Well said!
The silence is deafening.
Interesting. So I suppose that the generation of H and O together "could" be called ordinance. Do you know what the kill specs are when one of these babies explodes?
Don't I remember that jjj told us about the IP being discussed in the court docs? If memory serves, the only thing the public company still retains is the ability to manufacture, and as we all know, nothing is being manufactured. I do not think that the public company owns any IP. Since there are no patents, how would they protect it anyway?
The link we were given is definitely the 3KW. Where did this 30KW come from? Is this wishful thinking or is there more that we don't know? Misinformation is beginning to take its toll on me!
Good call, Fox. For quite some time we have been hearing that "Testing must be going well". Or only the insiders know how well it is going and that must be who is buying the stock. All of these appear to be totally wishful thinking because as you say, the testing will not begin until the end of this month, not some time in the past. Chaddie boy could have been honest with us and let us know that. Did he, or instead did he just pray on the desires of investors to see their investment grow instead of dwindle? Not good!
Now, as someone else pointed out, in comparison to the previous engines that have been tested, this one is a baby. What is the difference between this engine and the engines on refrigeration units that also did not work?
Fixed output of 60 cps does not mean fixed load. How many amps it puts out is dependent on load. A few light bulbs is one thing while a lot of electrical equipment is another. Funny how amp flow works that way ... It takes more fuel to generate 10 amps than it does to generate 1 amp!
The deceptive trade practices that were tied to Process's complaint are very different from a shareholder fraud claim. The more time that passes with nothing of substance from Chaddie, the more I think that he has been a crook for a long time. I am just sorry that I got suckered in.
And your point is?
You ask an interesting question. We know that we were all suckered in the great pump of 2012. Chaddie boy got us to believe in the product, not through sales, but through his song and dance about how "misunderstood" snake oil is. He told us that there was going to be 100M in sales. He told us a lot of things. None of them came true. He sold a lot of stock to raise money to the point that the AS was raised a billion shares. Now after all of this hype is the thingy going to do any better than it has in the past? I suspect that we may be looking at a minimum a shareholder suit against Chaddie and the board of directors for that misrepresentation, and even may be looking at the Club Fed instead of the Ukrane foe his next vacation. I hear there may be vacancies at the Grey Bar Motel, a great vacation spot.
By what I have read, RPM by itself is not going to get it. 3600 RPM gets you 60 cps, the frequency of line power. As the load changes, the generator puts in more or less fuel to maintain 3600 RPM. The amount of hydrogen needed changes based on the fuel requirements. A simple sweet spot is not going to do any better on a generator than it did on an OTR truck according to what I have read. So, it really does raise the question of what happened to all of the money? Apparently it was not R&D. The original joint venture infused a ton of money and then Mr. D infused a lot more. How in the world do you spend 2 million plus and have little or nothing to show for it? Vacations maybe?
It seems to me that for several YEARS, we have been hearing from Chaddie that the company would already be fully reporting were it not for this or that ... Still no fully reporting and worse yet, it now has a STOP sign.
For those who have not taken the time to go to the OTC site, here is what they have to say about the STOP SIGN:
Well well ... Taking Moose's directions, at the top of the list was

Which belongs to Go Green Hybrid Fuel Systems. That took me to
I am surprised to see Dog allowing that there will not be any results for at least 3 months. For some time we have been hearing from people who have no idea tell how WELL that the testing must be going, countered by those that say it hasn't even started. Amazing isn't it? Since I think that Carndog has connections and knowledge that others do not, I choose to believe him and maybe in August we might hear something and maybe longer. In either event, this stock is not going anywhere fast IMO.
I also am hopeful but I also am not realistically expecting it. There are a number of things that seriously bother me in all of this ...
We have heard a LOT about Testing and how it will provide a reference for buyers to see that it really works.
However, we also have heard about some 10 or so companies that have been Testing the units for a very long time. What about them? Why have none of them bought or provided some sort of reinforcement that these things work? In all of the time that the Hy-Impact has been offered for sale, there seem to have been NONE! Why is that? Is everything hinging on this DOD test?
Chaddie told us that if there is a positive test that it will allow them to attract another "investor" who can provide money to develop new electronics. How does he expect to get ahead of companies that are developing their own units for their vehicles, generators, etc?
I remember when cruise controls originally came out. At first, you could order a kit "For entertainment purposes only" and install it yourself. Now, just about every car off the assembly line has one. Then even before that, we had FM radios. There was an "add-on" tuner that you could get and tune your AM radio to receive the FM signal. Now, all of them have am-fm radios. Technology moves on and so it will here.
WHY IS HLNT NOT SELLING ANYTHING TO ANYONE?
Given the past history here do you really believe that test results will be available in 9 days? Really?
That is the problem ... It may be several more years!
Nothing in 10 days? But he PROMISED ... AGAIN!
That was my observation as well. The technology works, Chaddie Boy just could not bring himself to develop a control system that would make the Hy-Impact work. So where did all of the money go? Vacations?
Without a complete control system, this thing is destined for continued failure. No matter how many times it is tested, it is not going to fix itself. Unfortunate IMO.
I signed one of those confidentiality agreements too and all I agreed to do is to not reveal their trade secrets of how it works. Anything else is fair game and is not confidential, so don't be afraid if that. What we are discussing is not anything that is "secret", although I think Chaddie Boy would probably not want us comparing notes at all.
