Wonder what their combined short position is?
Short interest on ENZR has exploded after the proposed dilution.
WTF is going on now!
I HATE these guys.
Stooge, See below for newest V2O5 production:
The Maracás Menchen Mine is exceptionally high grade and high quality ore body. The vanadium is contained within a massive, titaniferous magnetite that has much higher grades in both V2O5 and iron content than any other vanadium project in the world. Further, and equally importantly, it has very low levels of contaminants, like silica (SiO2).
These unique features make extracting and processing the vanadium into its final saleable product much easier, significantly lowers the operating costs of production, and allows Largo to produce a substantially superior concentrate than other producers.
The cumulative benefits from the grade and quality of the ore and concentrate are so significant that Maracás will have a major cost advantage over worldwide producers.
Maser, sorry to interject but here are a few thoughts on ZEN:
a) An all star management team
b) Mining safe jurisdiction
c) Superior promotion
d) Priced above $1.00
e) Low share count
Project quality? I don't see the value there.
But I am only a small fish in a BIG pond.
JMHO
River, There is no shortage of vanadium right now with new supply from South America coming on line this year.
Maybe five to ten years down the road if other uses drive demand.
Call me a flake (pun) but graphite is the PAYDAY.
But it is a pleasant thought while we wait.
Stooge, I believe that ENZR is still significantly undervalued at $0.40 per share.
But we all know it is a brutal market for juniors right now.
That will change once everyone stops chasing yield.
When that happens is anyones guess.
But it WILL happen.
JMHO
FREWIL, We can all throw around numbers that mean absolutely nothing at this point (but might make us feel good).
Realistically I think you have to look at current market cap compared to NPV of the MEASURED resource, as I have posted here before.
For other comparable junior explorers I have seen takeover offers ranging from 150 to 200 million for projects at this stage.
If and when ENZR becomes an operating mine with actual cash flow, we now value based on that cash flow per share which could be substantially higher at full production.
That may take up to 5 years to achieve.
We all know the true value here.
Just have to be patient.
JMHO
Subs,
I believe investors are buying the resource NOT the management.
JMHO
Marko,
Good article and welcome aboard.

Stooge,
They may have the capability but do not have a permit to commercially produce as far as I know, thus the freebies to potential partners.
See excerpt from latest 10K filing below:
Estimated Geological Budget
From the date of this report, and subject to availability of capital, our plan is to incur anywhere between $6,250,000 - $16,250,000 on further studies, testing and permitting to advance the Molo Graphite Property and on further exploration and the creation of a pilot plant anticipated, but not guaranteed to be commenced on or before our Company’s fiscal year end of June 30, 2015, on our Madagascar properties and projected to be completed, subject to the availability of capital and any other unforeseen delays, by June 30, 2015. The following is a summary of the amounts budgeted to be incurred (presuming all $16,250,000 is required):
Bankable Feasibility Study (“BFS”) $2,000,000
Metallurgy $4,500,000
Detailed Engineering Study $4,000,000
Building of a pilot plant
and creation of off-take samples $5,000,000
Permitting fees $750,000
Total $16,250,000
The above amounts may be updated based on actual costs and the timing may be delayed based on several factors, including the availability of capital to fund the budget. The source of funds required to complete the budgeted items disclosed above will come from private placements in the capital markets.
Maser,
They are probably meeting with numerous potential industry partners.
Another 10 million dollars needed by ENZR next year to operate.
They need an offtake partner to pay the bills going forward.
The alternative is ANOTHER equity issue (ouch).
Spartex,
There is currently no shortage of Vanadium in the marketplace with new supply from South America coming on line this year.
Graphite is the new "Black Gold" and sells at approx. the same price per lb. as zinc.
Can you believe that?
Maser,
It's a no brainer for them. They see the value and are paying 10 cents on the dollar for Molo.
Not a bad risk/ reward scenario in my book.
Stay long and strong!
River,
HB will die a slow death and eventually be de-listed.
The best they can do is give Quentin a paycheque for a couple more years, then he can retire.
JMHO
Maser,
GMP and Dundee already had skin in the game.
It's just getting thicker (like the rest of us).
Stooge, Don't sweat it. ENZR is a screaming buy at $0.14.
Am still adding (as long as they give them to me).
But it is a SLOW grind.
