With so much pull back before we even have the split how much do u think we get after?
Wish I new what they were saying.
There should be a lot of support at .21 and I think Kim will put out a PR tomorrow to defend that range. Even a 40:1 don’t do us any good at a dime.
Wouldn’t it make sense that Kim intends to do his best to prop the price up just b4 the split.
We do close to a billion a year. We have other facilities that are newer. I just happen to work in the oldest one. Others are not much better. Largely because the buildings already existed and were just changed to work for our business. Only one was built from the ground up and that’s the nicest one. I only put this out there for people who don’t work in the industrial sector and might think that the look matters. It absolutely doesn’t.
To all who seem concerned with the look of the building. I work at a house hold name company. Our product is everywhere. On the processing side you could knock out a couple lights and film a Freddy Krueger movie. The outside doesn’t look any better. When we have our audits we are regularly told that we have one of the nicest places that they go to. We set the standard. Looks in an industrial building do not matter it’s ridiculous that people keep complaining about it.
This is really good information thanks. I hope everyone reads this.
“The KBL long game is to eventually rs and up list to a national exchange. The financing availability is much more attractive on the NASDAQ, or NYSE. The only way for KBL to achieve the next level is for the company to attract institutional investment and lose some of it's retail base. Those invested now should be very happy that they are IN before institutional investment. Great times ahead for the those who believe!”
Exactly. The more I read this board the more I realize that so many don’t know what they own, and the more I realize we will not get to where we need to be with retail investors because of that fact. Fear is everyone’s enemy. Fear is what causes a stock to plummet after just the mention of a RS. Even though we have been hugely trending up for over 2 months. Everything people have been waiting years for is finally happening right now, and yet people bail. Fear of success I think. Even Kim made a comment that he is in shock that he can finally taste the success and it’s a little scary. Paraphrasing of course. Success rarely comes without risk and an ulcer or 2.
Here is another idea on why the urge to up list. Is it possible there is a household name partner or costumer that is not willing to divulge there affiliation with an OTC stock.
Or possibly some other great news that requires up listening to announce. I think it’s possible that up listening is the key to getting some PR that will catapult us into a whole new world.
Maybe maybe not. But even the so called negative possibilities sound good for the long game. I didn’t plan on selling out any time soon even before the RS talk.
Any dilution from this point will go into production which is directly linked to revenue. Which will raise shareholders value. Kim makes it seem like production is going to be ba!!s to the wall. So I’m sure it won’t take long to recoup the value.
Do you really think Kim is just going to do what he thinks needs to be done and than just ask hey am I good?
I’m sure he knows what it takes, and has had communications with the proper authorities on up listening. He may have fumbled the ball in the past when it came to figure out all the manufacturing side of things, but this is his area of expertise.
We can all speculate all we want, but Kim knows more about this portion then anyone on this board that I’m aware of.
I reposted this portion of the article after someone had posted the whole article. I don’t know why no one seems excited about this. 5000 jobs. 2000 ha. That’s a tall order.
Exactly. Serious money is waiting in many places I’m sure.
“People are willing to fork up a money on cheaper priced stocks in order to get future mega gains on tons of shares they bought cheap.”
Here in lies the problem. People not investors. This is why the OTC is so volatile. Because you get the ignorant and easily manipulated herd mentality that drives a PPS up-and-down. We could still have huge gains after up listing but they will be a lot smoother. At least after the reverse split panic. Big investors don’t think $15 a share is high.
There is definitely some truth in what you are saying. The ride will get rough. Some will bail, some will trade, some will ride it out. I believe the end result will still be great.
The way I see it I will make money as long as the company succeeds. It maybe a s#%t ton or just a fair amount. But all the talk of some posters acting like it will be over if we do A RS is ridiculous to me.
It may have taken 10 years but a lot has been achieved here. There may only be four employees but there are many people involved in this project and counting on it.
“Why would serious investors/funds invest in a company that is effectively controlled by one person holding 2 "super"shares.?
Shareholders have no power of a veto.”
Maybe because he accomplish something that thousands have failed to do in the last century. Maybe because he got an entire government to write laws just to allow him to have a business in their country. Also said country seem to be putting in a lot of faith in him to revitalize their economy.
I get what you are saying about selling that many shares at once. After posting I thought about that and expected that response.
The way I see it it doesn’t have to be done in one day. It can be spread out. Especially if Kim has lots of dry powder. Also I’m sure you’ve noticed that this stock has been like one of those blow up clowns from when I was a kid. It gets knocked down but keeps coming up.
He don’t need 10 million in one day. Also I laid out the worst likely scenario. So cut that in half even better.
I still think Kim is thinking 10 steps out. I know you don’t. I also don’t believe that he has malicious intent to screw the shareholders. But absolutely he cares more about the company success then ours.
This is his legacy. We’re just along for the ride. I’m not looking forward to a bumpy ride. But I doubt I will go back into the red from here. And I believe we will recover in a short time.
