AFTER HOURS ON 2,900 VOLUME. THAT IS NOTHING! I have that in my wallet. I'm so sick of hearing about pre-market and after hours activity. Unless you see some gigantic trades going through, or a steady influx of buying or selling - it doesn't mean jack squat. How many times have you seen the shippers rise or fall outside of regular market hours, and during normal trading times do the complete opposite?
Use your brain, people.
LOL. This stock crashing has nothing to do with investor sentiment. Shaun's dilution does all the work. And just look at the yearly chart. What the hell does that look like to you? Pretty sure that's STRAIGHT DOWN. Great job, Epaz.
There is no "bio crash" as some other poster suggested. I'm really quite astonished how naive some traders and investors are. All over iHub, Stocktwits, Yahoo Message Board, and other social media threads people are still discussing recent stock performance as an indication of the company (or as a function of technical analysis).
Listen, the government is in a shutdown. The market is highly volatile, unpredictable, and very bearish right now. Any talks about price movement is simply ignorant right now. Take a look at all the major indices. They're all down. More so, in terms of the bio plays, the FDA is a federal program, and is suspending non-essential research programs (or halting the ones currently in progress). It's an immense "trickle down" effect that has spanned the globe right now.
Think about the bigger picture here. Every board I've read today is full of misinformation and fearful speculation. The government is in crisis right now. All your little trading rules go out the window.
momo_trader, the Deutsche Bank would not have extended debt forgiveness to FREE if there were indications of bankruptcy. One of the dumbest comments I've read here lately.
There are no strong buys. Save your little exclamation points.
There's not enough volume to flip this thing. No one is buying. People are dumb, but apparently not THAT dumb. Shaun, I hope your greedy company fails.
Please use your brains a little here. This price decline has very little to do with the company, but is rather a larger reflection of the current government crisis and the steady falling Nasdaq.
Look at the bigger picture here and stop talking about pennies.
That URL for his LinkedIn was for people, like myself, who may not know already. Obviously, I'm sure the regular members here have already acquainted themselves.
Check out Nasrat Hakin's LinkedIn profile. This man is highly educated, well-connected to people in business, and has the experience of an established professional. This is his passion: to succeed in pharmaceuticals. It's obviously not just about the money (although that is also coming).

People lurking this board for concrete answers and concrete price targets, need to get real. No one has any secret clues, any magic crystal ball, or any inkling beyond an educated guess as to where this is headed. Only insiders know the plan for FREE, and even then, it's only in relation to the behavior of the market at large.
Best we can do is be patient, do our own DD, and evaluate everything else with a grain of salt.
STEM - Watch on Monday for the end of their public offering. The share price was lowered this week to accommodate more capital investment. Normal trends should resume soon, allowing for a nice scalp of 10% - 20% gains.
STEM - my biggest position as of today. Their public offering concludes on Oct 7, this explains the abnormally low trading price (one of the lowest in their 20 year history). They have tons of great catalysts in the works.
They just received FDA Authorization of IND for Spinal Cord Injury! This hasn't been factored into the share price yet because news was just released on the 2nd during the public offering.

Their investor page is full of info/DD:

NTEK - strong this morning with serious volume and price action. Chart is ripe, and bid support is solid. News stream is full of legit company developments and financials (rare for OTC). I'm in @ .11 and holding till .20.
NEWL & FREE - I understand people are starting to dislike them, but I'm still holding both. All signs point to the fact that this ship hasn't officially sailed yet. I'm expecting mid-October to be the real run.
How can this stock have millions of shares traded every day and essentially go nowhere? I'm genuinely curious. Thanks.
lol... Shaun's too busy talking about the Santa Claus of short interest. He's not worried about paying us a dividend.
NewLead Holdings Ltd. just filed its Report of foreign issuer [Rules 13a-16 and 15d-16]

BONE 80k share buy @ .79 After Hours. Anyone seeing this? Could be a gapper with news tomorrow. I'm not pumping at all - just trying to explain why the hell someone waits until AH to buy such a huge chunk unless news is pending? How do I know it's not just a delayed trade filed as a Form T ?
BONE - anyone else in this one? Bought at the top @ .80, but thinking of holding. Thoughts?
APPY - next stop 2.15 - 2.20, imo. Good luck.
GNVC - train is about the leave the station again. Bouncing off middle Bollinger.
BONE - thanks for the 80s
APPY - Bought 2.5k @ 2.02. Let's do this, chart looks ready.
GNVC - thanks for the heads up on this chart, AF. One of many reason this board is solid! Hats off.
AF, what do you think of ASTM chart? It seems to have an absolute bottom right now around .27. It's the lowest it's been in the history of the stock. They did a public offering recently at .28, seems to be massive support. They have catalysts pending and news seems to push it. Thinking about loading up big and holding. Any thoughts?
GNVC - added today @ 1.36. That chart is looking hot. Thanks, AF!

All I want for Christmas is $1. ;)
Added to my position @ .662 today. Holding approx 20k shares now. Patience pays, kids.
Graveyard........
Yawn... the morons are gonna feel dumb for selling in a few weeks... said the same about NEWL before it ran hard.
DCTH - got orphan drug status. Ran 17% AH on Friday. Watch Monday for steady breakout and price movement w/ vol.
Dilution & greed has ruined this stock. Not "shorts." Shaun lies repeatedly.
Stocks go up and down. Stop being butt hurt. If you let emotions like fear control you, this game will destroy you. They fluctuate for a reason, it moves money away from people who don't know... to people who do.
Relax.
NEWL PR: I think this was a strategic move, to draw more chatter and attention to the stock, but also to position the company in the limelight of its new acquisitions. This being essential for capitalization, given that the current hype has been generated mostly as its status as a shipping company (vis-a-vis FREE's success). With it's positioning to satisfy NASDAQ compliance, this thing is golden long term. Cheers.
NEWL broke .15. See y'all @ .20
NEWL breaking out of flag. Expecting push for post-lunch/EOD run. Good luck.
Bye, glad you made it out... this is one of the most pathetic stocks I've ever owned. I've actually learned a lot here though. So, thanks Shaun, for teaching what to look for in stocks I wish to AVOID. I'm being serious. You've taught me what trash smells like.
NEWL is the next FREE. It's dead weight tonnage (carrying capacity) is much higher than FREE's. If it gains more institutional support as FREE did with its debt forgiveness and end to dilution, expect a juicy PR and a mad dash to $1. It was also a $20+ stock at the same time FREE was a few years back, and this was when the Baltic Dry Index was much lower than it is now. Huge potential here. I'm in @ .116.