But, while on the subject, I have heard and read a lot about other companies that are competing and honestly, HLNT does not have anything that the other folks don't have and apparently have gone beyond, so I really think that Chaddie Boy is just trying to keep us from finding out the reality of the situation. The biggie ... Some of the others adjust on the fly while these do not. That is not a trade secret, it is quite something else indeed. Chaddie Boy seems to be stuck on the "sweet spot" one size fits all, which it obviously does not.
Having been involved in similar testing, I can tell you that it does not take long once it starts. The thing either has an effect or it does not. The problem we have here is a bit deeper. First, we have had a series of announcements that there are delays due to the government shutdown, due to available personnel, due to gosh knows what next. All indications are that the government has this very low on their priority list. They have said that they will test it ... when they get around to it. As I said, if the government was actually excited about this, we would have already tested and been on our way ... maybe not.
Second, all of the people who were involved with this product that have book-learning under their belt have left. There is no one there who can develop new electronics and there is no one there who can make it work. Yes, the solid block of PVC was a good idea and it solved a lot of problems like leaks and such, but it takes a bit more to compete in this market. The devices that have been patented in the last year or so are so far beyond this product that it just is lost in the dust. Could Chad have made things different a year or two ago? I think it was possible, but not today. They are just too far behind. The process works. I have seen it work. However, when you set it for one particular set of conditions and then the conditions change, it stops having an effect. That tells me that it lacks the sensors to evaluate the conditions and self adjust. Even Chad has told us that a successful test will only allow an investor to be brought on board to develop a self adjusting unit. All due to the faithful supporters who may say that we really don't know what they have, but all indicators are that we do know what they have and it is the same thing they have been trying to sell for years ... unsuccessfully!
And, I can also tell you that if you go to the patent site, the issued patents are public record for all to read. There is no patent for HLNT. 4 YEARS LATER THERE IS NO PATENT! Think about it.
The thing that you seem to be ignoring, or at least not acknowledging is that if you do a simple search at the US Patent Office, you will discover several patents that have left this company in the dust. I think we have been lied to about patents pending. The average time for any of the patents that are advances over what HLNT has took something less than 2 years. HLNT is now approaching 4. It looks like Chad has hidden the truth from us. The concept of the government fixing what is wrong with the Hy-Impact is also ridiculous. HLNT has a start that never got off the launching pad. Perhaps with a leader it could have but Chad has shown over and over that he does not know how to use what he has to make things happen. A leader he is not. Meanwhile, the competition is taking the market while we, the shareholders are left with nothing but empty promises.
Honestly, when I heard about government testing, I was encouraged. As time moves on, it is becoming more obvious that they are not worked up about anything here. I don't know what they are looking at or what they expect, but if it was anything of substance, it would have happened and been finished a long time ago IMO.
As I recall from the press releases and updates, the test a few months ago was a failure because they were not allowed to make adjustments to the unit for different load conditions. The story Chad told us was that it worked on one setting but flopped on any others. Again, according to the press releases and updates, the test at DOD was to be different because their technicians would have time to make adjustments between load levels to optimize the effect. I really hate to have to agree with Moose, but all indications are that it is the same electronics package that HLNT has had for a long time.
As to why the DOD is testing it ... well, IMO, it is because of the salesmanship of Lindon and nothing more. DOD did not pick it out because HLNT is an industry leader. Clearly, HLNT is not, it is a start-up. Appearances are that before Lindon, DOD did not know HLNT from Boo. There certainly were no Hy-Impact units out there attracting interest because none had been sold! I think it is a far leap to even suggest that DOD is testing it because they already know that they want it. They are testing it solely because they "might" want it and there is a mandate to "find" new technologies to save energy. I do hope that they succeed, but other than some third party independent verification which may help sell units in the private sector, I am not holding my breath waiting on an order from the government.
So you are saying that another complete year has passed and there is nothing of substance to show re the stock PPS? I suppose that there are those that will say it is selling for half of what it was, but anything between trips and .002 is basically the same thing IMO.
Has anyone called Greensburg to see if anyone there even remembers the things, much less if they are still in service?
The more I think about that, the more I am convinced that we were misled. How many MONTHS or YEARS did this testing with Tyson go on? How long should a test go on? And then only at the very end did all of these phone calls jinx the deal. Knowing what I know now, I am just not buying it!
The Court docs do lay out what is being tested, and also that it may or may not happen in the future. Looks like good intentions are to give it a test, but till it begins it cannot end, now can it?
That link to how to read the court docs was the best favor that could have been given. Thanks a lot! Now, thanks to what Nixon filed, I am not only disappointed in Chad, I feel betrayed by him. Do they still make guillotines?
Interesting
Here is my opinion for what it is worth based on what I saw in Springdale and have read here and elsewhere ...
The present system has to be adjusted manually to whatever the conditions are to find the "sweet spot". Apparently, when the previous test failed a few months ago, Chad told us that the problem was that it worked at one setting, but when they changed the load, it failed because the testers did not allow them to make adjustments to the new conditions. So, even if a stationary generator in some applications does not change once set, who is going to run that "trial and error" to find the "sweet spot" and to get it up and running to begin with? Are they going to ship a technician with each unit?
I am waiting for a nice run on the stock price so that I can get out with my A$$, but I have serious reservations even if it does pass the TESTING TESTING TESTING. Yes, I have a problem with all of this testing and having nothing in the field!
Virtually the same PR with the by line changed and the stock goes nuts. Go figure. How about something from Aberdeen? Is there anything?
Well, in the intro to the board, it says:
How about an official update of those shares from the TA? Only the chosen few can get it and only a smaller chosen few can update it on this site, so how about it ?????
