Why would you put your bid at 0.03 when you can get cheaper shares?
Please share those emails
0.05 is almost a 25% decline from these levels. I don't think that you are being serious about your attempt to pump and dump this stock. With such a sharp decline management might as well do a RS and take us all to the cleaners. Sometimes pumpers make so little sense.
Lol, do you actually believe that BW is working with a team of twenty lawyers? That statement is completely misleading, and believing that statement is completely naive. Probably a large corporation can operate with 10+ lawyers, but why would a company that sells nothing but illusions and a horrible grape juice need so many lawyers? This only give you the hint that BW is operating in a shady way and need lawyers to avoid getting caught and going to jail.
You hope to see 0.05? That's an awful deterioration from this point. You seem to be confused about this stock. You may need to reconsider your position before posting nonsense
Lol increase in travel and marketing expenses? So the Russian hookers and Indian Facebook like are more expensive now? What a joke this clown is. How he almost double cost of sales and selling expenses is beyond me. This criminal belongs in jail.
I hope so. This criminal deserves to be either in jail or broke.
I think that this company is a big scam, but hard to prove that in court. I do like your intentions, but I don't think that you have a case against BW. (JMHO off course) However, I would be very happy if this criminal is forced to pay money to honest shareholders that have been scammed by BW and his entourage.
You have been telling this for the last couple months, yet nothing has happened yet. Am I missing something?...
Why always everybody blame everything on the shorts and the MMs? Is hard to admit that the company is broke and is diluting the heck out of the stock?
I still don't believe that he drank Koma before the race. Thank God nobody got hurt or even worst killed.
Ohhh didn't somebody claim that VFIN wasn't selling shares? That's odd. I even got a June report indicating that VFIN wasn't selling shares in July
Weren't you saying yesterday that VFIN was not selling shares? You even used a June report to prove that VFIN wasn't selling shares in July
I don't think 6 billion is considered an astronomical number, specially in penny land.
I wish everybody had the same mentality. New "investors " are always scammed by twisted CEOs and promoters. How everyone actually thought that this scam was real is beyond me.
So is unlikely that the crook used some money he already stole to pay for some fun trip for him, his buddies, and Koma racing team crew members? I mean, is not like he broke the law issuing unregistered securities for more than a million bucks in one year calendar.
Agree with that statement. The opening of 0.08-0.0795 was solid, but all of a sudden PPS fell to 0.0766. That unusual drop happens only in panic selling, which is not the case here.
To anyone putting the manipulation theory in question, bid ask was pretty smooth at 0.0795 and 0.08, but then MMs decided to lower that to 0.077 in a blink of an eye. That's total manipulation.
We will no go anywhere because all the people that loaded at three will be looking to dump either at four or five.
We know that already. Mainly because this is public information and you have posted this thousand freaking times.
Aren't we down?
Better than you it seems. You are showing a change between May and June and a YTD volume for all the market makers. Show me the July report? Oh, is not available yet, so using that to prove that the company didn't dilute these days is bogus.
I'm pretty sure that your June report apply to July, anything that fit your agenda is welcome here. Glad you are not the one holding the bags.
True, you can expect anything from the market, and experienced investors will always eat newbies for lunch, but assuming that the company didn't dilute shares, like many do, the last couple days is total denial.
And your point is? Obviously the company made some dumping these three days. If you don't see that, then you may need reconsider trading as a way of living.
VFIN is a diluter. Everybody know that
Pictures please
Thanks
Yes, that's the pump, something big coming on Wednesday.
Ferrari? Neither Brian not Daisy fit in a Ferrari. They bought a bus, that is not listed as a BBDA asset by the way, and drove a ton of racing fans to Fenway Park. After that, they stop along the way and start to give samples to random people (the pictures speak by themselves) and called the day. I assume that someone claiming to promote the drink at a Boston game should be able to at least take one picture of a Boston fan, don't you think?
Are we talking about charity or sampling? If BW wants to do some real charity, he should share some of the money he steals from shareholders and give that to the veterans. Giving expired cans of Koma is totally useless. Besides, wasn't the purpose of this latest promotion to promote Koma at the baseball games? Yet the pictures are of people at the park getting three to four cans per person. Not a single picture of Fenway Park. Nothing wrong with being homeless, but if you want to take about someone despicable, point your finger towards the CEO who is taking a nice vacation, yet again, on shareholders' dime.
You are twisting my post yet again. Let me clarify, what you called exposure I call total BS. Giving free samples to people that, most likely, will never buy your product is a complete nonsense. You have a CEO in a verge of a major product release taking a massive tour to give free samples to the homeless, don't you see the problem there? The product was already in Walmart, what other exposure do they need? Shareholders complained about excessive racing, so the CEO pulled a fast one and tried to pump the stock using the MLB, but he didn't realize that the MLB was going to kick him out of the stadiums, so he ended up giving free product to anyone (see the pictures).
If you think that going from Walmart to a flea market and giving samples to bums that will never buy the product is product awareness, then, be my guest.
Agree. I could either be too late to catch the pump or too early waiting for some big news. Still I wouldn't touch that stock with a five feet pole.
That company look like a pump and dump to me. Is unreal how gullible people is sometimes. The promise of some easy money can blind everyone
The company need to publicly announce a buyback first, am I missing something here? BW must be Superman. He is in a tour while launching the ice cream while illegally doing a buyback, a true genius.
Is TCEL in the same field as ACTC? That company exploded today, but it seems more like a pump and dump to me.
The post has some serious criminal accusations and if true could mark the demise of the company. I don't doubt that this company operate like that, but the hard part is to find hard evidence to prove it. BW is a slick criminal who cover his tracks, no pun intended, very well.
If that's true, what possible pump can they orchestrate? Target? Kmart? Nothing gets bigger than Wal-Mart. Are you sure that the pump was not Circle K? That looked like a miserable pump attempt to me. Also, in this case, this will be insider accumulation, isn't?
