Scot Silverman never bought back 500,00 shares of PSID, after he sold his granted 1,040,000 PSID shares, on 3-29-12, when the price was ten cents..

And he has a remaining 33,140,000 PSID shares left, all of which have been granted to him, except for the 50,000 PSID shares which he paid for himself, on 5-27-11, that are the only shares of PSID he has ever actually bought, himself, with his own money..

These facts are based on the information posted on MSN Money's Insider Trading website, regarding PSID and Scot Silverman and all insider trading at PSID..