Do you really believe this will just go horrible or do you just love the chaos?
It was always in the back of my mind that Vietnam might try to pull some crap with Kim and his financing right as he was crossing The finish line into production. Thinking they would have him in a corner. And this might be his way of saying I don’t think so. JMO.
So let’s assume delusion is the game. Worst case scenario the one to 40 reverse split. That puts the share count at just over 20 million. And the price per share around $15. Let’s assume Kim runs with a standard 5% dilution rate. That’s about 1 million shares. If he can sell all shares between 10 and $15. He will have over $10 million. As you said he does not need 50 million right now and I completely agree. 10 million is more than enough to start earning income selling silk. Delusion only 5% pretty insignificant. So what is there to be afraid of exactly. The way I see it only ignorant people will be selling. And intelligent people will come in and bring the price right back up. Feel free to check my math I did this very quickly as I am busy right now. But it just popped into my head and I wanted to state it.
Thanks I was just curious.
Question for the board. If anyone sells their shares after the cut off date do they still get to vote? And if they voted and then seller shares later to their vote still count? Do all those votes go to limbo and not count for anything?
500,000 is up to .35 now.
Not that I want to but I would have to disagree with you.
Quote:
... “the voting power of the Series A Preferred Stock will significantly outweigh the total voting power of the Class A Stock outstanding after the Reverse Stock Split, which will enable the holders of the Series A Preferred Stock to effect certain actions even if theClass A Stock does not agree to same.”
The first line “series A Preferred Stock will significantly outweigh the total voting power of the Class A Stock outstanding after the Reverse Stock Split”
If they were reduced this statement could not be true.
As of now the preferred A shares account for just under half of the total number of shares. So if they were reduced the same. That would still be the case. The above line indicates they will be worth more the the total class A shares.
500,000 shares on the sell moved from .32 to .325. Big fake out. We should be green today. Mid to high thirties.
Recently, the provincial People's Committee granted a license to Than Ky Textile Co., Ltd under Kraig Biocraft Laboratories (KBL) - a US biotechnology specialist to deploy a transgenic silkworm breeding project Bombyx Mori with domestic silkworm breeds to create high-tech products for export. Accordingly, the company will invest in building a silk mulberry complex in Dai Hiep commune (Dai Loc) with an area of ??50ha and cooperating with other localities in the province to expand the area of ??mulberry farming to raise silkworms. 2,000ha; It is expected to settle jobs for 5,000 farmers participating in growing mulberry and growing silkworms according to the production chain (from mulberry growing, silkworm breeding, production of finished products, consumption ...) in the coming years.
I agree with the too early part. I wish Kim would have waited to see where we are by 4th quarter or next year even. My guess is there is more riding on the up list then just getting up listed.
I completely agree with you here. Fundamentals haven’t changed and appears to be getting better with the passing months.
This down trend was based on RS stigma alone. Everything else is still in play.
If Kim wanted the price to go down. Then why out out the PR that should have been well received? That PR could have easily pushed up past .50 on its own.
I can’t believe people are selling and it hasn’t even been voted on.
Sorry. I meant I could wait to up list. Although I still have a good job so I guess I could wait for anything. I don’t want to though. I’ve been here since 2010. So I feel your pain. Believe me.
If it happens I just hope we are sitting at $1-$2 and after all the fallout I’m still well in the green.
As of right now it hasn’t even been voted on. I hope Kim will here the shareholders out and vote accordingly. Maybe if heel hears people saying there willing to wait for it to happen naturally. So then he won’t vote yes. Just wishful thinking. The crappy thing about a RS is that it’s a self fulfilling prophecy Because of the stigma. Although I think we would recover. I my self could wait a few years if need be.
I believe Kim will work to raise the SP natural. The RS is just plan B. There is no guarantee he can get the SP up to where it needs to be. It’s always good to have a back up plan.
Out of all the reverse splits you’ve seen. Were they all scam penny stocks. Kraig is a legitimate company that would recover. I know that the stigma of a RS is not good. But that’s because there usually done by garbage companies so they can dilute more. In our case it would be to get out of this OTC garbage. Once uplisted the price would stabilize and likely increase at a nice rate. Not saying I want a RS. I think the price can get there on its own. I think Kim is just putting it out there for a just Incase scenario.
He said volume at open. Which was way low compared to the last 2 days. We had more then 2 mill those days in the first 2 hrs. His prediction was pretty spot on. We didn’t see the dip because we had low volume. Which means the panic selling was over.
I think the last PR just let traders know there’s time to trade. Assuming we don’t get another PR.
Just once I wish Kim would take advantage of the moment.
I wonder if we get news after close today.
I’m just blown away by the price action without news over the last few weeks. It’s definitely a whole new ball game. Lovin’ it
I think you are reading that wrong. If the bid was that high this thing would be flying. The bid is what someone is willing to pay for the stock. The ask is what someone is willing to sell the stock for.
