We should see $855k+ the next 10Q.
Another $OWOO Product Review. Please don't PR this Trent.

The best advertising would be the company to work out a deal with the Retailers so their products can appear in advertisements that are actually relevent.
When you go on the internet how many ads to you see? When you watch TV how many ads do you see? The best target advertising for children would be sometime during a "girly" cartoon on Disney channel or something similar. Otherwise I think the initial targets will be the parents.
Wal-Mart Stores do not send toys back unless they are recalled or defective.
Otherwise stores do not return merchandise if they can't sell them.
It is usually up to the store individually to sell the merchandise. If they cannot sell items, they become marked down or become clearance.
Wal-Mart doesn't have enough space to just keep items. They make use of all of their inventory. They sell all of their inventory.
Wal-Mart also knows how to order the proper amounts of inventory, they have been doing it for years.
This talk about them returning unsold merchandise is kind of absurd. Especially seeing as they have already ordered MORE merchandise from $OWOO less than 10 days after the initial order officially hit shelves.
The things that will move this are: Toys R Us, Target, Oprah Magazine, 10Q.
The next 10Q comin out in November should be pretty good.
Walmart already had OWOOs dolls by the end of September, so the Revenue for the $855k+ should be in the filings.
I think the third week of November will be the best week in 2015 for $OWOO shareholders.
We don't see much PPS movement due to dilution.
It's not a lot, but it's enough to keep us down. If dilution had slowed when they claimed it did, we would be at .02+ right now, easily.
The growth this company is going through right now is insane.
This stock will be continued to be watched from here on out by an ever increasing amount of investors.
All eyes on $OWOO for the next year.
Soon all the dolls will be carried at every Walmart with a Toy section.
Walmart already ordering more $OWOO product after 10 days of the dolls being in stores.
If they would have stopped dilution 25mil shares ago I think we would be well in pennyland. The sight of movement would have attracted more investors.
If Trent was being honest then we will have $OWOO in Oprah Magazine and literally all over the news in less then a month.
Oprahs Favorite Things gets blown and reposted by every major news/gossip website each year.
Let's just hope we see a 6:30AM EST PR about Target or Toys R Us or we are going to be in the .005s
If they blow the PR then we will see the .004s
Sale are more than $855k, those numbers are purely from "Major Retailers" AKA Walmart and Walmart.com
According to Trent the company has done "Million Dollar Sales" and they project "$1.1mil" in sales for 2015.
How long do you think it will take them to make the type of Profit required in order to pay off the debts?
Before the tween scene dolls they were selling the Fashion Dolls for a 30% Loss, which made no sense at all.(Well it does if you use the dirty S word) Spending money to lose more money..? To seemingly have a product just to push stock...
I am wondering how much production of the dolls cost. I am really eager to see their next filing to see how they treat their finances when they have a larger amount of revenue.
But to be honest they partner and work with a lot of people, who don't do their jobs for free. It makes me wonder how much deeper in debt and dilution we have to go to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I agree, I am holding my shares for a long term hold. I will continue to buy more until I see a filing.
But if a company doesn't know how to balance a budget they are going down one way or another. It doesn't matter what retailers they get into. Any company can go bankrupt if the finances are mismanaged.
Don't hold your breathe on the cartoon.
It's almost a recycled PR from 2013, and it didn't happen in 2013 either.

The One World Doll Project Begins Development Of New Prettie Girls! Tween Scene Cartoon Series

Now I am not predicting the future, I am just paying attention to historical facts and trends. Don't think I am bashing, I am just stating my opinion with facts.
Oh yea I was a bagholder then as well. I am not digging up $OWOOs past, as a matter a fact I am just recalling what I already know.
$OWOO has made a lot of progress, for themselves.
We don't know production cost of dolls yet, or if they even know how to turn a profit.
Previously they made no profit and sold many of the dolls for a loss.
You can try to ignore the dates, but honestly their first round of investors appeared in 2013, every single one of them became bag holders that year due to dilution. Instead of apologizing Trent started to referring to the angry bagholders as "haters".
Like I said. I believe this company will succeed, but I don't think the company at all cares at about it's shareholders at all.
So I wouldn't put it pass them to turn their shareholders into bagholders at another point in time.
They basically gave the middle finger to their shareholders using poor financing and didn't even bat an eye.
I think it's one of those things that as long as you don't know someone thats effected that it doesn't really matter, we are just all suckers on computers to Trent after all.
This is why some people dont touch $OWOO.
1.) 12/4/2013
I hope Trent doesn't mess up tomorrow with a horrible PR...
But I think he will.
Remember those 3 HUGE ANOUNCEMENTS other than Robert Tonner? Lol.
Yea "Tonners going public! He is selling stock! When he raises enough money through selling stock hes gonna give us some money!"
First the news was "It's gonna happen at this time" "Oh well we are doing it but it will be up later" "Oh it's not gonna come out till tomorrow" and they killed whatever momentum they would have had. If any from such a horrid announcement.
Historically Trent's big news and PRs are a bust. The only good news this companies really had has been Walmart. Trent is a good hype man though.
I believe more-so in Stacey and Robert than anyone else in the company. If it weren't for Stacey's caliber they wouldn't even have a stock worth while.
Ameritrade uses CDEL as well. But to be honest it could be anyone dumping their shares through CDEL. It could be dilution from debtors. I wouldn't put it past a debtor to run this company to the ground. They do that in stock all the time, thats why its called toxic debt.
We'd better see a sweet PR tomorrow or this thing is tanking.
Well this dump is unnecessary before potentially the biggest news.
Honestly if they announce Toy R Us or Target and it breaks .01 and doesnt stay there due to dilution, I see a lot of people dumping.
$OWOO
Funny thing about the video is that Trent himself contacted the user through Youtube, because the video pointed out that the tween scene site wasn't working properly. In the original video before it was taken down, edited and reuploaded she called the company out on it.
The user has a lack of subcribers AND views, and has been around for more than 8 years. I would understand if it were a youtube celebrity that reviewed the doll, but it isn't.

