Aaaaaand I'm out
How do you determine the trigger price?
I'm not fully understanding, I've been away for a bit, but just jumped back in...by accelerated filer, are you speaking of the 10-q coming early or are they filing for accelerated FDA approval?
Maybe Obama himself will mention dominovas in a speech...
Wasn't there some MJ stock a while back that shot up to two hundred bucks a share? Man, if only
Where is the damn 8k? I don't give a rats ass about studies right now, I want the 1.2b in writing or I am out
Graecrest is what changed. They facilitate this kind of thing, it's what they do. They provide administrative and cost over sight, assist with labor capital, offer institutional experience, engineering expertise, etc. GC then gets to buy the power at a profit to dnrg but a discount to the market and sell it at a markup. GC profits off of the spread. That's how GC gets paid back. It's like 'here's 1.2bil, and a ready and garunteed customer, and enough consulting and efficiency experts to get it done on time and cheaply'
Lol...
My class is about to start, I will try after....if someone else can do so please?!?
You have google? Use it!
Because even without the 8k the news can be confirmed on the U.S. .gov site for the Power Africa initiative. People want an 8k as confirmation but it's already backed on the website
No guts No glory
They're a private group. They are organized as a group of companies which graecrest (GC from now on) controls. GC is kinda like a hedge fund. This is what they do. They give the money to DNG to build the plant, DNG doesn't pay them back in cash or stock, instead GC gets a power purchase agreement, they get to by ALL the power the DNG makes, at DNG's price, then sell it to market for a mark up. GC and DNG profit. The spread is how DNG pays the money back....in other words, GC just paid 1.2b for a PPA, because they believe that they will make more in return. It's smart really, because the Congo won't have a choice but to buy the power, and the U.S. Will cover most of the infrastructure costs....DNG gets a free power plant, free institutional expertise, a ready and guaranteed customer the instant it turns on. Personally, I'll poop my pants if DNG doesn't get bought out by a different hedge fund group in the next year. With all these serious players circling this little company, I imagine more than a few are already looking at it and salivating at the potential $$$$ to be made. DNG is doing just one plant, but there are at least 7 countries in the Africa program, and SEVERAL plants going into each. Every city in these countries needs its own plant, think about that. These countries are standing by to get raped on the prices that will be charged to them, and have the night of the U.S. Preventing them from being nationalized. This is the beginning of a beautiful decade for us business in Africa.
Did anyone else read this in his accent? Lol this website needs up and down vote buttons
Not a loan, there is zero payback
On a 1:1 p/e this stock is now worth $11. Reality. The shorts are done. If you are short I suggest you cut and run before you get a margin call
Sure, with 1 billion dollars of the U.S. Governments money, and another 1.2 billion of graecrests, sure, sit back and watch your dreams fly away from you, slick
After a %200 spike? %30 is fantastic...you clearly aren't very experienced at this
Because USAID didn't give the 1.2, graecrest did.....http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/1224919.htm

It ain't hard buddy. This ticket is moving up. Get over it
Find a stock screener, look at companies with a 1-2 billion dollar market capitalization that have 200 million shares. Look at those pps. You will find pps between $5-$25. That is where we are headed over the next year
171.10M o/s
float is 39.46m
The 1.2bil that greacrest (or however it is spelled) is money that is oaid back through the power purchase agreement. The way this works is that graecrest estimates the total cost of building the facility, as well as the cost to produce the power if dnrg were doing this on their own. They make the whole system more efficient and cost effective, bringing down the cost to produce that power after the plant is built. Graecrest buys the power at a profit to dnrg, then sells the power to the open market at a mark up. DNRG doesn't pay back any cash to graecrest, instead graecrest gets to be the middle man to the power supply and profit off of the spread. The spread is where Graecrest gets their money back, by buying at a discount, the spread is where graecrest also makes profit, by selling at a premium. The federal dollars are just icing on the cake. I get a pull back after a %230 spike, but this is a no brainer. 2 billion dollars with no need to pay it back...this stock is heading to the moon. This is the big one that we've all dreamed about. The federal government of the US did the DD on this company and decided that they were the best candidate for the job among hundreds of potential candidates. If the full faith and credit of the US doesn't convince you, then go to bond market, because you don't belong in the stock market. This is the big one folks. get in or get out of the way...also, screw luck. None of that glta BS here. You MAKE it or you lose. Period
Do you see a pullback in the morning? %200 is a helluva spike
200mil authorized shares, 1.2bil dollars equals a $6 valuation....is my math right? That's just based on Authorized share count, outstanding is another ballgame....this is crazy, I'm looking for the ink to dry before I believe it. Any reasonable people out there care to comment?
Nosedive
Just mid day correction, happens every day at this time....
This has helped me and probably a bunch of other people new to this board....thx!!
Adf's???
Such hostility
It's called f*^# you money
Stop flipping all the time then. I hate when people say that MM's are "keeping it down" cause that's a myth. Flippers are what keeps it down. Those massive walls are just regular joe's flipping the stock. Let it run for a week or two, flip at a buck
That's my read, they haven't yet, but I imagine it isn't something that takes long
Do you think they will go European route if FDA approves first?
Holy crap! Getting listed would make me a rich man!!
What milestones would they need to accomplish in order to get listed on the Amex? And what exactly is the Amex compared to say the NYSE for example?
I get what you're saying with the order book...,have you ever looked at on balance volume...it's right up your alley
Bid and ask...if people were dumping on the bid the price would be down, it's up because people are hitting the ask...the daily gain tells you if there are more 'buys' than 'sells'
How do you come up with that data? Every buy means a sell and vice versa.
Phase 3 ends in March doesn't it?
