Where's the LIKE button? Our day is coming Dragonsfire!
Well then, my advice to MFlores, sell your shares and leave this board. Take your two friends with you.
The energy drink sector is a $47 Billion dollar sector. CIRC doesn't have to compete with Redbull and Monster to grab a significant share of that market. Just ONE % of that sector is $470 Million dollars so even if CIRC eventually loses the license, just re-invent the drink by re-labeling it and giving it another name. I'd be happy if CIRC only got 1/2 of that 1% of the market. That would be sales of $235 million. ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN and I believe CIRC has a fighters chance of it happening. Monster and Redbull (private co. I believe) started somewhere much lower than where their market caps are now.
I couldn't agree more! CIRC has already 'won'. It's just a matter of time till the judge lays the gavel and her verdict. Right now I'll take .01 PPS and watch it go up from there.
'PB did nothing to damage circ business'? Are you blind? Obviously. Playboy conspired with Jimmy Esebag to bankrupt Cirtran. Like Mickman said, the judge is fully on CIRC's side and she gave everyone plenty of opportunity to settle in this case. I'd rather the judge decide the monetary damages in this because they are going to be much higher than the $36 mill Mick talked about.
We'll see who's laughing when the court judgements start coming in. Good luck to all the longs
YOU DONT KNOW JACK ABOUT WHATS GOING ON IN THIS CASE EITHER! Nobody on this board knows what's going on. I don't need a lawyer to tell me Playboy eff'd up BIGTIME here. And Jimmy Esebag, Ron Coopersmith and their companies are all going to pay dearly for what they ATTEMPTED to do to CIRC, and that's BANKRUPT them. It almost happened. The judge lifted those proceedings. Do you think the judge is going to let them file again before awarding any judgement in their favor? One word, NO. Game over for everyone involved. The courts want this resolved ASAP and we'll hear soon enough the VERDICT!
Here's how you need to look at it, if CIRC gets a five year extension (or any extension) from Playboy, that will do wonders for the stock price because there will be stability for quite some time. I think it would be in Playboys best interest or they could very well pay steep punitive damages as well. I don't know what's going on in court but MAYBE CIRC said to Playboy 'if you give us an extension for set amount of time we will drop our lawsuit against you'.
How can you say there's no distribution? They have 40 + countries with distribution set up. There hasn't been much distribution internationally because of this legal battle I assume. Once this court battle with Playboy is over, CIRC will control their own destiny!
Honestly, that is YOUR belief but I believe any option is open and possible.
Really? YOU SAY CIRTRAN DOES NOT OWN THE THE DRINK? HOW ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS OF THE DRINK? YOURE WRONG AGAIN.
I think ANY MERGER would be financially beneficial to CIRC regardless if it was Monster or RedBull. Simply put, you see MONSTER & REDBULL in every store and gas station you stop at. So right of the bat CIRC's drink would get on the shelves everywhere immediately. You pessimists say that if Playboy ultimately severs this agreement that it's over. I couldn't disagree more. I bought a couple cases of PBED last summer and this stuff tastes very good. Any of the major energy drink makers would want a drink that tastes like this in their lineup. This could be the beginning of better opportunities for CIRC? We'll see
Now a MERGER is something that would add incredible shareholder value! I'm all for it. ChaChing
The only thing that's held CIRC down these past three years has been the legal battles in court. Which I'm sure has cost millions by now. In case you haven't seen yet, the court believes CIRC has a STRONG case against Playboy and the other defendants. Have a nice day.
'Thinking'? Just do it. This is your last chance to load up before this goes to penny land.
Iehab Hawatmeh just released a NEW PBED promo YOUTUBE video. Check it out. Iehab KNOWS something folks. Nice video by the way.
The only millions squandered was from this frivolous lawsuit from Playboy for lawyers the last three years. Which by the way, CIRC IS EIGHT AND OHHHHH (8-0)! LOL. CIRC for the BIG WIN
THERES NOTHING LEFT TO FILE! GAME OVER. PLAYBOY HAS DRUG THIS OUT LONG ENOUGH. ITS TIME TO FINISH THIS FIASCO THAT PLAYBOY AND JIMMY ESEBAG STARTED. And to MFlores, I'd love to see an extension with Playboy but if that doesn't happen I believe the damages to Playboy could double or triple or quadruple. With that said, minimum damages from Playboy should start at $25 million and if Playboy wants to sever the deal, it only goes up. Add that to ALL THE OTHER DEFENDANTS, and were looking at $100 Million PLUS! And I believe that's enough money for CIRC to continue making the energy drink, re-label it and re-name it. CIRC OWNS THE DRINK INGREDIENTS. Good luck to all the longs. Our day is coming soon.
