Not that I want to but I would have to disagree with you.

The first line “series A Preferred Stock will significantly outweigh the total voting power of the Class A Stock outstanding after the Reverse Stock Split”

If they were reduced this statement could not be true.

As of now the preferred A shares account for just under half of the total number of shares. So if they were reduced the same. That would still be the case. The above line indicates they will be worth more the the total class A shares.
