnt buy on open market cause of the endless supply of options...and then Berman goes and does just that...you called it CB.
Agree 100% he needs to go. Sure feels like he's in it for the quick money, or has little confidence in the future.
No reason to buy open market when they get an unlimited supply of options and warrants
Grammmatical correction: 'Sequential' not 'incrimental' growth...
Looking back at the 2017 2nd qrt to 3rd quarter revenues, there was a 'pause' in growth. From 2.9m in 2nd, to basically 3m in the 3rd. I'm hoping this had something to do with the 2 phase III trials ending and approval which we are now shipping commercially for. If this is an annual event due to how they recognize revenues, could we be set for another similar pause?
If we do not show significant incremental growth we may just get hammered like blfs. We will undoubtedly show year over year growth, but I'm still concerned about incremental growth.
IMO if we do not show 5.0m or better we will likely see another leg down.
Yeah, typically the market is a discounter to future rev/profits...how FAR in the future is the question. At our pace, a 300m market cap might be justified in what 5 years?
It has become very apparent that commercial sales grow very slow and we will likely not see the 5 additional approvals this fiscal year (which likely won't add revs for at least a year) . That is my concern today. If we get a nice pop on some news I'll be trimming to re-invest in atrs.
So...if we break 10...who knows where we go?
I still see long term being solid here, but where do we go in the interim? Do we crash to 8, 6, 4? If the market is now suddenly going to value CYRX based on trailing numbers, our ship is sunk. Revs have obviously taken MUCH longer to go hockey stick than any long term investors have anticipated.
Hard to watch this get pummeled. Just keep riding!?!?
Robert, your last post is accurate however doesn't really say anything other than 'take the emotion' out of it(which is a good reminder).
That fund raising agreement with lincoln park doesnt do us any good. They have a terrible reputation of anyone using them is desperate for capital.
Its another fluff pr that has no hard info in it. If they didn't know what the PR says why would they be doing a trial on it?
Thanks, but nope, in too deep the way it is...but at least I didn't 'panic sell' at the bottom. I'm in it for the long haul...a bit like your alias implies!
On a side note, I think atrs will fall back a bit prior to earnings, closer to a trend line before moving higher, so I'm on the sidelines with that one.
Forgive me for not trying to locate the information, but what are the terms for the tradeable warrants? Whats the warrant price and expiration date? Thanks in advance!
They have a big backlog and supposedly bringing a new higher efficiently plant online so should see improved bottom line soon. They also supply optics to the autonomous car (mostly electric)segment so my take is as oil prices go up that sector should get more attention?
Yeah I was wondering if this repricing was related to blfs too. Our revs cant possibly be coupled to blfs product line? If we show decent growth yet, we should go right back up?
The other possibility I was wondering about is the money raise they announced, is this a controlled decent by the fund managers to get more shares for their dollar 'at market'?
Would you quit talking!
Wow, where's the bottom...must be getting close to buy territory
Looking at the chart, it would appear we have now touched the 200-day moving average, hopefully it holds!
Yeah now regretting not trimming cyrx for more atrs...as im excited to see where they go!
Oly cow where's the bottom!?!? Volume low though so hope just weak stomachs selling...
Stock is sure muted for just receiving an fda approval. Guess market FULLY anticipated it...wonder what would happen on a rejection!
Unless they do a cap raise! Now it might be a buy!?!?!?
Well, on this particular stock, Im thinkin the risk is more paletteable with the option. The common have a very high probability of making a major move in either direction on pdufa date? So options are desired in such cases.
Its hard to believe I can buy a 2.50 call for little premium with major news coming. It limits my losses if bad news comes, but multiplies my returns if good news comes and common jumps. I see it as the smartest actually safest bet...normally options are neither of those.
Thoughts on Oct 2.50 calls? They are .80 or so...very little premium. My thought, If they get an approval on the 29th pretty good bet, if denied I would image common crash to 2.50 anyway?
Guess i killed that rally
Looking at the charts, the indicators are setup eerily similar to May when the stock ran from 7.50ish to 16. I'm not claiming to be a chart expert but it looks very strong right now, prime for a move higher.
That information should all be disclosed in quarterly reports as required. Does it change, yes, but so can many other variables, which is really only fair to release to everyone at quarter end.
I have no issue or suspicions of that response.