Looks like dead man walking to me.
And this guy calls himself a mining analyst?
WHAT A BONEHEAD!
...Energizer is intriguing but it is located in Madagascar...
What side of Quebec is that on?
Paid pimps, the lot of them.
River, I get a chuckle when I see all the new promoters of junior graphite companies and their projects around the world.
As Maser posted awhile ago "The cat is out of the bag" on graphite.
These slithering snakes feed off each others data and add their spin to come up with an "independent analysis" and company specific recommendations.
Great Lakes Graphite - REALLY! Another graphite wanabee with no resource or money.
The more crap I read from these BS promoters, the more confident I am that ENZR is THE BEST, LARGEST AND LOWEST COST project in the WORLD.
God help the uninitiated speculator that swallows their turds.
Stay long and strong.
Why should they sell? Another welfare cheque is on the way!
Spartex, I consider that to be a fair value at this point in time.
Once the BFS is completed, add an additional premium.
Get an offtake agreement, add an additional premium.
The more the project is de-risked going forward (power and infrastucture), the more the actual NPV is recognized.
Stay long and strong (cause we ain't there yet).
Spartex, I think you have to compare current project NPV vs current market cap.
Based on my previous experience with other juniors at this stage of project development, the market will value them at 10-20 percent of NPV on a takeover offer.
You seem like a smart guy.
Do the math based on the latest dilution.
AK, 1,781,153 refunds issued today. Better take a number.
Share dilution will tend to do that.
... we know management well enough to know that they'll change their minds when the facts change (or they can further line their own pockets).
My thoughts exactly.
David, Welcome aboard. We are far from the end of this PROFIT journey.
The key is PATIENCE with this management.
They have won the lottery.
And so have we.
JMHO
Spartex, You are the BEST! Say what I am thinking.
Agreed.
Time will tell.
AK, Looks like a classic short squeeze to me. Been around TOO long to get excited at this point.
BIG gap up over the last two days and as we have seen before ENZR will settle back down once the move has been exhausted.
Melt up and slowly fade back down.
The big question now is where do we settle back to.
Realistically former resistance should now become support for the stock price.
Just look at the last options price for the insiders.
There is ALWAYS another buying opportunity for the savy trader.
Thanks Spartex. I thought about doing that after I submitted the post.
PS Houston WE HAVE LIFT-OFF.
I will mark my calendar!
Stooge has anyone posted the latest GMP Securities analyst comments on Energizer?
GMP Analyst
Scroll right down to the bottom of the article.
Also seeing a bullish engulfing candle forming on the yearly chart ABOVE the 40 week MA.
Got to break out of this $0.135 -$0.150 range we have been in it seems forever. Lot of congestion in this area with tax loss sellers still looking to exit.
We have ignition but still need lift-off. Go ENZR Go!
We are VERY close to a "Golden Cross" on the 50 & 200 Day MA.
If that happens the technical shorts will have no choice but to cover (or pay up, up and up)..
That could further melt the price up very quickly.
Judging by the volume today the momentum traders have also returned trying to make a quick buck.
If the shorts can't manage to slam the lid on this rally by tommorrow we may see the leg up we have been waiting for.
Tesla, Tesla, Tesla = Money, Money, Money
Stay long and strong!
Looks like a rehash of the last PR with Stormcrow added, but we will take it.
Tesla, Tesla, Tesla are the money words for us.
Two IHUB PR's in two months. Good stuff.
Screw the bears. It's time they got their arses bit (off).
No argument to counter that point.
Just like the execs at GM and Chrysler.
A strong sense of entitlement amongst senior executives of North American companies seems to be the norm these days.
The sad thing is that these guys don't stand out from the crowd.
Archie, Not knowing your experience with junior resource companies I will give you a few, but you should also do your homework. Posters on this board are very knowledgeable and can help you wade through the technicals if you are a serious buyer.
WARNING! This stock is not for penny flippers (the weed crowd).
It is a real company with a world class graphite property in Madagascar, scheduled for production initially at 50,000 TPA starting Q3-Q4 2016. Scalable to 150,000 TPA depending on demand.
JP Morgan is a major US shareholder.
Management though is not world class, and infrastucture is lacking in the project area.
That should get you started.
Archie, Welcome aboard. Hope you brought your chequebook with you.
