Thinking back about our FDA How many of those advisors QUIT "took a WALK" when FDA approved first MAB. Black Box warning and the uptake has been very slow as most Doc's won't prescribe MAB. Comparing FDA to EMA, EMA wants Anavex to submit for full approval. Back someplace in our trial it was found that some had a dizziness and by taking the dry pill just before bedtime no dizziness issues and they slept better. Tutes increasing their shares. Now we have a Director buying shares. He now has a total of 5,000 shares. I own considerably more than he has. But at least he is a director buying shares. Anavex has posted info for mods to our FDA for their updated methods of dealing with ALZ. Sometime ago I read the FDA's proposed but not yet final.
We have several new members of BOD / Employee's who have great credentials.
Tom so far my "latest Stink Bids" haven't been executed.
We have one member who said YES he will attend the Shareholders Mtg tomorrow. Maybe they will actually give us some real news tomorrow?

As a followup to my last post. That post shows the increase of Institutions who own Anavex Stock. This post take a look at some major Pharma companies and who owns their stock.
Start with Biogen 93% , Merck 78%, LLY 84%, JNJ 72%, PFE 68%, ABBV 73%, AMGN 81% And the same names Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street, Geode are in the top 10 owning those companies stocks. One of these days they will all own large percentage of Anavex.

Lets ADD to what Red said: First comment a few of us posters to Ihub who complain about our CEO won't mean Beans when it comes to voting our shares. Next part. Institutional ownership increased from around 30% to 39.24% DURING the first quarter of 2024 Jan1 through March 30. During that time our price dropped $6 to $4. Also in Mid March the Ambulance Chasing Lawyers and Adam Fartstain came after us with their hope of a lawsuit. These same law firms and Adam did exactly the same thing to us several years ago.
Those institutions 200 of them kept on buying. State Street Corp owns 7,299,007 shares. They bought OVER 50% of those shares during the first Qtr of 2024. Their AVERAGE PRICE is $8.68 per share.
Blackrock Inc owns 6,645,538 And yes during 1st qtr they sold off 25,000 shares a mere pittance compared to thee 6.6M they own Their average PPS is $7.32.
Vanguard Group INC owns 4,414,682 and they bought 54,034 during the first qtr of 2024 Average Price is $6.85
GEODE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC owns 1,712,727 during 1st qtr they bought 47,363 shares Their average for all shares $7.93
BANK OF AMERICA CORP owns 851,128 shares During the 1st qtr 2024 they bought 646,190 yes 3/4ths of what they own bought last qtr avg price $7.39
Now something interesting about all 4 of these companies. State Street, Vanguard, Geode and BAC have OWNED ANAVEX shares since Q4 2015 Blackrock first bought Anavex Q2 2016. Those five own 24.4% of Anavex. The other 190 institutions own 15% of Anavex.

I also have owned Anavex since 2015. And yes us RETAIL still own or did own as of 30 March 2024 60% of Anavex. There is a good chance that end of 2nd Qtr the Tutes will own considerably larger percentage of Anavex. They are not looking for a couple dollars per share payday. Many of them have price averages in the 12 to 15 bucks per share range. None of them are here to gain a couple dollars per share. They know where Anavex is going and they will stay there until they get a drug or drugs approved. So who is buying these days? Smart Shorts buying out of their short position. Smart Institutes buying in and those already here buying more shares.

Those institutions have a lot more ability to find out about a company than the whole collective bunch of us on I-hub and ST.

Another interesting tute. CITIGROUP INC First into AVXL Q2 2016 they have 571,645 shares. They bought 468,957 of those shares 1Q of 2024 That is nearly a 500% increase in the shares they hold.
The majority of these 200 institutions are sure that Anavex will bring a drug to market. Otherwise most would not be here. They are increasing their ownership in Anavex. Sorry they don't have to file their 13F/D/G's until 45 days after the end of the Qtr. Some will file early by mid July you will see a few of them reporting.

I'll take the silent word of these Tutes over the bunch of Fudsters on Ihub ST etc. For those who think Missling could care less what the price is of Anavex Stock.. think about this. He owns 1,250,210 shares. At $4 thats 5M. If the price goes to $40 as predicted by a couple analysts then his shares are worth 50 Million. As to WHEN this will happen? Don't ask me... I say it will be in Due Time. Many of us want it yesterday... we have friends relatives and would like to see it happen for ALL the patients of CNS diseases.

With today's announcement for LLY the other "MAB" but only for certain patients. And only good for 18months treatment. Probably from there it is down hill quicker. Same as Biogen's MAB. Add in the other complications for patients taking those drugs. Many Doc's not interested in giving it to their patients due to the Safety issues. LLY up a bit today. None of these have the safety factor of Anavex. So Doc Miss get off your arse and get the MAA filed. Hi Pogue a play on your words. FDA crying for a fix for ALZ. Perhaps not as much as EMA due to lack of the other facilities needed for those taking the MAB's. I wish it would be NOW but realistically looking at it.. more like as LEO and I end of Hurricane Season.

That should put to bed the comments about Anavex being dropped out of the Russell .... So that also tells me the 2.1Million bought a few days age as MOC Market On Close and Friday looked like someone bought 179K MOC.
Currently Yahoo Finance shows this for Friday including the afterhours. Most interesting.

Anavex was not listed on any of those forms. Monday they will post the Russell final delete and added companies.

As to the MAB's ... Lots of doctors want nothing to do with them.

"Anavex shares are being acquired by smart money" End of 2023 200 institutions owed 30% of AVXL. End of first Qtr 2024 They owned 39.3%. Keep in mind the tutes have to report within 45 days AFTER the qtr is over. So final report date was May 15th by they must file their 13F / D / G forms. At that point 39.3% owned by 204 Tutes. So now we have all of April. all of May and eventually all of June. We will finally get that report July 15th. A few days ago we had a 2.1 million share MOC Market On Close purchase. The Marketmakers must buy the MOC orders. If they don't have enough shares to cover then they have to go short to fill the order. Next days of course they will try to get the price down a bit so they can cover their short position and make a some bucks while they are at it.

MOC again interesting. Xena if you would post all the trades from 15:30 through 19:00. Looks like a spike in shares traded of around 170K $4.16 the MOC price. Then some shares traded at $4.00 Then back up to $4.16 and later down to $4.06 not much volume except the 170K shares traded at 16.00 MOC.

Active Days are "Work Days" Take out weekends and holidays your not far from 1 year. And this assumes no Stop Time for the clock 1 and 2 points.

The above is from a google search. Many times it has been said it takes 10 years to get a drug to market. Since I have been here since 2015 I guess I have 1 more year to wait. My regret of the length of time is for those who could have been helped but now it is too late for many patients of ALZ, PD and the RETT girls.