It'll BE NINE WINS SOON WHEN THE MONETARY AMOUNTS ARE AWARDED.
It'll BE NINE WINS SOON WHEN THE MONETARY AMOUNTS ARE AWARDED.
I like the sound of that HamDxer. That's about 50 TIMES it's market car right now. Next couple weeks should be EXCITING for us long who've waited so long.
72730, I couldn't agree more. CIRC is like a simmering volcano that can explode at any moment. This happens to be my favorite stock right now and hopefully it will become one to remember forever?
Say what you want NASCOW, we're A LOT CLOSER THAN WE WERE 2 years ago. And no, I don't have ANY FREE SHARES. I BOUGHT EVERY ONE OF THEM AND I PLAN ON SELLING AT A NICE PROFIT.
NOT GONNA HAPPEN moneymade! Give it up dude. Time for a new career.
I don't know! I honestly could not tell you what CIRC management would do if Playboy ultimately cuts ties with them. I do believe the monetary award will be that much higher if that happens. And it will give CIRC the opportunity to start their own energy drink if they want to? Remember, CIRC owns everything in the PBED. They created the mixture. Playboy only has it's trademark rabbit ears on every can and that's it. CIRC is a $2+ MILLION dollar company playing in a $47 BILLION dollar energy drink market. THAT IS A LOT OF POTENTIAL FOLKS. If CIRC would ever get to $100 MILLION market cap that's still not even 1% share of the market I believe. AND that puts CIRC's stock value at only .02 a share IF THAT WOULD HAPPEN. I believe they could grow even bigger than that if given the chance.
I'm sure once the judge reads her verdicts there will be appeals. I'd be surprised if there wasn't. But if the award judgement is high enough, it should be enough to pop CIRC a FEW 100% I think. The judgements won't be all at the same time either. The two big players here obviously are Jimmy Esebag and Playboy. I hope the judge sets an example for both.
Honestly, it's anyone's guess whether they get an extension or not. Only the folks at Playboy and Cirtran know that answer. Hopefully Playboy will realize CIRC was really building a nice distribution network before they pulled the plug on CIRC's operations. If it wasn't for Jimmy Esebag going behind CIRC's back to acquire the rights to make and distribute the PBED, I believe CIRC would be raking in the profits of the PBED.
I don't need a business law firm to tell me CIRC is going to be awarded a boatload of money from these defendants. This has been a legal play from the get go. I own a TON of shares and I'm holding until the verdicts start coming out. I've held this long and it would be downright foolish for anyone to sell this close to a court decision IMO.
CIRC has already won. 7-0 in court so far. And I feel it's all about over very soon with the legal battle against Playboy and the other defendants. Hope we see Pennies and then SILVER soon after that.
This will all be about timing. That's a big IF on the renewal of an extended contract because simply nobody knows if that's in the works. I believe there's going to be some HUGE monetary figures awarded but they all won't happen at once against all defendants either. Playboy and Esebag are the two biggest players in this case. It seems the judge is ready to place her verdict against Esebag very soon though since he was mentioned in court about awarding monetary damages at a later date. CIRC can be completely debt free after all this and will have many options to continue making an energy drink WITH OR WITHOUT Playboy. Future looks AWESOME. PERSONALLY, I'll take an SRT8 Dodge Challenger in Hemi Orange if this all works out right?
I hope it takes off today!
Supposedly 12 million sells and it DID NOT MOVE MM! You should of held those shares.
CIRC for a HUGE WIN! This will be life changing!
And If that happens, that'll give CIRC many opportunities to continue to make the drink. Just re-name it, re-label it and start marketing the new name and you're back in the Energy drink sector again.
MrDemas, where do you think CIRC can go share price wise? I understand it depends how big the settlement and whether they continue to work with Playboy. If the Playboy relationship fizzles out after it's all said and done I think CIRC can get much higher punitive damages from Playboy?
Glad I dumped my 5 million at .0005!
Agree 1000% MrDemas! It will run nicely I think
.05 I'd say at least. Hopefully CIRC can get in penny land and eventually reach silver
Can you imagine where they'd be if non of this happened with Playboy?
As soon as the award amount is announced, there will be a very nice pop in the share price. Regardless what Playboy decides to do.
