I can't believe people would sell right now as we are getting ready to see this run.
Look at the way the bid whacks and bashing have suddenly increased, get ready for the run.
Why? Because someone sold shares? Yeah like that never happened before with any stock.
You haven't actually tried then because you can email or call them.
Why did you just make all that up? It was nothing but lies.
Just look back at their history, should be within a couple of weeks.
If 2's were your target you should have been here several months ago. They are long gone.
It's gone now, I just bought them.
Just cleaned out the rest of the 3's.
Just look at the history of when this stock runs and how it has been accumulated recently. The 3's are drying up now and this is getting ready to run again within the next few weeks but the cheap shares are disappearing fast.
No volume means good news because now people aren't selling 3's. It's going to have to start moving up now.
Look for it to run in the next few weeks.
How did you not see that it was down from a 100 share bid whack? LOL
It's absolutely a great sign, it means people are starting to hold for the big run. If you watch penny stocks like this the volume goes up, sometimes twice and then comes down right before the run as people buy up the cheap shares.
It's a great sign for us that are holding that people aren't selling at 3, guess that puts that whole share dumping lie to rest.
They don't even have 2 billion AS. An increase in AS is way more likely but, who cares? If they increase the AS that means that they are getting ready to release news and thus will still move up and we all make money.
What are you talking about? There are more new members joining in here.
Sounds good to me. They lowered their overhead and made operations much easier. On top of that they limited their liability of non-payment by customers and made cash flow smoother.
You keep saying the dumping is going on and then when asked what dumping, since there isn't any, you then said it wasn't going on but it was just "bird droppings".
So which is it? You keep claiming the dumping is going on but now you say it isn't going on yet.
Where is all this dumping going on?
That means that they are still operating which you were claiming that there were no verifiable operations, revenue verifies it.
You are STILL wrong. I can tell you right now there are multiple companies that do this because the trucking company makes their money either way. They would not be a broker at all in this scenario because they wouldn't be booking the freight through their company them seeking it to another company. They would simply book the load through the trucking company, get it? You don't know what you are talking about, I'm not sure why it's so difficult for you to understand that you are wrong.
They cover all aspects of the trucking industry. Your problem with making easy money as a 3PL is what?
There's been some serious accumulation going on.
There would be a very basic contract for leasing a truck on to a company that spells or compensation, requirements, etc. It has nothing to do with a broker agreement.
There is nowhere that you could find the contract and they don't need an active US DOT#, again pointless.
You kept saying it couldn't be done without authority and that's why you kept posting the nonsense about them not having authority. Why would a business arrangement being set up with a contract surprise anyone?
Of course you sign certain agreements but you don't need your own authority so this whole time you have been wasting a bunch of time about them not having authority.
I like how that guy is trying to correct someone that works in the industry making their living doing exactly what he says can't happen. The term is fleet owner, they own trucks that get signed on to other bigger companies using their authority. The same goes for brokering loads, you sign up with a big broker to use their authority. You don't have to look any further than the huge company called Landstar, they don't own a single truck and their brokerage is just a bunch of independent agents that own their own company but want the benefits of looking like a big company.
Like I said, you CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA what you are talking about. You absolutely can sign up with another company and use their authority, it is the most common thing for small companies to do. Save yourself the trouble of telling me that can't happen because your talking to someone that does it for a living and my wife runs an agency for a brokerage.
I'm saying that they can run an agency under another person's authority. They can own trucks and lease them on to another company and run them under that company's authority. Period.
You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Fleet owners lease trucks on with other companies all the time, they use the company's authority and don't need their own. Being a broker agent is far from puny commissions, again you just don't know what you are talking about.
Thanks followed back. These cheap stocks have risk but when you look at what the volume has been doing along with the history of when this stock moves you can see the next few weeks are key.
Trucking companies will let their authority go because they simply lease their trucks onto bigger companies and use their authority instead. This cuts their overhead DRASTICALLY because trucking companies spend lots of money on keeping up with regulations. Signing the trucks on with a bigger company also means that costs like insurance, fuel, and maintenance goes down as well. Another way they can earn money in the industry is by brokering through another agency instead of their own, this again cuts costs and frees up capital because they are paid faster. Either way the activity here is clear and this is getting ready to move no matter what someone else says.
It happens all the time. You see stocks that are undervalued or overvalued go up and down constantly for no reason other than the market conditions.
Don't be too hard on yourself, you'll get it one day.
There's more to it than that. There is another show being planned which when it starts could result in a loss of more subscribers and Howard Stern has been implying he is done after this contract. It takes years to build a loyal following and audience the size that these 2 shows have. There is no way to just simply replace that and there isn't enough time to get it done. Sirius is going to have problems because this was a bad decision at the wrong time.
They didn't give it much thought at all, it was done in a few hours. A suspension would have been effective and avoided having a downside.
That loser content brought in millions and millions of dollars. Who cares what you or I like? It's a business and if that host brings in the money then it was a mistake to fire him that quickly.
