Seems fishy when PSID Investor Relations doesn't respond to an inquiring email that was sent to them..
This is a copy of the email that was sent to PSID Investor Relations, atomek@positiveidcorp.com
Dear Personnel:
I read in an investor news article that Simplex Health Care is trialing your iglucose device with some of it's members..
How long do you anticipate this trialing stage will last, before your iglucose device is available for making sales to the other Simplex Health Care customers that are interested in buying your iglucose device to help manage their diabetes..
I was wondering, too, is Positive ID, also, still partnered with Ideal Life for bringing iglucose to market..
And if they are, when do you anticipate Ideal Life will be selling iglucose to their potential customers..
Hope to hear from you, soon..
Sincerely yours,
gerry
Positive-ID hasn't-responded to other-people's emails, or phone-calls, either..
I'm not the only one that Positve ID hasn't responded, too..
There have been other people, too, who also haven't received a response to their email, or phone call, regarding PSID..
Before sending the last email to Positive ID Corporation, just so you know, I haven't received any responses to any of my very nice emails that were sent to them, either..
So, due to these facts, as mentioned..
When PSID doesn't respond to share holer's interests, it should be brought to their attention, that they're not above legal recourse of action, when I mentioned the following in my last eamil to them..
WHICH IS, IN PART, AS STATED ~ I am interested in PSID investing, I will be in wait of your reply.. If I don't hear from you, I'll consider having the S.E.C. contact you, in this regard.. Sincerely yours, PSID investing..
Being Simplex Health Care and Ideal Life are suppose to be partnered with Positive ID, as announced, before, by PSID, for making iglucose sales to these Company's customers with diabetes..
I had contacted Simplex Health Care and Ideal Life, regarding if they were selling iglucose, yet..
The person I spoke with, at Simplex Health Care, told me they hadn't sold any, and iglucose is still being developed..
He said he couldn't talk about it..
Whatever that means, your guess is, as good, as mine..
When I had contacted Ideal Life, regarding if they were selling iglucose, yet..
The person I spoke with at Ideal Life, told me they weren't selling iglucose and he couldn't talk about it..
That's why I sent an email to PSID, regarding these two companies, Simplex Health Care and Ideal Life, that Positve ID is suppose to be partnered with, for them selling iglucose to their diabetes customers..
I wanted to find out from Positive ID, why no iglucose sales have been made, yet, by these two, supposedly, PSID partnered Companys..
And if these two Companys were currently trialing iglucose, being they hadn't sold any iglucose, yet, to their diabetes customers..

Doesn't PSID Coporation respond to investor email questions??
I've been waiting to receive a response from someone in investor relations at PSID Corporation..
But, they haven't responded..
I Sent an email to PSID regarding Simplex-Health Care and Ideal-Life, on 9/10/12
Email was sent to atomek@positiveidcorp.com
I wonder if I will hear from PSID
You can read the copy of sent email, below
Concerning PSID
Please send me a reply, in regard, to this email that I've sent you..
From what I've researched and read, Poitive ID has partnered with two companys, Simplex Health Care and Ideal Life, for bringing iglucose to market for selling them..
Is iglucose in the process of being trialed, at this time, at these two companys, before they start selling iglucose to their potential customers who have diabetes..
If iglucose is going through the trialing stage, now, at these two companys..
When will these two companys, Ideal Life and Simplex Health Care, actually start making inglucose sales..
I am interested in PSID investing, I will be in wait of your reply..
If I don't hear from you, I'll consider having the S.E.C. contact you, in this regard..

Check it out.

This unit connects through a wireless gateway called a pod which is connected via dial tone. Huge difference between that and PSID's unit which is wi-fi.
I understand what your saying greasyfingers, but Ideal life's technology is based on a phone connection. Their pod which is connected to a phone jack is then connected wirelessly to there glucose unit. No comparison to Psid's iglucose unit. This doesn't really make it portable as you'd have to connect to a landline to use it.
HERE IS THE INFORMATION I FOUND, IN REGARD TO YOUR POSTING
The IDEAL LIFE Gluco Manager system works through any mode of communication - phone lines, cell phones, and the Internet. It's also compact, easy-to-use, and can be used at home or on the road.
The IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager is a convenient, affordable and easy-to-use glucose meter. Used in conjunction with the IDEAL LIFE Pod - a wireless gateway - the Gluco-Manager can automatically and reliably communicate blood glucose readings without the need for a personal computer, cumbersome wires, or manual data entry.

