It is such a joke, some spend their precious time ridiculing
it day after day.
If it was such a joke, they wouldn't give it the time of day.
We all know what we have.
Go VTCQ$$$
P.S., great news over the last two months, and great job
Paul Rosenberg has done relaunching the company so far.
All without any toxic debt or dilution.
Nice!
Lol, this theory has been debunked time,
after time.
It is clear to everyone, except one person
it seems, that both P R.'s indicate VitaCig
gets monies from Vitastik sales in Asia and
Europe.
Taking one sentence out of a full page press
release, does not prove your theory.
The EU partnership includes, both a Vitastik
royalty agreement, and a Cbd distribution
agreement.
The Asian partnership is clear as day, it is
for Vitastiks.
It doesn't even mention Cbd, at all.
If one hasn't realized already, Vitastik
and VitaCig, is one and the same brand.
1% - 3% on the Cbd distribution agreement
is nonsensical.
No one settles on a 1% - 3% contract.
It cost more than that to manufacture, label,
and ship the product.
GLTY
And Go VTCQ$$$
Targeting kids?
Another baseless claim.
There were comments coming from adults.
For the most part, " science and health ",
laugh at the whole vitamin supplement industry.
It doesn't stop consumers from spending
Billions a year on them.
It's a genius marketing concept if you
ask me.
Even if one considers VitaCig a so
called gimmick, gimmick products can make millions.
By the way, VitaCig fits perfectly as a
social/lifestyle product.
Some people don't drink, except occasionally,
on social events.
VitaCig is the perfect accessory, and healthy
vice to use socially.
Give it a try. You'll be the talk of the
party.
Product Review: VITASTIK Vitamin Vaporisers
PROS
I love the bright, colourful packaging, and the chic design. So cute.
I like the cheekiness of the name – VITASTIK. The name explains what the product is about – vitamins in a stick.
I love the fact that there is a variety of flavours and vitamins in each stick.
I love the fact that smokers and non smokers can enjoy puffing these e cigarettes.
I like the thought of vitamins being included in each stick.
It is value for money. One stick goes for £6.50 and you get approximately 500 puffs from each stick. That is a bargain.
No lighter required, it lights up as soon as you drag on it.
No smoke or bad breath, it is all VAPOUR.
You can enjoy a VITASTIK anywhere, on the go, in a coffee shop, or at a party.
All flavours are naturally obtained which help produce the pleasant vapour smell of each flavour.

Get what?
Lol, exactly!
No one has access to their books.
Which means, they very well are having
success in their markets.
So, neither position csn be proven.
Fact is, Germany projects $3.5 - $4m this
year.
And we have no reason to doubt them.
Fact is, 100% of the comments found in
your post are speculative, conjecture,
baseless, and without merit.
Not one of your claims are supported by
the evidence.
Lol, it can go both ways.
How does one know Johannes Luis, and Germany isn't having
success?
Or, won't hit it's projected $3.5m - $4m in revenues?
It's pure speculation on both ends.
I will simply say, Johannes Luis, and Germany definitely have
their act together.
They have key, strong, personnel, amazing website, partners, great
marketing/social media set up, running commercials, etc,,,
" giving away VitaCig's "?
Please do prove that theory, and explain, lol?
By the way, thanks for sharing, YOUR, single, opinion, lol.
I love VitaCig's, as well as everyone who has tried tried them,
and continues to use them.
You may not like every flavor, but most flavor choices are amazing.
Pink Current, just as fully sec reporting and transparent as an OTCQB stock.
Nice!
Actually, VitaCig, trumps most QB stocks,
in that, they have no toxic debt, dilution,
insider enrichment, pump and dump campaigns,
etc,,,
VitaCig is no doubt an undiscovered gem,
in a giant pig pen.
You are presenting a fact, of which there is no contention.
My point, is that as a separate, publicly traded company,
VitaCig, HAS NOT, begun to actively sell their VitaCig
product here in the U.S.
Check the 10-Q's for yourselves.
The relaunch is consistent with the fact that, Paul spent
2015 in a series of high level negotiations, in hopes to
obtain new owners, and financial backers for VitaCig.
Paul, finally said, enough, ended all negotiations, and decided
to relaunch the company, and increase company and shareholder value
on their own.
Hence the great news over the past month:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VTCQ
You want to call that failure, so be it, lol.
MCIG, with it's rinky dink sales and marketing operations back
in 2014, did sell VitaCig's, and had relative success, based on
their efforts.
