well since i have no money left all i can use is my imagination......
you may be right but to me it seems odd bgl would go to the trouble of getting a site survey of cinco minas after srge was suspended but signed an agreement with msj a while back without checking out the representive barnett who supposedly brokered the deal....
sad but true......
no joke-if davies indeed did not exist who was in charge of the scam...
it certainly does-until all the facts are public-makes me wonder who was pulling the strings and since srge was of no more use it was disposed of in a flurry of events.....
according to a lot of the posts here, michael davies did not exist-it is entirely possible that michael davies is indeed stephen roehrig - the virtual office in dallas would be a perfect front for a scam using a u.s. base since bgl had worn out their welcome in mexico-once srge was suspended the trail needed to be covered hence the pr's about deaths, buyouts, and mining inactivity.....
imo if srge is an outright fraud as e...dd claims, the whole mess was orchestrated by bgl-too many similiarities in the events to be coincidental-srge,bgl,msj, and kgem(maybe even kinross) are involved in an elaborate game of deception - as to what the end game will be is yet to be determined. i am sure the sec is working on it.....
to the moon....
srge will rise from the ashes-shock and awe on the way-may buyout msj and bgl-become a force to be reckoned with.....wait for it....
moass coming soon....wait for it.......imo
thanks---have a nice easter weekend.....
I guess that answers my question since bgl only has a lien for the mineral concession they would not be listed on any Mexican documents-since they have no surface right or access to the properties what good will the minerals concessions be to them? without surface rights how did they get the independent report about cinco minas being inactive? maybe by fly over....
I am sure you are right but seems odd that if bgl owned or owns cinco minas before srge they are not listed with the geological service down there and srge is listed as actively mining cinco minas....
thanks I will but I still can't find bandera gold listed with the mining registry or geological service in mexico as an active or exploration mining company.....seems odd southridge is listed but not bandera if in fact bgl owns concessions there....maybe they have a subsidiary???
I wasn't curious about that-I was asking about the lawsuit filed in 2008, since it is ongoing I was wondering about the cost of the legal fees and commission fees required by mexico to keep a claim in force....thanks
the litigation over cinco minas and other properties that supposedly belong to srge and msj has been going on over 5 years-isn't there a statute of limitations for a lawsuit like that????
as of close 28 mar 13 , shorts were over 30% of total volume for sugo....
do tell-what was his take on all of this?
hopefully it won't be much longer before we hear some sort of news-its been several weeks now and if a deal has been made, we'll know the details soon enough.....
excellent response.....
just to be a contrarian-if buffet was a penny stock man he would own all of srge by now....
sorry, I just thought you guys had a boat load of share already and could average down just in case.....
you are at least consistent, wrong but consistent......
imo the last valid pr from or about srge was 1/23/13-the independent survey-news article about deaths and the msj deal were all put out by someone other than srge-when srge has something of importance to pass on we will hear until then silence is the best thing for them-----
true enough-that may be why bgl is having a hard time clarifying their position-if they own the mineral concessions but have no access to them that could be a problem....
you may be right about that-I was reading something about Mexican land/mining laws-do you know if its true that in mexico you can buy mineral rights from someone but you have to buy surface/access rights from individual property owners to access your mineral claim????....
I didn't say money changed hands-I said we don't know what kind of deal was made between srge and msj....
sorry but msj did't say they bought anything-they said they acquired the assets-we don't know what kind of deal they may have made with srge-besides most people believes msj has little or no money to allow them to purchase anything....
srge and the locals are probably hauling loads of gold and silver out of the cinco minas mine and other properties as we speak....msj will be very rich soon after acquiring southridge mineral assets...
I tend to agree, I am surprised there has not been any news from srge or msj, so who knows.....
you know as far as srge goes , everything has been discussed for months like you say and still there are such differing points of view it is hard to understand it all.....
exactly right - there have been a lot of fake documents and photos shown here of srge and the mining areas - it is impossible to tell which may be real....
you and I should go down and check out the srge ghost mines, after all "we ain't afraid of no ghosts" right?
could be -may be the ghost of the lost cinco minas mines....a legend in the making
or it could be the entrance to a smuggling tunnel....
that looks like a staged photo that bgl engineered during hibernation season-that is not cinco minas mines that is an old bear den......
or could be subs of their company.....
easy solution to everything would be to put kgem-msj-srge-bgl execs in a room and lock the door....the ones that come out get the title to cinco minas and the other properties.....
good one!!!!! very funny
thanks for clearing one thing up-every post has "srge is a fraud" in it I understand your belief but what is not yet clear is the relationship between msj-bgl-srge-seems they are all working together to create confusion so if one is a fraud it stands to reason they are all fraudulent companies-too much false or misleading info has been put by all the companies and posters pertaining to the three companies involved....thanks