You all should think about calling IDEAL LIFE and as them why they aren't selling Iglucose, as I did..
After I called IDEAL-LIFE, at 1-888-433-2541, many times and not getting anyone there..
I, finally, left a message for them to call me back..
When they finally called me back, much later..
I asked if the Gluco Manager wireless device, they're selling, was made by Positive ID Iglucose, being IDEAL LIFE and Positive ID had partnered, from when it was announced, on Jan. 9, 2012 ..
The tone of his voice sounded nervous and evasive, and impolitely said he couldn't answer my question..
He was persistent in wanting to know if I was an individual asking, or a company..
I told him, I was inquiring as an investor, and it would be very simple for him to answer my question..
Just tell me, either the Gluco Manager wireless device that you're selling, is made by Positive ID Iglucose, or it isn't..
Which is it..
The expression in his voice, sounded like he was constipated, when he finally grunted out that the IDEAL LIFE Gluco Manager device isn't a Iglucose product, made by Positve ID..
Even though I asked, he wouldn't tell me who the IDEAL LIFE Gluco Manager device system was made by, sounding as if he was too uptight to say, IMO..
He admitted that he was aware of IDEAL LIfE having partnered with Positive ID for selling Iglucose, when I asked him..
He said they weren't selling Iglucose, and said he couldn't talk about it..
He said, he could maybe tell more about what's going in, in 4 weeks, or so..
Whatever that means, who knows..
Your guess, is as good as mine, as to what's going on..
All you guys reading this may be interested in calling IDEAL LIFE, too, and inquire about Iglucose, to see if you can find out anything more than I did..

If-Positive-ID partnered with IDEAL-LIFE to Bring-Iglucose to Market for Wireless Diabetes Management..
Why haven't we heard anymore about this happening from when it was publicly announced, Jan. 9, 2012..
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. and TORONTO, Jan. 9, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PositiveID Corporation ("PositiveID") (OTCBB:PSID.OB - News), a developer of medical technologies for diabetes management, announced today it will work in partnership with IDEAL LIFE, Inc. ("IDEAL LIFE"), the remote health management leader, to bring iglucose(TM) to market. IDEAL LIFE, founded in 2002, has a large installed base of customers including insurance companies, to which it will market PositiveID's FDA-cleared iglucose mobile health system for diabetes management. The companies will showcase their products at IDEAL LIFE's booth (North Hall -- 3023) at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on January 10-13, 2012.

And why has Positve Id recently said they've partnered with Simplex Healthcare to bring Iglucose to market, when they had previously stated that they had already partnered with Ideal Live for bringing Iglucose to market..
I checked out Ideal Life's website where you can watch a video of their wireless Gluco Manager being used in operation..
Their Gluco Manager wireless pod for diabetes is shaped round, and doesn't look anything like what Iglucose does..
Check out the website and watch the video for yourself, and post your comments after doing so..

Is Iglucose superior to Ideal Life Gluco-Manager device
The IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager™ is a convenient, affordable and easy-to-use glucose meter. Used in conjunction with the IDEAL LIFE Pod™ - a wireless gateway - the Gluco-Manager can automatically and reliably communicate blood glucose readings without the need for a personal computer, cumbersome wires, or manual data entry.
Some service providers offer Internet-based hosting of patient blood glucose data on a fee-for-service basis. But many diabetics told us they had problems with cable connections, software downloads, and compatibility, and found having to input data on a daily basis too time-consuming and inconvenient.
We came up with a better solution. With the IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager*, users can quickly and easily capture, store, and send daily blood glucose readings to their healthcare team via a fully automated process. Once the Pod is plugged into a phone line, the IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager is ready for wireless transmission. Simply take the reading and the data is immediately stored and sent.
The IDEAL LIFE system works through any mode of communication - phone lines, cell phones, and the Internet. It's also compact, easy-to-use, and can be used at home or on the road.
The IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager is designed for use with approved test strips that require only a very small sample of blood, and comes as part of a complete package that also includes a starter kit, Pod, and IDEAL LIFE's communication and information management service. Best of all, this complete IDEAL LIFE Gluco-Manager package is free through select health plans! The only cost to users is for our modestly-priced daily test strips.

Workaholic-call Simplex-Healthcare, 800-883-0608, and educate your ignorance
The information I posted was accurate conerning Iglucose, as I have a substantial investment in the amount of PSID shares that I own..
After calling Simplex Healthcare, to find out if Iglucose was being sold by them..
As PSID had stated, before, that they had partnered with Simplex Healthcare for selling Iglucose to people with diabetes..
Workaholic, I suggest that you call them yourself, like I took the iniative to do..
And I'm sure Simplex Healthcare will be telling you the same thing, as they told me..
Which is, Iglucose is in the development stage, there have been no Iglucose sales made..
Simplex Healthcare said they might be selling Iglucose, by the end of the year, but they didn't know for sure, is what they told me..