Again, to reiterate my point, VitaCig, as a separate, publicly
traded company, on it's own, has not begin selling VitaCig's
here in the U.S.
That is a FACT!!!
VitaCig, as a publicly traded, separate company, HAS NOT, begun
selling VitaCig's here in the U.S.
That is a fact!
MCIG did attempt to sell VitaCig in the U.S., in 2014, but, on a
small scale. With no sales structure. No sales manager, no sales
reps, etc,,,
Nothing like what we will see for upcoming relaunch in March.
By the way, can you show me in this P.R. on Korea, and Japan,
where it says the agreement is for Cbd products?
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html
I didn't think so.
What you do find is a renewal, of their old agreement.
Was their old agreement for VitaCig/Vitastik's, or CBd products?
Ahh, right, for VitaCig/Vitastik's.
I encourage anyone to read the P.R. The truth is obvious.
Quote,
" VitaCig U.S., has renewed its Partnership Agreement with South Korean Partner Kooleever, Inc., and expanded its distribution territory into Japan for its VitaCig® product line. "
And,
" We are grateful for our Korean Partners, and thrilled to be able to now offer our innovative, nicotine free, vitamin vaporizer, to the wonderful people of Japan. "
What do you know, they sell Vitastik's, not Cbd products, lol.
http://vitastik-jp.com/
It can't be any more clearer than that!
So, this unsubstantiated claim that VitaCig gets nothing
from Vitastik overseas, is a lie, period!
For VitaCig, VitaCig, and Vitastik, is one and the same brand.
Lol, " This is "unofficial" and "indirect". Just what "my sources" have told me. More to come! lol! "
Can't wait!
Lol, MCIG is the largest shareholder, and they haven't sold one
share.
So, they screwed themselves, lol?
It is not a failure in the U.S., if they haven't tried yet.
Check the 10-Q for yourself.
No marketing expense, no employee expenses, minimal losses,
no inventory, no sales reps, etc,,
Yes, that's called not trying.
The quiet period was specifically used to focus on active
negotiations for acquisition/merger.
Paul ended negotiations, and decided to relaunch the company.
And we have been full throttle ever since.
You can focus on the quiet period, pre-launch, VitaCig, who
had no agreements in place, I'll focus on the post-relaunch
VitaCig, who has a new Cbd Division, products, and new royalty, distribution agreements in place.
Nice!!!
GO VTCQ$$$
Expired product?
No, it was a customs issue. There is no requirement for e-cigs
to have expiration dates.
Korea didn't recognize non-nicotine e-cig juice, and had no system
in place to regulate or process the VitaCig product.
But, that has changed, hasn't it:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html
Appreciate the those irrelevant, and outdated links.
GLTY!!!
Lol, although we do not have the details on payments received
from any of their international partners, it is clear reading
the subsequent 10-Q's following that announcement, we did
indeed receive at least the first tranche from the Korean deal.
It seems Korea was selling the product, but with pressure
from the government, had to cease operations for a short period.
Which held them up from ordering any more product.
But, now with VitaCig, and non-nicotine e-cig's, receiving
government and customs clearance, the VitaCig/Kooleever agreement
has been renewed, in which Kooleever has placed their first
order for 2016.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html
Nice!
Go VTCQ$$$
The market lost confidence with the year
long quiet period.
It has only been a month since VitaCig
ended it's quiet period and relaunched
the company.
Yes, it will take time for the market
to respond to VitaCig again.
You have to admit, VitaCig is in a
much better position for revenues and
success, than ever before in company history.
It's fine reposting on past claims, and
failures, but that doesn't tell the whole
story, or context.
VitaCig, post relaunch, is totally different,
than VitaCig, pre-launch.
I'll focus on the, NOW, thanks!
Also, VitaCig is PC, sec fully reporting,
just like any QB stock.
So, it is not true VitaCig is a "stinky
pinky ".
Most pink stocks have toxic debt, highly
dilutive practices, and insider enrichment.
VITACIG DOES NOT!
Quote,
" Where Are The Commissions From VitaCig Germany Since 11/27/14? "
Who knows, do you?
No one has access to that information.
What we do know is, both parties just came to terms on a new
Partnership agreement.
We, NOW, know, VitaCig will infact receive royalties from Vitastik
product sales, as well as both parties entered a Cbd Distribution
Agreement.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-executes-landmark-royalty-agreement-130000644.html
Even if one was to concede they got nothing, prior to the 2016
agreement.
