You asked: "Why would anybody not want SVFC to succeed." In my opinion, the large pharmaceutical companies that make billions of dollars per year selling their drugs to sick people. They certainly would not want this company or any other to disrupt their cash flow. I feel the same way about the large oil companies, I don't think that they would want you driving a car that gets 100 mpg. These large companies often purchase smaller companies and make sure that the technology never actually makes it to market. And sadly, I don't ever see that changing.
That would be nice. I have a feeling that more news is coming. Maybe it will be that the international patent has been awarded. That should have a very positive effect on our share price.
I don't care what's in it, I just want to know if he will share
Sorry Srchn41, I forgot to say thank you for your comments. You do have a gift for making these legal documents and contract things more understandable. Thank you for doing that and for sharing it with us all.
Oh crap, I thought this thing was finally over. Argh!
In my opinion that isn't the big question. We have heard many people here ponder whether or not there were other investors who were waiting for this court case to be officially concluded before any partnership announcements could and would be made. Well, now that this is finally concluded we can see if those things were/are accurate. I would think that we should know the answers to these questions in, what, maybe two weeks at the outside? That is just a guess and this is just my opinion. Okay, show us something (Dr.Victor and the all-star board) now that this albatross is no longer on your back.
No, they made a helluva lot of money.
Yeah, and every time this starts going up, some smart-elleck dares them to do it again...and they DO. And every time they do that, I keep thinking, oh yeah, that's smart, poke the bear. I honestly believe though that the people who are shorting this stock are not wholly responsible for this stock price fiasco. Management has, in my opinion, an undeniable role in that as well. And furthermore, I believe that their role is, by far, the larger one. Perhaps one day these games will end and people will grow up and become responsible to their positions. Someone mentioned this a long time ago, most doctors do not make great CEO's. I am, at this point, becoming a firm believer in that theory. Have a great weekend everybody. Maybe we will regain some lost ground in the next two weeks.
Are you trying to say that this mess is all your fault? That's really nice of you, most of the time people never want to take responsibility.
Is there a conspiracy to use that term, "to da moon" X number of times per day? I seriously am beginning to think so I am a big supporter of our entire Bill of Rights, including the Freedom of Speech. But I think we need to at least reach a penny before we do the "to da moon" thing. Have a great weekend everyone.
.0036 -12.20%
I have a suggestion regarding your PR's. Do you remember posting " the Dr. says "only up from here?"
You might want to stop posting that one for a while!
I think that you are correct about that. The doc is going to have to prove to the investing public that satisfactory change has occurred to make them trust the direction of this company. Lil' Jon was right, if the stock price is going down, you should be shorting it.
Yeah, well, I just hope these crazy discounts don't go to their previous lows. We need some good news to break us out of this current malaise.
Mine is looking more like an indecision doji.
If the really big and really great news does come when least expected, then it should be any second now
Yes, I have noticed that about the volume today. But it does seem to be picking up pretty decently.
.0038 and down 7.32% we could really use some decent news from the doc.
I was thinking that, too.
You could just scroll down five or six posts and read it again, there
I just want to say that it is only natural that people's nerves are being stretched to the limit. Everyone here owns stock in this company and everybody wants it to succeed. We all know that the technology and the potential to save lives and to alleviate suffering is within our grasp. And it is naturally upsetting to see that some things are not being done that should be done because those things might jeopardize the tremendous potential that we all see and feel. So my suggestion is this...please, everybody (myself included) please try to be just a little more patient with everyone here. Everyone is stressed in their own way and we all handle that stress in out our way. I remember reading a quote that someone had attached to their signature line in e-mails; it said something like "please remember to be kind to everyone you meet, because everyone that you meet is battling or going through something in their lives." That isn't it exactly, but it is close enough that you get the point that I am trying to make. And we are all certainly going through something together here. God bless and goodnight.
I think that was worded perfectly. SVFC<---see, I did mention the stock.
I have a feeling that our putting up with those things that you mentioned are just about over.
I suddenly have a brand new definition of really bad. I'm no attorney and I'm gonna wait until some smarter people look at this and give their opinion/s.
I guess so. I always said that if the U.S. was really serious about getting Bin Laden, they should have sent the meanest, most evil, SOB's at their disposal after him. Not the SEAL's or the Rangers, but the IRS. They would have found him in a week. And make him so miserable that he would have killed himself.
Never mind. Post deleted.
Do you honestly think that ending the day down 8.51% is the definition of holding support?
I wasn't aware that the IRS could audit a foreign corporation.
So it would be a very high quality glue, but glue nonetheless
Go SVFC
I am totally impressed with the science and they are associated with some really amazing people, people like Dr. Andrews, but no matter how bullish someone is with this stock, you would have to admit that if this stock were a horse, it would have already been sent to the glue factory. And just so this doesn't get deleted...SVFC! Yay.
You are very welcome. Cazual and Gannicus could both give a much better reply, because they both have medical training.
That might be true, but even if it is, the svfc lawyers who looked this over and agreed to it need to be fired and replaced with more appropriate counsel. As many have stated here before, a great scientist or a great inventor doesn't necessarily equate to being a great CEO. And I really think that is the case with Dr. Victor. Maybe things will improve if the company survives, but I don't think they should stop at getting another CFO. A new CEO is also needed. In my honest opinion.
MakeittoV221, as far as I can tell...it is similar in that it is a treatment for Osteoarthritis of the knee, but it is not a treatment that uses stem cells. So it is similar in a very broad sense, but it is not the same. If that makes sense. And I am not a doctor, so I am sure that many here could give you a much better answer. Welcome and good luck.
Click5, the same to you, my friend. I'm still here. I have the same amount of shares. I hope that our long journey will be a fruitful one for all of us.
It was close to the high of the day. We were at .0048 at one point today. But that is still pretty good compared to where we have been lately.
I still think that one of those international patents has already been awarded. And if Korea is one of those areas covered then we should soon be hearing something about SVFC's deal/agreement with Chaum. They had better have something that is really big already in the bag to make up for their ridiculously slack behavior. Have a great weekend everyone.
Couldn't market makers be accumulating at these prices? I would think so, unless they feel that this is not a good price.
On my chart, that 9 million (at 1:17) was a sell.
My question to Dr. Victor would be why the 10K was not filed.
That is my understanding, too. It has already happened.