I called Simplex Healthcare, at Toll Free: 800.883.0608, and inquired if Iglucose are currently being sold by them..
The person I spoke with, checked with their supervisor, and they said Iglucose is currently going through the development stage..
They thought, maybe, Simplex Healthcare might be selling Iglucose by the end of the year, but they weren't sure, yet..
Before, when PSID had stated that Iglucose had partnered with Simplex Healthcare for selling this device to people with diabetes..
I was under the impression this was a sure deal..
I was, also, under the assumption that Iglucose was already being sold by Simplex Healthcare..
No such luck, no sales, no revenue..
What else is there to find out about PSID, I wonder..

I guess, time will tell..
Is Iglucose currently being sold by Simplex, now..
Or, is Iglucose just being trialed by some people who have diabetes, selected by Simplex, before they decide to sell Iglucose to the general public, as one of their available products for sale, if it meets Simplex consumer's product line standards..
I wonder why we haven't been receiving any news updates, regarding Iglucose and Simplex, pertaining to if any Iglucose devices have been sold to any of the people who have diabetes that are Simplex customers, for purchasing all of their diabetic supplies..
I wonder, also, if any significant progress is being made pertaining to PSID's glucochip and easy check devices, that are suppose to be under development..
If PSID was successful in bringing those two products to market, it would definitely increase share holder value..
Is Silverman a sleazy-slimey scum-bag-crook hindering PSID's future
Wasn't Scott Silverman receiving and exploiting PSID for a $8,000,000 dollar, a year, salary, when he was CEO of the company..
Not to mention all the multi millions of PSID stock shares he was being granted, also, besides receiving his ridiculous CEO salary for such a small start up company..
Adding insult to injury, now when he's been dumping over 11 million shares of PSID, recently, stock share prices have been falling to all time lows..
How many shares does Silverman have left of PSID, anyway..
Isn't it somewhere over 23,000,000 PSID shares..
Do you think he'll be dumping all of those shares, too, like the 11,000,000 some million, that he's already sold..
What do you think Silverman's alterior motive is, behind what he has done..
Do you think he is trying to jump ship, before he's expecting it to sink..
If Silverman thought PSID had a promising future..
You would think, he wouldn't have sold any of his PSID shares, as he has done, until higher price levels were reached, in the future, if was expecing the company to be successful..
Or, do you think he was strapped for cash and needed to sell..
Whatever his reason, hopefully, what goes around, comes around, and he gets what he deserves, through bad karma, if he's guilty of being a deceitful low life sleazy scum bag..

Re: Robsct post# 1244 Post # of 1317
Yeah, that's a very good point imo. Mr. Silverman's selling could account for a lot of the price decline. I hadn't realized that till now (and I had just found out yesterday that Mr. Silverman sold shares post 3.29). That's a lot of supply to fight the demand.
As of his most recent form 4, filed on 3.30, he held 34,973,263 direct shares and 2,785,008 indirect ones. And per the 7.19 form 13d/a he owned 23,773,263 direct shares and 2,785,008 indirect ones.
So that's a drop in his ownership of of 11.2m shares in that time period.
Also since Mr. Silverman is a 10% owner, i've contacted the IR at the company inquiring if they been in touch with Mr. Silverman at all (ie. as to why he has not filed the legally required form 4(s). It's my understanding that he's in violation of SEC law right now.