THAT ISN'T THE CASE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lol, not sure what CAFS has to do with VitaCig, or how that
somehow proves " new contracts don't cover Vitastik's?
VitaCig, Vitastik, is a brand created by MCIG, and their
team.
CAFS, was not.
By the way, can you show me in this P.R. on Korea, and Japan,
where it says the agreement is for Cbd products?

For VitaCig, VitaCig, and Vitastik, is one and the same brand.
Lol, wow, how tantalizing, 100% return in
a year.
So $.013 is the best we could hope for
in a year?
We did 2 - 4 times that before VitaCig
had all the royalty, and active distribution
agreements.
Even before they ever had a Cbd Division,
with several Cbd products.
During a lengthy quiet period to boot.
No one can predict price action.
The market is as fickle as can be.
You know as well as I do, there are dozens
of crape stocks out there, with higher
o/s count, dilution, riddled with toxic
debt, crappy reveneus, trading 5× what
VitaCig is currently trading.
With all these deals they are locking in,
revenue growth is virtually guaranteed.
In my opinion, we should see .025 - .045 eoy,
easy.
Especially with a successful VitaCig launch.
Thanks for the opinion, lol. Definitely disagree.
With no toxic debt, dilution, clean books, time
is on my side.
I love what they have done since announcing the relaunch.
It's all up hill from here.
Nice!!!
GO VTCQ$$$
Lol, it might of been a Paul, but, definitely
not Paul Rosenberg, ceo of MCIG /VitaCig.
Lol, no evidence?
Actually, anyone can read through my prior
posts to see that is far from the truth.
Or, either read the last two P.R.'s, or
email Paul directly at paul@mcig.org
Paul confirmed that the royalty deal,
and Asian deal, is solely for the sale
of Vitastik.
The Cbd distribution deal, is seperate, as
indicated in EU P.R., and not even mentioned
in Korea/Japan P.R.
How can someone say, U.S. will get nothing
from Vitastik overaeas, and then a few
sentences down say, they " likely ", don't
get anything, lol.
You can't have a statement to fact in
one sentence, then a statement of speculation,
in the next.
It is also interesting not one other person
holds to this theory that VitaCig receives
nothing from Vitastik overseas.
Also, how does one, KNOW, the relaunch will
be a failure?
Especially if the relaunch is being modeled
after EU, who is projecting to bring in $4m
in revenues.
A lousy product according to who, lol?
VitaCig/Vitastik is one of the top, non-
nicotine, disposable vape pens on the market.
Which is why all these international
entrepreneurs are jumping in.
And paying VitaCig to do it.
A traders fool?
VitaCig is one of the rare few otc stocks
with no toxic debt, dilution, and minimal
losses.
VitaCig is as clean as they come.
And way undervalued compared to most penny
dumps.
GLTY
What is absolutely clear, is that VitaCig,
NOW, gets monies from all Vitastik sales in EU and Asia.
Makes sense for everyone to focus on the
current reality, then speculate on the past.
VitaCig post relaunch is on fire, and certainly
not the same company even a month ago.
Can't wait for VitaCig relaunch end of next
month.
Lot more than talk going on.
Which is clear by all the P.R.'s over the last month
and a half.
The overall market has taken a pounding.
Market sentiment can shift on a dime!
GO VTCQ$$$
A gimmick, bringing in millions, I love it!
I wouldn't worry about your .011, we should do almost 10x
that by middle of the year.
Quote,
" It was some trader/investor/insider manipulation "
Really?
Would love to see some proof to verify either of those claims, lol?
Very nice!
That is best case scenario on day's like this.
Getting rid of 6m of dead weight, only down 10%.
Hopefully this seller is almost out, so we can blast off.
Sweet!
Very impressed!
Getting rid of dead weight, adding fresh investors, I likey.
Here is more evidence from P.R. from July's P.R..
Which even predicted the recent Japan P.R:
( http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html ) by stating intentions to expand into Asia:
" VitaCig also signed a new Regional Sales Manager of Asia, which complements the existing South Korean initiative and will initially target the Philippines and Japan. This manager was heavily involved in the South Korean approval process and will use that experience as the Company expands VitaStik into additional Asian markets. "

Lol, the P.R.'s are clear the partnerships
with EU, and Asia, include monies from
Vitastik sales.
But, just to confirm what I already knew,
Paul responded to my inquiry yesterday, and
confirmed that is exactly the case.
Matter of fact, he mentioned that anyone
who is unclear on the issue, is encouraged
to contact him via email at paul@mcig.org
The cats already out of the bag.
