NANCY HEINEN HAS A DARK PAST!
Here’s what they don’t want you to know:
She was charged by the SEC for illegal stock option backdating and settled for $2.2 million!
She was barred from serving as a public company officer or director for five years and barred from practicing before the SEC for three years.

Did Rory do his DD before bringing her on board?
Are you claiming that the SEC takes cuts from the illicit gains earned by fraudsters?
No one is shorting this stock...
You want proof?
Try shorting a few shares...

And it is currently very difficult to purchase a product from a live stream presentation?
How does VERB add value to the existing video conferencing services?
Millionth of a penny would be 8 digits...
LIU
Millionth of a dollar...
And if there’s no interactive buttons, then how does it usually work? Is there a link as soon as you exit or minimize the live video screen?
How much will people pay for this feature?
I guess I’d have to see an actual example and compare with what is currently happening without VERB.
I’m still not seeing what the excitement is all about. But I’m a little slow in learning. And I’m a vegetarian.
Can you help me figure out how interactive elements will be used in webinars and teleconferences?
Any idea of what your group’s average cost base is?
Do we have examples in which interactive elements can be used in webinars?
How will interactive elements be used for video conferencing?
I don’t recall seeing an 8-K about new business since VERB has been on Nasdaq...
What kind of cliff is behind those 78s?
BIG DUMP! Back to the 70s
Been seeing 5-6 digit trades since the PPS was at $18...
Red today and the chart shows the opposite...?
This is the VERB board
Heavy promotion on social media isn’t working...
Red every time there’s news...
So we should be trading at least $5
Wow! Multi bagger from here!
Is the Oracle PR still coming?
We can agree on that
Is there such a thing as “non-recurring” SaaS revenue?
“The software as a service (SaaS) revenue model is associated with regular, ongoing payments over a defined time period, in exchange for the use of a software application or other tool.”
“Software as a service is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted.”
Please see if we can identify what consists of “non-recurring” SaaS revenue.
TIA
Not referring to you. I’m seeing some heavy promoting on social media...
I didn’t say it was working either...
Read further!
The income statement shows digital revenues as $1,438,000 and page 30 says SaaS revenues were $1,400,000.
So yes they are combined.
Sass revenues: $1,400,000
Other digital revs: 38,000
Total: $1,438,000
Looks like VERB is being heavily promoted.
DIGITAL REVENUE UPDATE:
Q2: $1,454,000
Q3: $1,438,000
Verb signed 4 new customers in Q2 which should have generated revenue in Q3. But digital revenue, also known as SaaS revenue, is down...
Can we find out which customers are dropping out?