Instead of buying all my PSID shares at .04 and .06 cents, like I did, before..
Wished I would have waited and bought at these lower prices, instead, if I had only known the price would have gone below the prices that I bought it at, as mentioned..
Did anyone else buy most of their PSID shares at higher prices, too, like I did..
I you don't mind saying, what price range did you other guys buy most of your PSID shares at, out of curiosity, being we all have a common interest in PSID..
If PSID starts reporting some favorable cash flow earnings from iglucose sakes, or gets a substantial sized contract from the governement's Department of Homeland Security for it's Bio Watch Gen3 M-band product..
I would think PSID share price could easily go to a dollar, or two, don't you.. Or, maybe even higher..
What do you all think, conerning your thoughts and opinions, in this regard..
PositiveID infomercial video featuring Mr Tinkles
Will post 952 makingbigdough predictions possibly come true
Here is a part of what his post 952 says..
Now that PSID have put themselves in a position to achieve the GREATEST milestone in the company’s history with a DHS contract closing of a 3.1+ BILLION dollar contract coming to be a reality soon, my next theory now comes into play. Just imagine PSID after receiving the DHS contract soon thereafter announcing the retirement of a large amount of A/S!!
This weekend I finally received a little validation in regards to my theories. I have been led to believe that there has been dialogue/discussion amongst those Majority Stakeholders to possibly retire 125-250 MILLION shares of current A/S as market cap rises! What do you think happens if that type of News is followed up by a DHS contract award?
Look for a HUUUUGE UPWARD movement is pps here soon. Leading up to PSID's DHS BIOWATCH contract award at which time I will soon thereafter predict a low range of $3-$5 share price and on the HIGH side $8-$12 dollars!!!!!
After continuously doing my dd, this just keeps getting better/better!!! My LONGTERM commitment and accumulation over several years, in several accounts totaling close to 2M shares is really starting to make me feel tingly all over!
In reality ONLY two things can happen here for me. I will make more money than I ever have in a single investment or I will walk away with a lesson that I will NEVER forget! Risk-vs-Rewrard ! As you can see I am still here! By the way just grabbed a 100k more this morning @ .0245/.025! I am in it to WIN IT!!!LOL!! By the way I believe NASDAQ papers are ready to be submitted for a new listing once PSID regains compliance! ?

Elderly To Be Euthanized Under Obamacare?
RFID-Chip for all Americans in 2013 as Part-of-ObamaCare
Micro-chipping has been in the various ObamaCare Bills from the beginning. But it has been pretty much ignored or forgotten by most, certainly not covered. RFID chips will be sold to the public as a convenience and life-saving measure for healthcare… if you are given an option at all. Be sure to watch the video below.
http://askmarion.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/rfid-chip-for-all-americans-in-2013-as-part-of-obamacare-see-biden-telling-fed-judge-he-will-have-to-rule-on-implanted-microchips/
Microchiping included in Healthcare Bill page 1004
The Obama Health care bill under Class II (Paragraph 1, Section B) specifically includes ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.” Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1, section B:
Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a “implantable radiofrequency
transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”
This device would be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option. With the reform of the private insurance companies, who charge outrageous rates, many people will switch their coverage to a more affordable insurance plan. This means the number of people who choose the public option will increase. This also means the number of people chipped will be plentiful as well. The adults who choose to have a chip implanted are the lucky (yes, lucky) ones in this case. Children who are “born in the United States who at the time of birth is not otherwise covered under acceptable coverage” will be qualified and placed into the CHIP or Children’s Health insurance Program (what a convenient name).

And do you think iglucose is making more sales than they are?
Telcare’s Wireless-Enabled Blood Glucose Monitoring System Wins 2012 Gold Edison Award
Telcare’s New Diabetes Care Management Device Recognized As Best New Science and Medical Online Tool/App