Paul confirmed yesterday, that the royalty
agreement with EU, and agreement with Korea
and Japan is for Vitastiks!!!
With EU, there is also a CBD Distribution
agreement.
Two seperate agreements.
The TRUTH, is already out, lol.
GLTY
Dan, Les answered your questions perfectly.
The P.R.'s, are pretty clear.
It is a shame people don't get how big
this EU partnership and royalty agreement
is for VitaCig.
Johannes is a Monster. And VitaCig U.S.
gets a piece of his pie.
As well as the UK team, who is just as
dominant.
All of Europe will flow through VitaCig
Account.
On those orders, and depending which product,
and how/where it is sold, VitaCig gets a
royalty.
MCIG is not involved at all on the royalty
agreement.
But, MCIG is involved in the Cbd Distribution
agreement with EU.
In which, both MCIG and VitaCig Cbd products
will purchased by Germany, and any other
EU partner, to be sold via ecommerce to their
existing Vitastik customers.
MCIG is a Master Distributor for VitaCig.
Not based on some signed agreement, but,
out of obligation or incentive, considering
MCIG owns nearly half the company.
So, it isn't exclusive like some of MCIG's other
deals are.
Let's clear up the confusion.
As per my conversation with Paul today, the 30k units is for
Vitastik's, and part of the royalty agreement.
The royalty agreement, and Cbd Distribution agreement are
totally separate.
If the 30k units was for Cbd products, it would of stated as such.
Reading both P.R.'s. it makes the most sense.
This, FACT, also disproves the theory that both these deals
are just for Cbd products, which clearly makes no sense, and
disproves the notion that VitaCig gets nothing for relative
to international Vitastik sales.
Nice!!!
Go VTCQ$$$
The Asian deal is even more conclusive.
It doesn't even mention a Cbd Distribution Deal, lol.
VitaCig Renews South Korea Partnership, Expands Distribution Into Japan
Marketwired VitaCig, Inc.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 19, 2016) - VitaCig, Inc. (OTC PINK: VTCQ),a technology company that is harnessing mobile vaporization technology for medical delivery applications as well as a leader in the development, marketing, and sale of ultra-pure CBD Oil tinctures, Edibles, and E-Liquids is pleased to announce VitaCig U.S., has renewed its Partnership Agreement with South Korean Partner Kooleever, Inc., and expanded its distribution territory into Japan for its VitaCig® product line.
( Japan sells Vitastik, not VitaCig )
http://vitastik-jp.com/ ( Case closed in my opinion )
VitaCig and Vitastik are one brand.
We are excited to announce that we have renewed our partnership with our Korean Partner Kooleever, Inc. For the past six months, our partnership was put on hold while Kooleever addressed governmental regulatory and customs issues concerning, non-nicotine e-cigs. Having overcome these hurdles, both parties have now renewed their agreement, and subsequently, Kooleever has placed their first order of 2016 with VitaCig.
In addition, with the help of our Korean Partner, VitaCig is also excited to announce the newest addition to our VitaCig global family, Japan. This landmark exclusive distribution agreement opens up another huge market for us in Asia; as well as another strong revenue stream for VitaCig.
VitaCig CEO, Paul Rosenberg commented, "Good news for our company, and shareholders, continues to pour in. Our hard work is paying off. Our VitaCig® product and brand continues to gain extensive traction internationally. We are grateful for our Korean Partners, and thrilled to be able to now offer our innovative, nicotine free, vitamin vaporizer, to the wonderful people of Japan. A population of over 127 million. The Japanese e-cig/vape market has exploded over the past year. The timing of this distribution agreement couldn't have been better. This agreement guarantees the distribution of our no-nicotine products in Japan, a country with abnormally high rate of smoking. We look forward to assisting in harm-reduction, while growing our brand value."
With the effort of our Regional Sales Manager for Asia, and Korean Partner, our next target for Asia is the Philippines, and Indonesia. We will announce these deals, as they become finalized.
Lastly, we are excited to update our shareholders on our EU Vitastik Partnership and lucrative royalty agreement we announced last week. Our Vitastik EU Partner will be placing an order for 30k units through our Company next week.
( this is not complicated. This comment focuses on the royalty
agreement. Which is for Vitastik product only. )
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-renews-south-korea-partnership-130000391.html
Bubba, why are you continuing to make these assertions in light
of the truth?
Please, re-read the P.R.'s.
The EU agreement is clearly divided between a royalty agreement
for the sale of their Vitastik's, and a distribution agreement
for VitaCig and MCIG Cbd products.
