Has Randy been convicted of anything?
Are you implying that I'm the source of the document? If so, you're barking up the wrong tree! I am not on Pacer.
This is the document that I saw so this is the one that I'm going by. I didn't see any other document. If there was another document without the case number, I didn't see it. I can't follow these things all day and all night. I have a job and a family to attend to.
I don't embellish, I don't exaggerate, and I don't lie! I am an honest person.
The case number is on it. It is printed at the top of every page of the docket in blue with the date of July 28. I saved the doc and just looked at it. Case # 2:14-cv12949-GAD-MKM in blue at the very top of the page with the date.
Now look in to it yourself and do your own DD.
Do you not think that shareholders keep track of proceedings? We just sit back and wait to be fed information? Have you ever held a stock long?
MF was informed that he would be sued a long time ago. People keep track of these things. There are resources outside of the company that you can follow. It seems that you do not understand that there are proactive shareholders who aren't 'connected' to insiders.
I do all of my own DD. I get fed no information other than what I source myself. That is a fact!
If you want to conspire and conjecture, be my guest. There has been no wrongdoing in releasing these documents. Ask a lawyer if you really want to know.
And that is the end of this Q&A. I'm not wasting any more of my messages on on this wild goose chase.
You can download the docket from www.pacer.org if you are a member. Most likely one of the shareholders is a member and shared the document.
As I've said, there are other message boards besides this one where people talk and exchange ideas.
Concoct any conspiracy you want, it is public information.
If it is on Pacer it is public information
The lawsuit can be found here -- http://www.pacer.gov
You do realize that there are FITX message boards outside of IHub? That is how the link was discovered.
He's a kid...
My understanding is that one of the major issues in this lawsuit is that Matt made a connection to Hamdan that his family was associated with terrorists. He made a connection through a news report of a Hamdan trying to flee the country to join Hezbollah.
Did you see Sherman and his Mom are the new faces of Campbell's Chunky Soup? Perfect fit!
Go Hawks! Can't wait...
GLTY
You're going after Sherman??? :) Whatever happened to the Bears anyway? I loved Walter Payton! He was good. And that was last time the Bears were any good...
When they get their license and begin growing MMJ.
And it's going to make me a lot of money :)
Would want to be a landlord? Not me.
If you're serious newmedman, i'm honest. It has a lot of potential... A lot! Get past some of the misgivings that some people have had and look in to it. I think you'll see what is really going on and the possibilities. They have built brand new facilities and they have $20 million investment capital. Do you care where it came from? I don't.
Just waiting for HC to do the pre-license inspection of the facilities for final approval. Take a look on fitxlong.com. People have been riding this thing up and down which is understandable, but when this thing goes, it's going to run.
I'd much rather see a solid PR than just fluff PR's to satisfy investors. If you want updates visit fitxlong.com. There is a lot of activity going on.

I didn't say anything about the SEC. :) Libel can be a criminal offense!
Case # 2:14-cv-12949-GAD-MKM. It was electronically filed by Wais, Michael July 28, 2014 at 5:05pm EST. Judges assigned: Gershwin A. Drain (presiding), Mona K. Majzoub (referral)
I think in order to get to that $1 trillion benchmark, the industry must find a way to utilize Hemp fiber for other products like BioFuel, plastic composites, building materials, and paper. As it exists now, yeah, there isn't much in the way to make money. There is potential, but not in the current model.
I'm a Seahawks fan. It was nice to finally see them come together last year! I think they're going to be tough again this year as well. Russell Wilson is the real deal!
I don't know where you heard that, but here you go. See for yourself. There are some photos here.

It has changed it's business model and is now a spec MMJ company with $20 million of investment capital and has completed facilities in Canada to grow MMJ and is awaiting pre-license inspection from Health Canada.
The application was submitted a long time ago.
Meet the Chairman of the Board, Mr. John A. Germinario. Somehow I doubt he would involve himself in a scam...

IHub mobile app crashed on me again. Like I was saying, SA writers are amateurs looking to improve their positions on a stock whether shorting or pumping. No one trusts them as a reliable source of information. Which is why Yahoo finance remove them from their newsfeed.
SA is not journalism, it is opinions written by finance amateurs with an agenda usually to further That is why Yahoo Finance removed it from their newsfeed.
The SEC only investigates a company when there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. If you have any evidence please submit it.
Do your own DD and make a decision based on your own intuition and instincts. Don't trust anyone with advice unless you can meet with them face to face. GLTY.
I wish I could believe you. If I could ever got an email response from Mr. Foran maybe I would, but I can not trust you as a source. Maybe if you could email me the correspondence and not just copy and paste text of the conversation? The dealings now are too serious not to get every detail in full with a verifiable source. I can not verify you as trustworthy.
I will. I always have an eye open for opportunities.
Wait a minute. They have zero assets and zero income and liabilities of $296,888?
Do they have investment capital?
I'm not enamored with their office in Las Vegas. That building says for sale and there are no cars in the parking lot:
5955 Edmund Street, Suite 102
Las Vegas, NV 89118
These are all spec companies and all have a shot, but this one has red flags that concern me. Maybe I'll check it out when they start growing. Hope it works out for you. I will read over those documents that you sent me about the facility.
Thanks. I'll give it a read. Is the proper security installed for the pre-license inspection?
Do you have another link? Says the page doesn't exist.
I'm confused. So they're growing? I don't see Zenabis, the subsidiary of IHMML, on the approved HC website. How can they supply by September 1? And how can a Canadian company like IMMH supply an American company with MMJ?
I keep track of all the MMJ plays. It looks like there is some potential there, but not enough for me to go on. The announcement of the size of the facilities does not match what I see on Google Earth. The biggest this and that is a concern in this sector. Everyone says that they are the biggest, etc. That always raises a red flag for me. There are so many players in the field now. Everyone and their mother wants to get in.
Do they have investment capital? Just curious. Too bad Gary Johnson left.
Someone told me to take a look here. What am I supposed to see??? It looks like a shell company. I saw that Gary Johnson, the ex-governor of New Mexico, was a Director and then quit after three months to become CEO of CBDS. The CEO, Ken Williams, 17 years experience in IT?
They're in negotiations to buy a majority interest in IHMML? IHMML's business plan says they would be one of the largest MMJ facilities in North America. Here go again with another size thing. Location is 12 Cormeau Ave, Atholville, NB E3N 4G1. Google Earth shows me a a scattering of small buildings and one midsize building spread out over an area that looks to be 400,000 square ft. I don't see a large facility there. Looks to be an exaggeration.
I think I'll pass. GLTY.
I don't think that would happen, but there is a possibility of big tobacco getting involved in MJ. That's why it is important for any and all of these spec companies to get there first before they do.
Bill is his American name, Bahige is his given name. The others are misspellings by people who can't process hand written paperwork.
