Notice the timing of the shareholders meeting ! The very day after Canada goes Legal ! Wise timing for the vote of the spin off- almost makes it certain to pass what with all of the excitement at the time.

So, at current evaluation rates, if it happened today, PODA would be worth about .0198 per share and IVITF would drop by the same value.

Growing slowly but steady.

Well, the quarterly is out ! HMMMM.

Envision is currently in third place out of eleven entries. But reading the material indicates that the " Green Energy commission" will make the decision. And it does not indicate that the voters will make a " major" part of that decision. Sort of like asking the third graders to all raise their hands if they like something! The Teacher is the one to really make the decision!

But it is fun to think we helped!

Picked up a few more today at 1.04 because the clock, she is a tickin !

Should be seeing a quarterly soon I would think. Still believe strongly in this company. Just needs time ( and a little money) . The world is certainly going in their direction!

I do believe that we have "turned the corner" so to speak! We are getting closer to the legal date ( 17 Oct.). Just over sixty days now and NO ONE is going to want to wait until the last minute to buy. It could be 2 or 3 times this price by then!

JMPO of course but the buy pressure should soon start to build.

Well, I have some big question marks regarding today/s actions.

But it is early and I hate to say much until this plays out!

But my first questions are as follows:

1) With so much CASH why seek debt? ( I do not have the info to answer this so must await more).

2) The Pr says that the loan is " secured". But the PR goes on to say that the lenders lawyers must do some D&D first for it to be final.

3) And finally; I do not see a valid reason to request such dramatic action as a Trading halt for this kind of news! It happens daily in the market!

As I said, more info is needed for this to make more sense; atleast to me.

Today/s news is simply an up=date on the company growth. A positive one for sure. But it will take time.