"Telcare’s wireless-enabled blood glucose monitor has the capability to transform the lives of 28 million Americans with diabetes." New York, NY (PRWEB) April 27, 2012
Telcare’s wireless enabled blood glucose monitoring system received the 2012 Gold Edison Award for the best new medical and science online tool and app. Today marks the 25th annual Edison Awards competition, which honors the year’s most innovative products, services and business leaders in the world.
Telcare’s FDA-cleared device, introduced in February 2012, wirelessly communicates critical information to diabetes patients, doctors, caregivers and iPhones. It’s the first blood glucose monitor that uses cellular communication to instantly transmit a patient’s readings to a private online database, which can be accessed by the patient or – with permission – by a doctor, caregiver or family member. It tracks results and can spot potential problems and transmits real-time feedback.
“It’s a great honor for Telcare to receive Edison’s top award for innovation,” said Telcare CEO Dr. Jonathan Javitt. “Edison searches for the latest cutting-edge devices and we believe Telcare’s wireless-enabled blood glucose monitor has the capability to transform the lives of 28 million Americans with diabetes.”
Telcare’s blood glucose monitoring system includes Diabetes Pal, currently the highest rated diabetes smartphone app. Diabetes Pal works seamlessly with the Telcare meter to enable family members of people with diabetes to view results in real time and to provide Telcare meter users a diabetes-focused social networking experience. Telcare has chosen to distribute Diabetes Pal at no charge via the Apple iTunes store (and soon via the Google app store) so that people may use it even without purchasing the Telcare system.
“By incorporating wireless communication, social networking, and best practices in health IT, Telcare has brought the monitoring of diabetes into the 21st century for 28 million Americans, their caregivers, and their loved ones,” Dr. Javitt added.
Each year the Edison Awards recognize the world’s most significant innovations. Past winners include Apple for the iPad, Amazon for the Kindle II, and Nintendo for WiiFit. Once again, the 2012 awards drew a group of competitors.
"The Telcare Blood Glucose Monitoring System is an excellent example of an innovative product that reflects the rich tradition of the Edison Awards," said Thomas Stat, Chairman of the Edison Awards Steering Committee. "By awarding Telcare with the Edison Gold Medal, we have recognized this wireless system as a significant step forward for 28 million diabetics in this country as they pursue healthier, more meaningful lives."
Telcare was also recently named to Gartner’s list of “Cool Vendors.” Gartner’s analysts praised Telcare’s system for “getting the technology right” and providing “effective solutions” for diabetes care.” According to Gartner, “This is the same technology that made Kindle the book reader that grandma loves.”
About Telcare
Telcare, Inc. uses cellular technology and social networking to bridge the last mile between patients with diabetes, their caregivers, and their families in order to transform the care of chronic illness. Telcare has been awarded First Place prizes in the categories of Health, Wellness and Fitness Application and Health Enterprise Solution by CTIA, been named the MEDTEC startup of the year, and been named one of the top 12 products of 2012 by the Edison Awards. In addition to directly reducing cost of care by improving outcomes and preventing complications, Telcare creates an ecosystem of care that enables people with diabetes to better care for their condition. That's one scenerio. Another would be a cash buyout. I wouldn't like the cash buyout scenerio as I haven't owned my shares long enough yet so I'd get hit with 40% capitol gains tax. Others here could give you more examples as I'm not that well versed in the stock biz. I'm going on my gut feelings and I have done a ton of homework on psid. Too me it's a no brained as I've stated in the past. They have some serious technology, and have some big boy companies partnering with them. I just don't see how they could just fold with this kind of interest. Or with the patents and fda approvals. Not to mention that we keep talking about the 3.1 billion dollar contract with homeland security. What about other countries needing/wanting the mband technology. Hey, I could be wrong, I could have made a bad investment. But I don't think so. All my opinion only. I don't have a crystal ball.
To my understanding, from what I've read on The Department of Homeland Security's website, concerning the company's that are competing for the BioWatch Gen3 presolicitation procurement contract, that was suppose to take place during the 3rd quarter of 2012, has been postponed to the 4th quarter of this year, instead..
Hopefully, The Department of Homeland Security doesn't change their mind, again, as they have postponed this event from happening a number of times, already, before..
I don't know why the DHS has been dragging their feet and postponing this event from happening, or what they're waiting for, unless they're operating on a tight budget..
The 3.1 billion dollars for The Department of Homeland Security BioWatch Gen3 program is suppose to be spent over 5 years, in regard to improving our Nation's Population Safety and Security..
Which would be a great boost for PSID, if the company is awarded a major BioWatch Gen3 contract, assuming DHS doesn't postpone this selection process from happening, again, as they have been doing before..
At least, I hope PSID iglucose does well, in the meantime, while we're all waiting to see what happens in the long term..

Makinfbiigdough, I like your thinking with the numbers concerning the 3.1 billion dollar contract.. I still smell a buyout. Maybe just mband, maybe all. I think this stock is going to make some longs some serious money.
If PSID gets bought out by another company, what would happen to the PSID share holders, who already own PSID stock..
Would the new company give you however many shares of their stock, depending on how many PSID shares you currently own, in whatever ratio they would determine it to be..
Do-you-think PSID will-ever get-relisted on the Nasdaq, again
Do you think PSID will turn out to be a good long term investement, as an emerging growth company, successfuly bringing all of their products to market and earning profitable revenue, over time..
Or, do you think PSID is only good for short term profit taking, without ever having much chance of getting back on the Nasdaq stock exchange, again, and becoming a successful company..

Scott-Silverman sold 1,040,000 PSID-shares, on 3-29-12, when-the-price-was ten-cents..
So if you subtract the 1,040,000 PSID shares that he sold at ten cents each, on 3-29-12, from the 34,180,000 PSID shares he owned..
Scott Silverman would still, currently, have 33,140,000 PSID shares..
So, it would appear he is holding onto his 33,140,000 remaining PSID shares, for the price to go beyond the price of ten cents that he sold his other 1,040,000 shares at, on 3-29-12..
Otherwise, you would think he would have sold all of his PSID shares, at the same time, if he didn't think that the PSID share price wouldn't be going up higher than ten cents, at some point in time, in the future..