I could see us hitting .03 with GREAT news if they didn't fight to maintain the PPS with dilution.
Actually that isn't accurate. Walmart doesn't return toys to the manufacturers. Once the a Toy is physically in a Walmart, it is the responsibility of that store individually.
The only toys that Walmart is allowed to send back are those on a recall list.
Otherwise if they can't sell a product, they mark it down, if they get stuck with them too long, they clearance them and take them off the modular.
Reverse split that happened a little under 2 years ago was a 750-1.
That was a real PPS plummet that is impossible for any investor to recover from.
Anyone that put their money up then, has nothing now.
Talking about a reverse split is very relevant to today, because it is a part of $OWOO shareholder history.
A little more than a year ago they increased the O/S %1000. That is also VERY relevant.
As we approach A/S cap, with very little breaks on it, what is stopping "toxic lenders" from selling their shares and forcing an A/S increase and PPS drop?
It really is huge, lets hope these distribution deals allow the company to turn around the way they operate and finance the company.
I hope Tonner isn't taking too much of a profit. This company employs a lot of people with a lot of expenses. With $1mil+ in sales you would assume that they would be able to start financing their own operations.
I'm glad you finally see what I have been complaining about when it comes to dilution. They make it impossible to increase PPS more than slightly.
I understand the company is up from the .001s and .002s but the reason it got so low in the first place was dilution.
I wouldn't complain if I hadn't been watching the stock since inception.
This company is still a gem and the company is continuing the ride off the backs of shareholders, with no remorse.
Any negativity towards the company has always been addressed by Trent with the attitude that "those are haters." Opposed to "those are people who believed in me and my company, let me treat them the way someone giving the company money and value SHOULD be treated"
I have been here through the R/S, the increases in A/S. Even a Press Release talking about a share buyback literally days before a R/S was announced.
And remember that "at this time" statement about not increasing the authorized shares? That time is long gone. I wouldn't put it pass them releasing their biggest news with some of the most upsetting for shareholders.
The COMPANY(as in the people that WORK IN/with the company) will be successfull, but as of yet there has been very little success to investors.
So many people don't touch this company STILL because it has a long history of creating bag holders.
14,430,200 shares diluted in the past 25 days.
its a decrease when it comes to the rate of dilution.
$OWOO (Jan 2014 - Oct 2015) Dilution History.
Only trading days are included, weekends are excluded.
Jan-2014 1-for-750 Reverse Split (804,248,645 to 1,072,331)
01/2014 OS 1,072,331
+193,500,703 (+18,100%) shares in 1 year(est. 260 trading days)
744,233 shares diluted a day
1/13/2015 OS 194,573,034
+56,680,546 (+29%) shares in 90 days(est. 64 trading days)
885,632 shares diluted a day
4/13/2015 OS 251,253,580
+105,669,112 (+42%) shares in 90 days(est. 64 trading days)
1,174,101 shares diluted a day
7/13/2015 OS 356,922,692
+10,211,731 (+2%) shares in 30 days(est. 21 trading days)
486,272 shares diluted a day
8/14/2015 OS 367,134,423
+18,769,559 (+5%) shares in 21 days(15 trading days)
1,042,753 shares diluted a day
9/5/2015 OS 385,903,982
+14,430,200 (+3.73%) shares in 34 days(25 trading days)
577,208 shares diuted a day
10/9/2015 O/S 400,337,182
Now while dilution seems to be decreasing, if you correlate the number of shares diluted with the PPS when those shares were diluted, you will see that dilution seems to stay the same.
At these levels, $OWOO dilutes at $4,600+ a day.
Now while that may not seem like much, you really think they are attracting that many PENNY STOCK investors a day?
The 10Q will probably be beginning of November.
We should see large movement when the following happens, Revenue Filings, Major Retailer PRs.
I honestly don't mind the PPS. good load zone before the big ride.
$OWOO EXPECTING HUGE NEWS FROM TOY FAIR!
This February $OWOO attended the 2015 Toy Fair and started distribution with Walmart and Hallmark.
Earlier this week $OWOO attended another Toy Fair and had meetings with Walmart, Target, ToysRUs and other retailers.
According to the companies Twitter account this was the biggest week in $OWOO History, meaning it was bigger than their distribution deal with Walmart.
Expecting ToysRUs and Target distribution news, as well as News regarding Walmart carrying the new Dream Babies line.
1 Month left until Oprah Magazine. $OWOO