VitaCig Executes Landmark Royalty Agreement, Signs Lucrative Distribution Agreement for Our VitaCBD Product Line With Vitastik EU Partne
BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 13, 2016) - VitaCig, Inc. (OTC PINK: VTCQ), a technology company that is harnessing mobile vaporization technology for medical delivery applications as well as a leader in the development, marketing, and sale of ultra-pure CBD Oil tinctures, Edibles, and E-Liquids is pleased to announce it has closed on a lucrative royalty agreement and CBD product distribution, agreement with their European Vitastik Partner, Vapomins Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
Following several months of negotiations, VitaCig U.S., and EU Vitastik Partner, has reached an historic agreement that will entitle VitaCig U.S., to significant royalty payments of up to 25% of all product sales. This agreement will include territories and partners throughout Europe, including UK, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, covering a population of 745 million people. Spear headed, and managed by Vitastik EU CEO, Johannes Luis. According to this agreement, all product orders from Vitastik EU and their partners will go through a special EU VitaCig account. The term of this agreement runs effective January 1st 2016 - December 21st 2019. Thereafter, the agreement shall be renewed for an additional one-year-term, upon consent of both parties.
In addition to royalty payments, Vitastik EU will also take an active role in supporting our highly anticipated VitaCig product line relaunch, expected by March 1st, for the U.S. market. Not limited to, a fully mobile responsive, website design, a T.V. commercial, SEO, and Google analytics. This will well position us to experience unprecedented sales growth for 2016 and beyond.
VitaStik EU CEO Johannes Luis Schmid comments, "This strategic partnering agreement between US and EU is a huge milestone for both companies. There is strength in numbers. Our goal together, is to unite the brand, and build an empire. Dominate the disposable e-cig space. My team and I have built a solid foundation in 2015. We continue to experience record revenue growth monthly. Our re-order rate of 45%, is at an all-time high. We project to record $3.5m - $4m in revenues by year end. I look forward to contribute what has been working for us, and infuse into the U.S. market. I look forward to many years working together."
VitaCig CEO Paul Rosenberg adds, "This royalty agreement demonstrates the dynamism and value of our VitaCig brand. (The subject here is the VitaCig/Vitastik brand )There is truly no other product like it on the market, and continues to see tremendous success abroad. The EU Partner agreement is part of a comprehensive effort by the company to lock-in international distribution and royalty agreements.
Our vision and strategy for VitaCig is simple and clear. Dominate both the e-cig disposable, and CBD markets, on a global scale. I want to again, thank our shareholders for their patience as we continue the aggressive pursuit in reorganizing and relaunching our company and brand. I promised that shareholder value would be my top priority, and I hope this royalty agreement demonstrates the company's commitment toward that end. Due in part to the transaction with Vitastik EU, we anticipate record revenues and record adjusted profit for full-year 2016."
We are also ( notice the break in subject ) pleased to announce, the signing of an extensive Distribution Agreement with Vitastik EU, to distribute VitaCig and mCig, Inc. (OTCQB: MCIG), whole host of ultra-pure, quality, CBD products (vitacbd.com), to their established customer and follower base, via e-commerce. This agreement also extends to all Vitastik EU partners, including partners in UK, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria. The CBD industry in Europe is seeing tremendous growth as consumers and media reports continue to highlight CBD's medical potential. Both parties anticipate, the initial product order, to be no less than $200k.
"This ( notice how Paul comments on both Vitastik royalty deal, and now Cbd distribution deal. Two different things )is an important day for the company and for our shareholders, as this distribution agreement will help introduce our VitaCBD™ brand and line of products, to our Vitastik EU Partners sizable customer and follower base, as well as the European market as a whole. The integration of our VitaCBD™ health products under the EU Vitastik brand will be seamless and we expect our CBD related products to be wholeheartedly embraced by EU Vitastik customers, just as they have here in the U.S. This agreement will provide a tremendous revenue opportunity for VitaCig U.S., Vitastik EU, and all their partners. This Distribution Agreement is one of several, expected to be announced over the next few months, said Paul Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer of VitaCig
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/vitacig-executes-landmark-royalty-agreement-130000644.html
Lol, that's what feeds into the selling frenzy.
The market can turn on a dime, as in, tomorrow.
Everyone selling, but, smart ones are buying.
Once oil bottoms out, which is any day, the markets will retrace
for good.
VitaCig is a solid investment right now, especially with what
is out there over the otc.
Thanks for the cheapies!!!
